 研究了铣削加工过程的建模、参数在线辨识及自适应控制问题,为铣削过程建立了二阶离散传递函数模型,提出了一种修正的带遗忘因子递推最小二乘参数辨识算法,从而解决了普通递推最小二乘辨识算法中由于递推计算协方差矩阵衰退或膨胀引起辨识结果失真的问题,采用极点配置设计原理,为铣削过程推导了自适应控制的控制律。仿真和实验表明,修正的最小二乘辨识算法和极点配置自适应控制律是正确和可靠的,自适应控制器可获得所需的响应性能。  相似文献

为了解决最小均方(LMS)算法的稳定性以及收敛速度和稳态误差之间的矛盾,提出了一种复数型自适应变步长的LMS算法,它的权系数的调整取决于误差曲面在新权值点上的梯度。分析了新算法的收敛特性以及参数选择对算法性能的影响。算法具有较快的收敛速度、鲁棒稳定性且运算小易于实现的特点。计算机仿真的结果与理论分析相一致,证实了算法的收敛性能优于标准的LMS算法并且具有较好的实用性。  相似文献

对采用磁致伸缩材料作动器进行主动振动控制的问题进行了实时实验研究。首先简介了磁致伸缩材料作动器的设计和特性分析及自适应滤波算法(LMS)的基本原理;然后论述了采用磁致伸缩材料作动器的单自由度主动振动控制实验的系统,从不同的控制物理量、不同算法、偏置磁场和系统噪声等方面分析了影响控制效果的因素,实验获得了30dB的减振效果。   相似文献

面阵系统所采用阵元数多,数据量大,对信号处理机的实时处理能力要求非常高。系统采用基于参考信号的LMS算法,收敛速度较快、运算量低.且易于硬件实现。系统平台采用目前流行的DSP&FPGA架构,具有高速运算和处理能力,解决了面阵系统对实时处理机的苛刻要求。测试结果表明,系统能自适应地控制天线阵列方向图在用户信号方向产生高增益波束,在干扰信号方向产生较深零陷,并实现零误码率通信。  相似文献

本文采用自适应消噪技术来提高轴承振动信号的信噪比,在常用的 LMS (widrow)算法的基础上,讨论收敛快而计算量增加又较少的 VS (Variable Step)算法,分析表明 VS算法较LMS算法更适于自适应消噪在机械故障诊断中的应用。对故障轴承的振动信号进行同态自适应消噪处理和异态自适应消噪处理,都有助于发现轴承的故障。   相似文献

研究基于实时工作间嵌入式代码生成器(Real-timeworkshopembeddedcoder,RTWEC)的航空发动机复杂控制算法自动生成可执行代码技术,介绍原理及其应用方法.针对某型航空发动机控制器多变量控制算法的手动编程和自动生成代码进行电子控制器半实物仿真并比较分析.结果说明该方法简单、易行,有效降低了程序编制、查错和调试的工作量,缩短了研制周期,可以广泛用于控制器复杂算法从设计仿真到具体实现的开发过程.   相似文献

 考虑到惯导信息辅助GPS(GPS/INS)接收机对干扰抑制实时性的要求,提出一种基于Kalman滤波的GPS/INS接收机自适应干扰抑制方法。自适应广义旁瓣相消(GSC)多采用低复杂度最小均方(LMS)算法更新权矢量,收敛速率较低,严重时会导致接收机定位中断。首先利用Householder变换构建GSC下支路的阻塞矩阵,用于阻塞任意二维阵型阵列接收的期望信号;再用Kalman滤波自适应更新下支路权矢量,从而有效提高阵列输出信干噪比(SINR)。理论分析和仿真结果说明本文方法可有效抑制干扰对接收机的影响,且具有实时性高的特点。  相似文献

研究了智能桨叶的实时模型、控制方法与控制器的实时实现。首先,采用MX滤波器实现了对桨叶动态特性的实时在线模拟,给出了该滤波器的系数与所描述的受控结构模态参数之间的相互关系。接着,提出了一种新的复合自适应控制方法,它综合了自适应前馈控制和反馈控制的特点,实现了对桨叶阻尼和振动响应的控制。最后,在所建立的以高速信号处理器为中心的实时数字仿真系统上,实现了对单频、双频及变频、变幅值谐和激励下桨叶振动的控制,获得了良好的振动控制效果。  相似文献

