通过从中国书法的文化精神和人格魅力的解读，阐述了古今书法大家的文化精神与人格魅力；审视了当代书坛现状，提出了重塑中国书法的文化精神与人格魅力的方向，诠释了书学的道德精神修养和学问艺术修养。     

依托学会 注重服务 提高高职学报整体办刊水平——陕西省高职高专教育学会学报工作委员会学术活动综述

陕西省高职高专教育学会学报工作委员会，依托陕西省高校学报研究会、全国高职高专学报研究会等行业学会组织，团结本省高职高专院校学报20多个会员单位，根据会员学报办刊现状和实际需求开展学报编辑规范化建设、学报编辑学研究和学术讲座等一系列学术活动，注重学会服务功能，推动以特色栏目为主要特征的高职高专学报创新实践，有效地提高了陕西省高职高专院校学报的整体办刊水平。     

Team effectiveness evaluation and virtual reality scenario mapping model for helicopter emergency rescue

The application of helicopter emergency rescue is becoming increasingly widespread, but the flight crew training in this area is still difficult due to high cost and risk. Nevertheless, with the development of Virtual Reality (VR) technology, virtual simulation has become a significant role in crew training of helicopter rescue. During the implementation of VR-based training, how to transform complex real tasks into VR scenarios and how to evaluate the performance of crew are of great importance. To address these issues, a novel VR-based R-E-A-D (Report, Evaluate, Agree, Do) evaluation model for training is proposed, which is suitable for complex missions with multiple tasks, multiple scenarios, and multiple people. Then, a mapping method of VR scenarios is put forward, which can transform the real tasks into virtual scenarios to serve the virtual simulation training. Finally, an experiment is carried out to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method and virtual scenario mapping method.     

团队理论在高校教学团队建设中的应用

在介绍团队概念的基础上,分析了团队的特点、构成要素及角色,并运用团队理论来指导教学团队的建设。提出了科学设定目标确定合理的成员结构、制定团队激励制度、制定有效的团队建设计划等教学团队的建设思路,并在我校"数控技术教学团队"中进行实践,取得很好效果,具有一定实际意义。     

JPL Innovation Foundry

Space science missions are increasingly challenged today: in ambition, by increasingly sophisticated hypotheses tested; in development, by the increasing complexity of advanced technologies; in budgeting, by the decline of flagship-class mission opportunities; in management, by expectations for breakthrough science despite a risk-averse programmatic climate; and in planning, by increasing competition for scarce resources. How are the space-science missions of tomorrow being formulated? The paper describes the JPL Innovation Foundry, created in 2011, to respond to this evolving context. The Foundry integrates methods, tools, and experts that span the mission concept lifecycle. Grounded in JPL's heritage of missions, flight instruments, mission proposals, and concept innovation, the Foundry seeks to provide continuity of support and cost-effective, on-call access to the right domain experts at the right time, as science definition teams and Principal Investigators mature mission ideas from “cocktail napkin” to PDR. The Foundry blends JPL capabilities in proposal development and concurrent engineering, including Team X, with new approaches for open-ended concept exploration in earlier, cost-constrained phases, and with ongoing research and technology projects. It applies complexity and cost models, project-formulation lessons learned, and strategy analyses appropriate to each level of concept maturity. The Foundry is organizationally integrated with JPL formulation program offices; staffed by JPL's line organizations for engineering, science, and costing; and overseen by senior Laboratory leaders to assure experienced coordination and review. Incubation of each concept is tailored depending on its maturity and proposal history, and its highest-leverage modeling and analysis needs.     

系部教学管理工作的探索与实践

系部教学管理工作决定系部各专业教学计划实施效果、教学任务落实情况以及教学质量的好坏。因此,研究系部教学管理,对于高职高专院校的教学工作是十分重要的。教学管理工作研究一是明确系部教学管理工作的任务及功能;二是教学计划的实施与监控;三是教学质量保证与教学改革;四是教师队伍的建设与管理。     

团队精神中的博弈分析

“负和博弈”和“零和博弈”是一种不合作博弈;而“正和博弈”是一种合作性博弈。在一个团队中,要取得良好的效果,不应采取对抗性博弈,而应制造非对抗性博弈,在竞争合作中寻找到辩证的结合点。     

数学建模与学生综合素质的培养

目的 数学建模教学与竞赛活动的开展对学生综合素质培养的作用；方法 分析数学建模教学和竞赛活动能弥补传统教学内容和方法的不足，引导数学理论与实际问题相结合；结果 数学建模在提高分析和解决问题的能力、养成自主探索和刻苦钻研的品质、创新精神和实践能力的培养，建立团队精神与协作意识，运用现代教育技术能力以及写作和口头表达能力等六个方面对学生综合素质培养有作用；结论 数学建模对学生综合素质的培养具有重要的作用。     

构建学报团队促进陕西高职教育科研深入发展

分析了目前陕西高职高专学报的发展现状以及各高职高专学报对院校教科研发展作用不大的成因，提出构建陕西高职高专学报团队的设想以及具体措施，指出应在稿件资源、编辑资源、栏目策划、社会功能作用等方面注重整合性，从而使学报更好地为高职教育科研服务。     

论人文素质教育对战斗精神的培育

从本质上讲,战斗精神与人文精神是一致的。人文素质教育课程在培养学员的战斗精神方面具有独特的学科优势和便利条件,在思想层面、心理层面、情感层面等维度上,为战斗精神的培育提供了强大的内驱力。
