美国科技文献资源体系建设及启示

介绍了美国联邦政府和国家航空般天局（NASA）科技文献信息资源体系建设，科技信息纲领的内涵、宗旨、任务、目标，实施科技信息纲领的工作程序、组织管理机构，科技信息产品和服务，以及美国国家技术信息服务中心（NTIS）和航空航天科技信息中心（CASI）的运作情况，论述了美国科技文献信息资源在推动科技进步中的作用，并在研究分析的基础上给出了结论。     

Astrophysics in 2006

The fastest pulsar and the slowest nova; the oldest galaxies and the youngest stars; the weirdest life forms and the commonest dwarfs; the highest energy particles and the lowest energy photons. These were some of the extremes of Astrophysics 2006. We attempt also to bring you updates on things of which there is currently only one (habitable planets, the Sun, and the Universe) and others of which there are always many, like meteors and molecules, black holes and binaries.     

飞机维修信息管理系统

基于机载中央维护系统(CMS),提出了飞机维修信息管理系统(AMIMS),以进一步提高飞机的安全性,降低维修和运行成本;并详细讨论了AMIMS的组成、功能、关键技术及其解决途径。     

Digital Aircraft Sheet Metal Part Manufacturing System and Its Key Technology

The architecture of digital sheet metal manufacturing system is proposed based on the classification of sheet metal manufacturing information.The essence of digital manufacturing is the definition,management and transfer of information,and the key technologies are brought forward and described.It is pointed out that knowledge-based manufacturing elements design is necessary to make digital technology efficient.The management of all kinds of sheet metal manufacturing element information is to build single source of manufacturing data.Multi-state model-based digital transfer and coordination method is designed to provide a foundation for digital manufacturing of aircraft sheet metal part.The application of digital sheet metal manufacturing is exemplified with an aircraft sheet metal part.The application result is compared to that of the traditional analog transfer technology.It is shown that the developed technology can improve part quality,shorten manufacturing time and lower manufacturing cost.     

空间能量粒子探测方法研究

阐述了空间能量粒子探测的原理和方法。介绍了国外在能量粒子探测方面所采用的半导体望远镜测量法、电场加速法、磁偏转法等方法，分析了它们各自的优缺点。就制约能量粒子探测技术发展的关键因素进行了讨论。并以此为基础，结合我国实际情况提出了一种新的探测方法。     

Modelling of Ejecta as a Space Debris Source

When a micro-debris or a micrometeoroid impacts a spacecraft surface, a large number of secondary particles, called ejecta, are produced. These particles can contribute to a modification of the debris environment: either locally by the occurrence of secondary impacts on the components of complex and large space structures, or at great distance by the formation of a population of small orbital debris. This paper describes firstly, the ejecta overall production, and secondly, the lifetime and the orbital evolution of the particles. Finally the repartition of ejecta in LEO is computed. Some results describing the population as a function of size and altitude are presented.     

扩压器-水泵内非稳定流动研究

水泵内部流动实质上是复杂的三维非稳定流动 ,它对水泵性能及结构振动有重要影响。本文介绍了一种求解这种复杂内流动的数值方法。三维雷诺数平均的纳维斯托克斯方程 ( 3-DReynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes,RANS)以及标准 k-ε的方程用于描述水泵内非定常紊流流场。系统特性方程与水泵的 CFD模型相结合以考虑流体在管道中的加速 ;采用任意滑移网格界面模拟叶轮和静止部件之间的相互干涉 ;将整个叶轮作为分析对象 ,以考虑失速情况下流动的周向非对称。这些技术的结合包括了水泵内非稳定流动的物理实质。一台实验数据比较齐全的离心式 -扩压器水泵被用于验证所提出的数值方法     

FY—1C卫星姿态控制系统

针对FY－1C卫星姿态控制系统，给出了系统方案、系统设计、系统特点和飞行试验的结果；对一些新的技术设计和新颖特殊的方案特点，从理论分析和技术实现给出了设计思路和工程实现的方法；分析了FY－1C卫星姿态控制系统在轨运行的结果；对长寿命、低成本和稳定连续运行的工程实现进行了研究；给出了FY－1C卫星姿态控制系统的水平能力和应用发展方向。     

数字人感系统的研究

随着飞机模拟器技术的发展,电机伺服系统在人感系统中也得到了广泛的应用。本文着重讨论 了以DSP芯片为核心的数字人感系统组成和工作原理,并分析了系统的特点及功能。     

掠海飞行导弹击水概率的仿真研究

本文对掠海导弹的击水概率问题进行了研究,提出了用均匀设计、Monte—Carlo法和逐步回归法建立击水概率预报公式的仿真方法,并结合某型号的反舰导弹进行计算,得到了满意的结果。本文还利用表观频率和表观频谱的概念,建立起飞航导弹的背景干扰——海浪和阵风的数学模型,并用波叠加法进行了数字仿真。