本文针对变循环发动机包线范围大,自适应控制需求高的问题,在增广线性二次型调节器(ALQR)基础上,提出一种基于数据驱动的自适应ALQR(DA-ALQR)控制算法。构建了多变量系统自适应控制准则函数,以梯度下降法对控制器参数进行调整,借助基于数据驱动的动态线性化建模方法,递推进行输出对输入梯度的近似计算,实现了对ALQR控制参数的自适应调整。仿真结果表明,所设计的DA-ALQR控制器参数随发动机状态变化得到了有效调整,相较于ALQR控制算法,闭环系统动态性能得到了大幅度提升,推力在单外涵模式表现出较快的响应速度,在双外涵模式表现出更小的超调,转速同样表现出了超调减小和响应速度加快特性,验证了所提出方法的有效性。  相似文献

In wind tunnel tests for the full-model fixed with sting, the low structural damping of the long cantilever sting results in destructive low-frequency and large-amplitude vibration. In order to obtain high-quality wind tunnel test data and ensure the safety of wind tunnel tests, an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD (Proportion Differentiation) control method is proposed. This method is used for active vibration control of a cantilever structure under variable aerodynamic load excitation, and real-time adjustment of parameters is achieved according to the system characteristics of vibration energy. Meanwhile, a real-time method is proposed to estimate the real-time vibration energy through the vibration acceleration signal, and the average exciting power of aerodynamic load is obtained by deducting the part of the power contributed by the vibration suppressor from the total power. Furthermore, an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller is proposed to achieve adaptive control to the changes of the aerodynamic load. Besides, the subsonic and transonic experiments were carried out in wind tunnel, the results revealed that comparing to fixed gain PD controllers, the energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller maintains higher performance.  相似文献

In this study an adaptive recurrent-neural-network controller (ARNNC) is proposed to control a linear induction motor (LIM) servo drive. First, the secondary flux of the LIM is estimated with an adaptive flux observer on the stationary reference frame and the feedback linearization theory is used to decouple the thrust force and the flux amplitude of the LIM. Then, an ARNNC is proposed to control the mover of the LIM for periodic motion. In the proposed controller, the LIM servo drive system is identified by a recurrent-neural-network identifier (RNNI) to provide the sensitivity information of the drive system to an adaptive controller. The backpropagation algorithm is used to train the RNNI on line. Moreover, to guarantee the convergence of identification and tracking errors, analytical methods based on a discrete-type Lyapunov function are proposed to determine the varied learning rates of the RNNI and the optimal learning rate of the adaptive controller. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is verified by both the simulated and experimental results. 将主动噪声控制技术应用于地铁通风隧道的噪声控制上,其应用效果在很大程度上取决于信号处理的实时性。在保证控制算法收敛的基础上,要求算法收敛速度尽可能快,以确保对声波变化的准确跟踪,据此产生匹配的振幅相等、相位相反的次级声信号,进而对噪声进行控制。利用比例思想对LMS算法进行改进,为小系数配上小的步长因子,为大系数配上较大的步长因子。最后,将其应用在地铁通风隧道的次级声通道模型的辨识上,并与常用的LMS算法在收敛速度、稳态失调性能上做出比较。数值分析结果表明,采用改进后的LMS算法能够有效地加快算法收敛,改善算法的稳态失调性能。  相似文献

A robust controller design for a synchronous reluctance drive system is presented. Based on a simplified model of the system, a robust position controller has been derived. A digital signal processor (DSP), TNO-320-C30, is used to implement the control algorithm. Furthermore, all the current, velocity, and position control loops are executed by the DSP. The system, as a result, is very flexible. Although the hardware circuit of the system is very simple, the synchronous reluctance drive system can accurately control a one-axis table. In addition, the system also has good transient response, load disturbance response, and tracking ability. Several experimental results validate the theoretical analysis  相似文献

An algorithm is described for initial synchronization in a communication system with a digital adaptive array. This algorithm can also be used for message extraction. A set of consecutive complex video samples of the array output is processed to obtain optimum adaptive array weights, based on a least mean square (LMS) error criterion. This computation is performed for each of the possible alternative signals which may be present during an observation interval. The correct synchronization time or message symbol is selected as the one which yields the minimum LMS error. Assuming orthogonality of the alternative codes, a probability distribution for the output of this processor has been derived.  相似文献

The authors describe an experimental study of adaptive pointing and tracking control for flexible spacecraft conducted on a complex ground experiment facility. The algorithm used is based on a multivariable direct model reference adaptive control law. Several experimental validation studies performed using this algorithm for vibration damping and robust regulation are extended by addressing the pointing and tracking problem. As is consistent with an adaptive control framework, the plant is assumed to be poorly known to the extent that only system level knowledge of its dynamics is available. Explicit bounds on the steady-state pointing error are derived as functions of the adaptive controller design parameters. It is shown that good tracking performance can be achieved in an experimental setting by adjusting adaptive controller design weightings according to the guidelines indicated by the analytical expressions for the error  相似文献
