Dual Drive Curve Tool Path Planning Method for 5-axis NC Machining of Sculptured Surfaces

The problem of finished surface being not first-order continuous commonly exists in machining sculptured surfaces with a torus cutter and some other types of cutters. To solve this problem, a dual drive curve tool path planning method is proposed in this article. First, the maximum machining strip width of a whole tool path can be obtained through optimizing each tool position with multi-point machining (MPM) method. Second, two drive curves are then determined according to the obtained maximum machining strip width. Finally, the tool is positioned once more along the dual drive curve under the condition of tool path smoothness. A computer simulation and cutting experiments are carried out to testify the performance of the new method. The machined surface is measured with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to examine the machining quality. The results obtained show that this method can effectively eliminate sharp scallops between adjacent tool paths, keep tool paths smooth, and improve the surface machining quality as well as machining efficiency.

Nonlinear Interactions between the Quasi 5-day Wave and Tides Based on Meteor Radar Observations at Maui

Nonlinear interactions between the quasi 5-day wave and tides based on meteor radar observation in the Mesosphere and Lower Thermosphere(MLT) at Maui are studied in this paper.Strong sum interaction between quasi 5-day wave and diurnal tide,and evident difference interaction between quasi 5-day wave and semidiurnal tide are observed during the time of attention.However,their difference and sum counterparts are clearly weaker.The secondary waves generated from those interactions beat with the tide and show intense modulation at the period of 5 days which confirms the existence of their interactions.Additionally,correlation coefficients among these waves are calculated to further explore their interactions and find that they can persist for several days although they are highly intermittent.The energy exchange among these waves can be reversible during the observational time.The periods when the significant difference interaction between the quasi 5-day wave and semidiurnal tide occur are much shorter than those when the significant sum interaction between the quasi 5-day wave and diurnal tide occur.Moreover,these two strong interactions can take place simultaneously.In generally,this study provides the proof of nonlinear interactions between quasi 5-day wave and tides which were seldom reported before.     

Ni18%和0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti异种钢材电子束焊接工艺试验研究

对Ni18%和0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti超高强度马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢异种钢材之间进行了电子束焊接工艺试验,就其工艺可焊性及接头性能、金相组织、焊缝质量、力学性能等开展研究,采用X-探伤、静载强度、金相观察、电镜扫描和能谱分析等检测手段对试件进行了分析并得出了相应结论。     

嫦娥五号探测器系统级电性能测试设计与实践

针对嫦娥五号探测器综合测试中遍历在轨飞行状态引发的全面覆盖难度大,任务剖面及关键环节多引发的模拟飞行及健壮性测试要求高等问题,提出并实践了状态遍历及增量式集成的系统级测试方法,测试设计按照分状态分阶段分剖面的多层次验证策略,探索出了一套从"最基本启动,增量式叠加,分步骤集成"的整体性测试与验证的解决方案,达到了在项目早期将系统验证工作置于真实环境下开展测试评估的效果。同时也解构了探测器组成复杂,器间交互多,器内耦合多的系统级全覆盖难题。引入非侵入式监测技术解决了特定任务剖面及系统级条件下关键动作高保真数据获取的难题。与阿波罗载人登月相比,嫦娥五号探测器系统级测试设计实现了测试与评估可靠性活动在整器研制环节的流程左移,体现了中国航天器研制技术的特点。     

航天器飞行控制仿真与平行系统

总结并分析了目前国内外航天器飞行控制仿真与平行技术的发展现状和任务需求,针对中国当前飞控仿真与平行系统的通用化和标准化不足的情况,提出了一种可组装的飞控仿真与平行系统的定义和系统架构,阐述了仿真与验证、决策与支持两个部分的设计方案,并通过嫦娥五号的飞控工作进行了检验,验证了系统的有效性。最后展望了未来航天器飞行控制仿真与平行技术的发展方向。     

嫦娥五号探测器月面铲挖采样前后状态变化分析

为了深入研究月球演化历史以及太空环境对月球土壤的风化影响,需要定量分析月球表面物质与次表层物质的状态差异。研究提出一种依据彩色图像数据分析月壤状态差异的方法,利用嫦娥五号任务采样期间获取的月球表面铲挖前后的图像数据,分析了每次铲挖前后月球表面的图像灰度表现特性等特征,分析结果表明:月球次表层物质的平均反射率小于表面物质,全色谱段中的平均变化率为-24.71%;局部区域的月球表面次表层物质的平均反射特性基本一致,全色谱段中的平均变化率为-0.30%;月球表层颗粒形态与次表层颗粒形态可能不一致;月球表层颗粒与次表层颗粒组成和化学分子结构可能不一致。分析数据表明嫦娥五号采样位置铲挖前后的原态月壤和新鲜月壤存在明显状态差异,研究结果可为我国后续月球采样实施方案的改进提供基础数据。

5A06铝合金薄壁贮箱焊接

材料为5A06铝合金的贮箱组件存在壁薄、结构复杂、尺寸大且容易变形，在试验中多次出现低压力爆破现象。为提高焊缝强度，满足产品焊接质量要求，对焊接工艺过程中焊接线能量对强度的影响进行了分析，对比了变极性手工TIG与自动TIG焊接方法，并改进了焊接结构。试验采取的措施有效地提高了产品的焊缝强度，满足了产品焊接质量要求。     

强5飞机限流活门建模计算

限流活门是把液体从固定流量转到限流和减少压力脉动的一种液压元件。本文对强５飞机Ｘ２Ａ－５５７０－８５０限流活门进行了计算，对限流活门的设计和限流参数起到一定的作用。
