Al2O3/YSZ composite ceramics was fabricated with combustion synthesis technology, and the influences of mechanical vibration on its microstructures and properties were investigated. It is found that under the mechanical vibration of ever-increasing frequency, increasing combustion temperature, accelerating ceramics/metal liquid-liquid separation and quickening ceramic solidification could not only reduce the average diameter and the size distribution of aligned ZrO2 nano-micron fibers in rod-shaped Al2O3 matrix grains, but also make the randomly-oriented rod-shaped grains finer and increase their aspect ratios. As a result, a remarkable increase in flexural strength and fracture toughness of the ceramics can be observed.  相似文献

在改装成的超声磨削机床上进行了陶瓷超声磨削与普通磨削的对比试验,以揭示蠕动进给超声磨削加工的磨削特性及其材料去除机理。结果表明:当超声振动方向与磨削进给方向相同时,超声振动所引起的抛磨作用非常显著,超声磨削的表面粗糙度比机械磨削的低;Al2O3陶瓷在一般条件下超声磨削的去除方式仍属于脆性断裂,以晶粒粉碎、穿晶断裂为主,但伴随有沿晶断裂、弹性划擦、塑性流动等现象。  相似文献

Al_2O_3/TiAl 复合材料的原位合成、结构与性能研究(英文)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以 Ti, Al, TiO2和 Nb2O5混合粉为原料,采用热压反应合成技术制备了 Al2O3/TiAl 复合材料。对复合材料的微观组织与力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:产物由γ-TiAl, α2-Ti3Al, Al2O3和 NbAl3相组成。原位反应形成的细小 Al2O3粒子主要分布在基体晶界处。随着 Nb2O5含量的增加,晶粒明显细化,Al2O3粒子呈弥散分布在基体中。最终形成了由γ和γ α2构成的特殊组织。随着 Nb2O5含量的增大,复合材料的硬度逐渐增大,抗弯强度和断裂韧性在 Nb2O5含量为 6 wt%时达到最大,分别为 398.5 MPa 和 6.99 MPa·m1/2。  相似文献

Compound ceramics coatings on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy were prepared by the direct current micro-plasma oxidation (MPO) in NaAlO2 solution. The composition and morphology of the coatings were studied with the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer technique was used to analyze the solution features of Ti-6Al-4V alloy in the process of preparation. The results reveal that Al2TiO5 forms in the coatings at the initial stages of MPO reaction, and its content changes rapidly with the reaction continuing: after 20 min, the ceramics coatings are composed of α-Al2O3, γ-Al2O3 and Al2TiO5, but after 40 min, its main composition is of α-Al2O3. The content of Ti in the solution will increase when the MPO time extends, and as will Al in the anode area until, after 30 min, it reaches the maximum and keeps constant from then on. Both substrata of Ti and Al in the electrolyte join the MPO reaction at the initial stage, where the formation of Al2TiO5 happens; but as the MPO reaction prolongs, more and more Al in the electrolyte will take part in the reaction, leading to the appearance of a large amount of Al2O3.  相似文献

利用Al-Ti-TiO2体系原位反应合成了Nb掺杂Al2O3/TiAl复合材料。借助XRD和SEM研究了Nb掺杂Al2O3/TiAl的显微结构以及Nb引入量对复合材料显微结构的影响。结果表明,复合材料由TiAl、Ti3Al、Al2O3、Nb和NbAl3相构成,细小Al2O3颗粒分布于基体晶粒交界处,存在一定的团聚;Nb元素引入量的高低,可调节产物中TiAl和Ti3Al的相对含量,随Nb含量的增大,TiAl含量逐渐减少,Ti3Al则逐渐增大;同时,基体晶粒和Al2O3颗粒均有所细化,且分布逐渐均匀,材料的均匀性得到改善。  相似文献

