压制工艺和粒径对粉末冶金Ti-1Al-8V-5Fe合金组织性能的影响

采用粉末冶金技术以氢化钛（TiH₂）粉和不同粒径的元素粉体为原料制备Ti-1Al-8V-5Fe（Ti-185）合金,研究了压制工艺对不同粒径元素粉制备的Ti-185合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明：当压制压力在800 MPa、保压时间80 s、压制速率为1 mm/s时,Ti-185生坯密度最高,为最佳压制工艺。由粒径较小元素粉制备得到的Ti-185合金晶粒越细小,合金的烧结致密度就越高。粉末粒径越小,烧结过程中合金元素实现合金化需要扩散的距离就越短,越有利于合金力学性能的提高,其中具有最小粒径的样品表现出最高的硬度（43 HRC）和强度（1 438 MPa）。     

Photo-alteration of hydantoins against UV light and its relevance to prebiotic chemistry

Aqueous solutions of 5-substituted hydantoins were irradiated with ultraviolet (UV) light, to investigate their structural stability against UV radiation as well as the possible photolysis products. The photolysis products were identified and the degree of photolysis was measured using reversed-phase and ion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatography. Hydantoin (2,4-imidazolidinedione) was dominantly detected as a photolysis product of 5-substituted hydantoins. With hydrolysis of UV-irradiated 5-substituted hydantoins, glycine and alanine were dominantly detected. These experimental results are important for the prebiotic photochemistry of 5-substituted hydantoins in the formation of hydantoin since they have been detected in Solar System materials.

 借助扫描电镜、透射电镜对试样的断口及剖面进行了金相观察,分析研究了第二相对GH33A合金在700℃下的晶界损伤方式及疲劳和蠕变交互作用的影响。     

正交设计在沉淀硬化不锈钢热处理研究中的应用

用正交设计法研究固溶温度、固溶时间、调整处理温度和调整处理时间对0Cr17Ni5Mo3沉淀硬化不锈钢力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,在沉淀硬化不锈钢热处理研究中采用正交设计法安排试验,可以用很少的试验量获得主要热处理工艺参数对力学性能影响的规律.     

一种MWENO谱体积(SVMWENO5)格式

构造一种新的谱体积(spectral volume)格式来求解双曲型守恒律,记为SVMWENO5(Spectral Volume method byMulti-Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory)格式。其主要思想是:第一步,将空间计算区域划分为一系列单元,称为谱体积,等分每个谱体积为一些子单元,称为控制体积(control volume)。第二步,在谱体积内部采用类似MWENO5(Multi-Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory)的格式进行重构,而在谱体积的边界处采用传统WENO5格式进行处理。第三步,利用Runge-Kutta TVD离散方法对半离散格式进行时间离散,得到时空一致高精度全离散格式。最后,在文中给出几个经典数值算例用以验证本格式的计算能力。     

Realization Methodology of a 5-axis Spline Interpolator in an Open CNC System

By making use of the advantages of non-uniform rational B-spline （NURBS） curves to represent spatial curves, an instruction format with double NURBS curves suitable for 5-axis coordinated real-time interpolation is presented to replace the current 5-axis coordinated linear interpolation method defective in low-speed, low-accuracy and enormous numerical control （NC） files in sculptured surface machining. A generation procedure of the NC files with the presented format is introduced and the method to realize the interpolation in an open computer numerical control （CNC） system is developed by ourselves. These illustrated the feasibility of the proposed method and its capability of avoiding all the shortages of 5-axis linear interpolation method.
