磨齿加工时齿坯几何中心与回转工作台轴心存在安装偏心误差,降低了磨齿加工精度。以数控成型砂轮磨齿机工作原理为基础,建立偏心误差磨削加工几何模型;提出安装偏心误差补偿法,建立偏心误差补偿数学模型,通过数学模型求出磨削砂轮在X、Y两个方向的进给补偿增量;以YK73125数控成型砂轮磨齿机为例,进行安装偏心误差补偿实验,齿轮的左右齿面单个齿距极限偏差绝对值分别减小了0.9μm和1.6μm,齿距累积总偏差绝对值分别减小了49.6μm和43.3μm。结果表明:安装偏心误差与单个齿距偏差和齿距累积总偏差成正比;采用安装偏心误差补偿进行磨齿加工,有效地减小了单个齿距偏差和齿距累积总偏差,齿轮的精度有所提高。  相似文献

对机载导航卫星反射信号海面高度测量模型、定点跟踪和模型拟合2种估计反射相对于直射信号时延的方法以及误差校正进行了研究。针对Z-V模型拟合法进行时延估计复杂度高的特点,提出了7-β模型和相应的时延估计方法;为消除定点跟踪法估计的时延中的海况偏差,提出了查表法和加权平均结合的校正方法。利用2015年12月3日CSIC-IEEC在波罗的海采集的机载数据进行了海面高度反演。结果表明通过已有时延估计方法和所提出的7-β模型拟合法对GPS L1和Galileo E1反射信号进行时延估计,并通过提出的误差校正算法对海况误差进行校正后可得到精度为亚米级海面高度。  相似文献

针对现有宽带k分布模型不适合高温喷流3~5μm波段发射辐射在大气中远距离传输衰减特性计算的问题,将之前用于全光谱模型的多线组技术应用于宽带模型,并对光谱吸收系数的分组优化状态点进行了针对性调整。无限宽度多层气体辐射特性一维/准一维算例的计算结果表明,多线组技术可大幅提高原始全光谱与宽带模型对强非均匀气体辐射特性的计算精度,同时保持对灰体固壁辐射的良好兼容性。以此为基础,对带冷却装置Ⅴ形尾缘收缩喷管的耦合换热特性和远程红外特性进行了数值研究,结果表明:气体辐射对喷管固壁温度分布的影响不能忽略;多线组宽带模型对跨声速排气系统70km红外成像的预测误差在7%左右。   相似文献

The accuracy of model attitude measurement has an important impact on wind tunnel test results. Microelectromechanical System Inertial Measurement Unit (MEMS IMU) provides a feasible way to measure model attitudes with high accuracy. However, the installation error between MEMS IMU coordinate system and the body coordinate system of test models can make the accuracy of the model attitude measurement decrease. In wind tunnel tests, the installation error depends on the relationship between the IMU and the model mechanism before tests. Therefore, in-field calibration in wind tunnel tests is necessary to reduce installation errors. To improve attitude measurement accuracy, the least squares quaternion calibration method based on MEMS IMU and six-position calibration procedure are proposed. High-precision three-axis turntable tests are performed. The pitch accuracy after calibration is higher than that before calibration in the angle of attack sweeping tests. The Root-Mean-Square Errors (RMSE) in the roll and yaw are within 0.01°, which are smaller than those before calibration. In the roll sweeping tests, RMSE of three attitude angles decrease significantly. In hypersonic wind tunnel tests, the pitch errors before and after calibration are within 0.05° and 0.02° in the angle of attack sweeping tests without wind. In five angle of attack sweeping tests with wind, the deviation between the mean of the pitch and the pitch after the elastic angle correction is within 0.03° and the standard deviation of five tests is within 0.01°. The proposed method is confirmed to enhance the accuracy of attitude measurement effectively, which is convenient for engineering applications.  相似文献

为研究影响航空发动机推力测量台架系统原理误差的因素及作用,针对发动机弹簧片支撑式推力测量台架,以推力偏心假设为基础建立其力学模型,采用理论分析和仿真验证相结合的方法对某试车台架进行原理误差分析.在给定条件下,台架在竖直平面和水平面内的角偏心远小于推力角偏心,并不会对推力测量造成显著影响,台架结构变形引起的角偏心也很小.相比之下,原理误差影响最大的因素依次为推力角偏心、热变形和弹阻力,原理误差分别为0.38%、0.16%和0.04%,应加以控制.当推力偏心量造成的原理误差不能满足精度指标时,需采用原位加载系统或者矢量推力测量台架来评估.  相似文献