熔铝氧化渗透合成SiC_p/Al_2O_3-Al复合材料的微观结构分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以低成本的熔铝氧化渗透合成新方法制备了SiCp/Al2 O3 Al复合材料。借助X光电子谱 (XPS)、光学金相显微镜、透射电镜 (TEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)等手段研究了该种复合材料的微观结构 ,并分析了影响微观结构的主要因素及其影响规律。结果表明 ,Al2 O3 和Al作为复合材料基体呈双连续分布 ,它们各自的含量可在较大范围内受SiC颗粒的粒度所控制。在熔铝氧化渗透合成的SiCp/Al2 O3 Al复合材料中 ,各组成相之间无界面反应 ,也无晶间相 ,Al2 O3 在SiC颗粒表面二次形核并直接生长的现象普遍存在 ,并由此形成了具有良好物理冶金结合的Al2 O3 SiC一体化陶瓷骨架  相似文献

以 Al2 O3微粒为分散相,进行了周期换向脉冲复合电沉积工艺研究,快速电沉积出了 Al2 O3/Ni 复合镀层。利用扫描电镜及能谱分析技术对 Al2 O3/Ni 复合镀层的微观形貌及组成进行了表征,考察了脉冲参数对复合镀层中Al2 O3含量及镀层微观形貌的影响;并就周期换向脉冲电沉积与直流电沉积复合镀层的微观形貌、镀层应力及沉积速率进行比较。结果表明:采用周期换向脉冲法快速电沉积可以得到组织致密、内应力小、沉积速率高的 Al2 O3/Ni复合镀层。  相似文献

Fluorinated Organic Compounds (FOCs) are commonly used as modifiers for Aluminum (Al) powder to improve its ignition, combustion, and agglomeration characteristics. However, the effects of FOCs on combustion and inhibition mechanisms of agglomeration of Al powder are not well understood. In this paper, based on the experimental study of Fluorinated Graphite (FG)-modified Al matrix composite particles, the combustion and aggregation inhibition mechanisms of FOCs on Al particles were studied by the quantum chemical calculation at B3LYP/6-311+G(d,P) and G3//B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels. The flame behavior and single particle burning behavior of FG-modified samples were compared through ignition experiments, and the characteristic spectra of Al related oxides of different samples in the initial ignition stage were captured. It is found that FG increases the burning intensity of Al composite samples significantly, while it decreases the emission intensity of Al secondary oxides. Quantum chemical calculation results show that the thermal decomposition intermediates of FOCs, namely C2F4, can react with AlO and Al2O, which weakens the characteristic emission intensity of AlO and Al2O in the sample, and thus inhibits the formation of Al2O3 in the combustion process. These results contribute to enriching the combustion dynamics model of Al-FOCs reaction system.  相似文献

采用金属颗粒蒸汽相扩散燃烧模型和燃烧产物多相成核理论,对铝粉燃烧所形成的Al2O3平均粒径进行了计算研究。根据计算结果,就环境因素对铝粉燃烧区域中的温度、燃烧产物的过饱和度及其凝聚成核速率的影响规律进行了分析讨论。结果表明:环境压强增加,铝粉燃烧温度和液滴表面温度提高,铝粉燃烧产物平均粒径降低;环境压强对参数分布特性的影响比环境温度的影响更为显着。   相似文献

研究了不同添加量的富镧混合稀土对Mg-10Li-4Al合金显微组织的影响,分析了稀土化合物在合金中的作用,测量了铸态合金室温力学性能.研究表明,富镧混合稀土加入后,细化了晶粒,合金中生成短棒状稀土化合物Al3La,抑制了合金中MgLiAl2相和Mg17Al12相的生成,提高了合金的力学性能;当Al3La数量增多时,合金强度缓慢提高,延伸率下降.  相似文献

Ti/Al/Mg laminated composites were successfully fabricated by hot roll bonding. The effects of the rolling reduction on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the composites were explored. The results show that Ti/Al/Mg laminated sheets exhibit good interfacial bonding. The rolling reduction has a significant effect on the deformation inhomogeneity through the thickness of the Al layer. The initial grains of the Al layer near the Ti/Al interface are fragmented into fine equiaxed grains, and the grains at the center and near the Al/Mg interface are elongated. The R-cube shear texture of the Al layer forms near the Ti/Al interface and permeates into the center layer in the samples with greater rolling reductions. The β-fiber rolling texture of the Al layer is observed near the Al/Mg interface and increases with the increase of rolling reduction. The stress–strain curves indicate that the fracture appears first in the Mg layer. With the increasing rolling reduction, the ultimate tensile and yield strength values increase, and the elongation up to the Mg layer fracture decreases.  相似文献

