现有的磁航向测量系统体积、重量、功耗偏大,并且调试、误差补偿算法复杂、整体费用偏高,针对这些问题,设计了一个在小角度俯仰、滚转情况下的小型磁航向测量系统.该系统采用带DSP指令的32位高速处理芯片AVR32 UC3B0256、新型倾角传感器SCA100T以及磁阻传感器HMC 1022构成数字化解算平台,实现了误差补偿.实验数据显示,在水平状态下,磁航向测量值最大误差为±1.4;当俯仰角低于30°或滚转角低于35°时,随着角度的增加,磁航向输出误差变化不大,最大误差分别为3.7°和2.8°;当俯仰角超过30°或滚转角超过35°时,磁航向输出误差会急速增大.结果表明,该系统在小角度俯仰、滚转情况下具有较准确的磁航向角解算能力. 相似文献

利用STM32的控制性能和丰富外设,采用模块化方法设计了一款基于STM32ZET6单片机和ET1100专用以太网芯片的、具有工业以太网功能的无刷直流电机控制器。在设计中,以STM32ZET6作为微处理器,采用了IR2136驱动芯片及ET1100工业以太网芯片,分别实现了对无刷直流电机的调速功能,以及对上位机的EtherCAT通信功能。针对传统设计中SPI串行接口未能充分发挥工业以太网的优越性能的问题,设计中利用STM32ZET6特有的FSMC机制实现了EtherCAT模块的并行接口设计,使系统的实时性能有了很大提升。该控制器设计成本低、集成度高、实时性强,特别适用于工业领域。 相似文献

We present here results obtained from three BeppoSAX observations of the transient X-ray pulsar GRO J1948+32 carried out during the declining phase of its 2000 November–2001 June outburst. Timing analysis of the data clearly shows a 18.7 s pulsation in the X-ray light curves in 0.1–100 keV energy band. The pulse profile of GRO 1948+32 is characterized by a broad peak with a sharp rise followed by a narrow dip. The dip in the pulse profile shows very strong energy dependence. Phase-averaged spectroscopy obtained with three of the BeppoSAX instruments shows that the 0.1–100 keV energy spectrum is described by a Comptonized component, a weak blackbody component (7% of the total emission) for soft X-rays, a narrow and weak iron emission line at 6.7 keV and low column density of material in the line of sight. The results obtained from the analysis are discussed in this paper. 相似文献

Laser Shock Peening (LSP) is a well-established surface treatment commonly used to improve mechanical properties of material's surfaces. To further understand the relationship between tensile property and fatigue life improvement of high strength low alloy steel in the LSP process, LSP treatment of 32CrNi high strength low alloy steel was carried out by YAG laser with pulse energy of 15 J, and tensile property was tested by electronic universal material testing machine. Surface morphology, residual stress and tensile fracture of the specimens before and after LSP were observed by white light interferometer (WLI), X-ray measuring apparatus and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Result shows that LSP did not change tensile strength of 32CrNi steel but cause yield characteristic transform from obvious yield point to no yield phenomenon which is the only factor benefiting fatigue life, indicating that the increment of fatigue life was probably related to the disappearance of yield phenomenon. Formation mechanisms of tensile fractures and yield phenomenon induced by LSP at room temperature were also discussed and completely revealed. Deeper compressive residual stress and flat grains contributed to the transition of yield characteristic and lower elongation rate of 32CrNi steel subjected to LSP. 相似文献

This paper examines the possibility of regular orbital corrections for a satellite controlled by an impulsive force applied along the induction vector of the local geomagnetic field. The main purpose of the correcting considered in the paper is to eliminate the drift in secular variation of the relative orbital parameters over the orbital period. The obtained results are applied to the formation flying problem. The developed method is tested using numerical simulation. 相似文献

针对验证可重复使用运载器关键控制技术的需求,提出了一套基于STM32的可重复使用运载器闭环仿真系统。基于该套平台,对系统的总体方案、硬件平台设计、软件开发及设计进行了重点论述,实现了箭上测量单元、计算机单元、执行单元及地面测发控单元的模拟。通过仿真试验验证,完成了可重复使用运载器制导、导航及姿控算法等关键控制技术的验证。结果表明:所开发的闭环仿真系统设计合理,系统实时性好,可靠性高。可为可重复使用运载器大型试验奠定基础,缩短研制周期。 相似文献