为了提高大型阶梯轴回转部件圆柱轮廓的测量精度,提出1种考虑偏心量、工件倾斜及传感器测头偏移的3偏置测量模型。分析了综合偏置误差对阶梯轴截面圆柱轮廓残余误差的影响及偏置误差在不同工件半径下对圆柱轮廓测量结果的影响,实现了阶梯轴圆柱轮廓精度的准确评定。为了验证3偏置圆柱轮廓测量模型的有效性,采用超精密航空发动机测量仪对大直径阶梯轴的圆柱轮廓进行了测量与评定。结果表明:与传统双偏置测量模型相比,3偏置圆柱轮廓测量模型所评定的大半径阶梯轴同轴度的准确性提高了9.39μm;阶梯轴半径越大,测量精度越高。  相似文献

研究了利用大理石平板正六面体工装对光纤惯组进行标定时,工装误差对标定精度的影响。首先建立了标定模型,设计了12位置法的标定方案与解算方法,其次分析了工装误差对标定影响的量化关系,并提出减小误差的标定解算方法,最后对理论分析结果进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,当长宽高为400mm的工装平面度、垂直度、平行度误差均为0.04时,加速度计零偏的标定误差达到0.0001g,与工装误差角大小量级相当。用12位置二向法解算零偏可减小该误差影响。  相似文献

Burst工作模式和方位波束的主动扫描使得TOPSAR工作模式能够有效削弱ScanSAR模式的扇贝效应,同时也导致图像方位向像素位置与回波脉冲的关系变得复杂,给目标定位带来了很多问题。惯性测量单元(IMU)数据记录延时也会导致方位向定位误差存在,精确估计这个误差能够大大提高目标的方位向定位精度。从TOPSAR数据采集的几何关系和成像过程出发,结合机载IMU数据,提出了一种新的机载TOPSAR目标定位方法。该方法能够直接从TOPSAR斜距图像中获取目标的经纬度信息。通过实际飞行试验获取的机载TOPSAR数据验证了该方法的有效性,能够获取25 m的平均定位精度。  相似文献

This paper deals with geometric error modeling and sensitivity analysis of an overconstrained parallel tracking mechanism. The main contribution is the consideration of overconstrained features that are usually ignored in previous research. The reciprocal property between a motion and a force is applied to tackle this problem in the framework of the screw theory. First of all, a nominal kinematic model of the parallel tracking mechanism is formulated. On this basis, the actual twist of the moving platform is computed through the superposition of the joint twist and geometric errors. The actuation and constrained wrenches of each limb are applied to exclude the joint displacement. After eliminating repeated errors brought by the multiplication of wrenches, a geometric error model of the parallel tracking mechanism is built. Furthermore,two sensitivity indices are defined to select essential geometric errors for future kinematic calibration. Finally, the geometric error model with minimum geometric errors is verified by simulation with SolidWorks software. Two typical poses of the parallel tracking mechanism are selected, and the differences between simulation and calculation results are very small. The results confirm the correctness and accuracy of the geometric error modeling method for over-constrained parallel mechanisms.  相似文献

This paper addresses differential global positioning system (DGPS)/inertial measurement unit (IMU) integration-based geolocation system developed for airborne remote sensing cameras. First, we provide a brief review on sensor calibration, alignment and sensor fusion as background material of this research. After presenting those background material, as a main part of this paper we present a geolocation algorithm designed for an airborne imaging system. The geolocation system developed is tested through actual airborne experiments. For the verification of the geolocation system developed, we compare initial stationary states of the airplane before-taking off with states after-landing. From the actual test results, we find that it is critical to do an accurate time synchronization between IMU, DGPS, and airborne images, and to compensate for the data delay occurred during the network transfer.  相似文献

It is shown that synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) motion can be compensated by using an antenna-mounted strapdown inertial measurement unit (IMU) as the motion sensing system, but sensor and system errors affect SAR image quality. A strapdown IMU consists of three accelerator channels and three gyro channels. Strapdown IMU errors include gyro-scale and accelerometer-scale factor and bias errors, velocity error, platform tilt, and errors induced by limited inertial sensor bandwidth. The effects of these errors on the SAR image quality are presented in terms of the SAR impulse response. IMU errors that cause low-frequency phase errors (less than one cycle per array time) are categorized in terms of quadratic and cubic phase errors. IMU errors that cause high-frequency phase errors (greater than one cycle per array time) are categorized in terms of the integrated sidelobe ratio and peak sidelobe ratio.