Two Al2O3/Cu composites containing 0.24 wt.% Al2O3 and 0.60 wt.% Al2O3 separately are prepared by internal oxidation. Effects of sliding speed and pressure on the frictional characteristics of the composites and copper against brass are investigated and compared. The changes in morphology of the sliding surface and subsurface are examined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS). The results show that the wear resistance of the Al2O3/Cu composites is superior to that of copper under the same conditions, Under a given electrical current, the wear rate of Al2O3/Cu composites decreases as the Al2O3-content increases, However, the wear rates of the Al2O3/Cu composites and copper increase as the sliding speed and pressure increase under dry sliding condition. The main wear mechanisms for Al2O3/Cu composites are of abrasion and adhesion; for copper, it is adhesion, although wear by oxidation and electrical erosion can also be observed as the speed and pressure rise.  相似文献

为探索利用简单形状砂轮对陶瓷材料进行数控展成型面超声磨削,通过对Al2O3陶瓷进行蠕动进给超声磨削和机械磨削对比试验研究,探索各加工参数对磨削表面质量的影响规律.结果表明:超声振动方向与蠕动进给方向平行时可降低表面粗糙度值,而超声振动方向与蠕动进给方向垂直时则不利于改善加工表面质量;在超声磨削条件下,为了提高加工表面质量,应采取较小的磨削深度、较低的进给速度和适当高的磨削速度以及复合进给磨削方式.结合试验结果理论分析了蠕动进给超声磨削和蠕动进给机械磨削加工机理,并根据试验结果选择磨削参数进行了陶瓷叶片型面超声磨削的可行性试验.  相似文献

利用硅烷偶联剂对Al2O3颗粒进行表面改性,制备了Al2O3颗粒增强的TDE-85树脂基复合材料,研究了表面改性对其力学性能的影响,采用差热分析仪测定复合材料的固化反应温度,并计算了固化反应活化能。利用扫描电子显微镜分析了拉伸断口形貌。研究发现,当Al2O3用量为2wt%时,固化反应速度较快,硅烷偶联剂用量为4wt%时,冲击强度为13.2 kJ/m2;拉伸强度为65.2 MPa;弹性模量为2.66 GPa;最大伸长率为3.35%,此时对Al2O3颗粒的表面改性综合效果最好。  相似文献

本文对烃类燃料的能量特性进行了分析比较.三种烃(CH_4、C_3H_8、RP-1)分别同液态氧组合,其中含氢较高的CH_4具有最高的比冲和较低的燃烧室温度,其燃烧产物中固炭量低于C_3H_8与RP-1.三种烃分别同液态氧组合的比冲均高于O_2/C_2H_5OH与N_2O_4/(CH_3)_2NNH_2.本文还指出了烃同液氧组合比冲随α与p_c变化的关系.最后,对烃类燃料性能改进问题进行了论述.结果表明,将一定量的液氢加入烃中混合燃烧可提高比冲,减少低α条件下燃烧产物中固态炭量.另一方面,通过加液氢还可使燃气发生器工质的R_cT_c值提高.  相似文献

用热力学几何规则,对Si3N4-AlN-Al2O3-SiO2体系中的部分化舍物的标准生成吉布斯自由能进行了预报和评估;用新几何模型计算了Al2O3-SiO2-Si3N4三元体系高温液相的热力学性质。为研究Si3N4-AlN-Al2O3-SiO2体系陶瓷材料在制备和应用条件下的物理化学变化规律提供了热力学数据。此外,根据预报的热力学数据,计算并给出了Al-O-N、Si-O-N和B-O-N体系的参数状态图,为分析和确定O-Sialon-BN系复合材料合成和应用的条件提供了理论依据。  相似文献
