Two-dimensional cross-correlation techniques are applied to the problem of image registration under the assumption of small geometric distortion. Optimum filter functions for use with arbitrary window functions are derived for two performance measures of interest: peak-to-sidelobe ratio, and mean- square registration error; the latter is examined in terms of the contribution due to distortion and the contribution due to noise. A generalized Lagrange multiplier approach is used to derive at least approximate ate solutions to the case where the images are modeled as random processes and to the case where the images are assumed to be deterministic.  相似文献

The effect of geometric distortion on the local accuracy of the image registration algorithms using cross correlation is presented. Using a probabilistic model describing images as homogeneous random patterns, expressions for the mean and covariance of the local error vector in terms of image and noise autocorrelation functions, geometric distortion, and reference image area are derived. The geometric distortions considered are those represented by an affine transformation of image coordinates. It is shown that for a fixed geometric distortion there is an image size (integration area) that minimizes the local error. The optimum area decreases with increasing geometric distortion.  相似文献

The degradation in acquisition probability that occurs when cross correlation is used to determine the offset of two images of the same scene that differ by a relative geometric distortion is presented. The geometric distortions considered can be represented by a general affine transformation of image coordinates. The analysis shows that for a given geometric distortion there is an image size and shape that minimizes the probability of false acquisition. The results are derived for images modeled as random patterns with arbitrary auto-correlation functions. The results are illustrated for images with Gaussian autocorrelation functions.  相似文献

 景象匹配通过将飞行器实拍图像与机载的基准图像比较而进行导航。当飞行高度较低时,由地面大起伏引起的实时图几何变形会严重影响匹配性能,造成匹配精度下降甚至出现误匹配,这一问题严重制约了现有景象匹配系统的应用范围,比如无法应用于建筑林立的城镇地区和梯田、丘陵地带。本文首先推导了小视场内无几何变形的高空竖直透视投影模型;在此基础上,依据三视约束关系,把相邻两幅下视实时图像的特征赋给该透视模型所成的像,得到消除几何变形的特征模板,再和基准图进行匹配。因此,所提方法不仅能处理由飞行器姿态引起的实时图几何变形问题,而且适用于城镇等地面存在较大起伏的地形。理论分析和仿真实验表明,该算法取得了较好的结果,具有良好的环境适应能力,实用性较强。  相似文献

Registration by integral-square error correlation of one-dimensional discrete-time waveforms which are treated as random processes with specified autocorrelation functions is considered. An important design parameter for this class of problems is the probability of anomaly (a false dip in the correlation function) because it gives an indication of system immunity to gross registration errors. Explicit expressions for this parameter are not possible, so bounds and appoximations must be derived. Two upper bounds and an approximation for the probability of anomaly are derived here. The use of these expressions is illustrated by an example. The relative utility of these performance indicators is shown for the example by comparison with actual values of the probability of anomaly obtained by computer simulation.  相似文献

A type of analog integrating moving window detector for use with a scanning pulse radar is examined. A performance analysis is carried out, which takes into account both the radiation pattern of the antenna and the dynamic character of the detection process due to the angular scanning of the antenna. An expression for the false alarm rate of the detector is first derived and evaluated numerically. The detection performance and angular accuracy are next determined in a direct Monte Carlo simulation of the detector on a digital computer for both no fading and pulse-to-pulse Rayleigh fading. Finally the influence on detection performance of the width used for the moving window is investigated.  相似文献

The performance of propulsion configurations with boundary layer ingestion (BLI) is affected to a large extent by the level of distortion in the inlet flow field. Through flow methods and parallel compressor have been used in the past to calculate the effects of this aerodynamic inte-gration issue on the fan performance;however high-fidelity through flow methods are computation-ally expensive, which limits their use at preliminary design stage. On the other hand, parallel compressor has been developed to assess only circumferential distortion. This paper introduces a discretized semi-empirical performance method, which uses empirical correlations for blade and performance calculations. This tool discretizes the inlet region in radial and circumferential direc-tions enabling the assessment of deterioration in fan performance caused by the combined effect of both distortion patterns. This paper initially studies the accuracy and suitability of the semi-empirical discretized method by comparing its predictions with CFD and experimental data for a baseline case working under distorted and undistorted conditions. Then a test case is examined, which corresponds to the propulsor fan of a distributed propulsion system with BLI. The results obtained from the validation study show a good agreement with the experimental and CFD results under design point conditions.  相似文献

采用数值模拟计算的方法研究了90°弯管对离心压气机进口流场产生的畸变,并对比了两种弯管在不同轴向位置时其内部流场的区别,分析了弯管所致的进口畸变造成压气机性能下降的原因。结果表明,弯管畸变对离心压气机性能的恶化程度与弯管所在位置有关,距离叶轮进口较远的弯管影响较大。与无弯管相比,弯管造成叶轮进口的流场紊乱。畸变引起压气机性能在大流量时有明显降低,在小流量时恶化程度较小。这是因为流量增大时,进口畸变的作用增强,可以一直发展到蜗壳入口,并与舌部引起的周向畸变联合作用导致压气机性能下降。流量减小时,进口畸变的影响会减弱叶轮流道中的损失,有利于保持近失速状态下的压气机性能。   相似文献

为量化评价径向总压畸变对多级轴流压气机气动性能的综合影响效应,将标准畸变模拟网与叶型探针技术相结合,开展了径向总压畸变对压气机性能与稳定性影响的试验研究.试验结果表明:径向总压畸变会轻度恶化压气机总体性能与稳定裕度,轮毂畸变与轮缘畸变对压气机性能的影响程度较为接近,而稳定裕度受轮缘畸变的影响要大于轮毂畸变,最大偏差达2%.两种径向总压畸变在压气机流道内均会迅速径向掺混,气流在强烈掺混过程中也将产生相应的压力损失.径向总压畸变会改变压气机原有级间负荷的分配,使某级的性能得到改善,该物理现象与转子攻角的变化范围相关联.   相似文献

Inspection techniques for aero-engine blades are a hot topic in industry. Since these blades have a sculptured surface and a small datum, measurement results may deviate from an actual position. There are few proper approaches compensating for non-uniform distribution errors that are within specified tolerance ranges. This study aimed to develop a meshing structure measur-ing approach for the distortion of blades via non-contact optical 3D scanning. A rough measure-ment and a registration procedure are initially adopted to rectify the coordinate system of a blade, which avoids the initial coordinate system errors caused by the small datum. A measurement path with meshing structure is then unfolded on the blade surface. For non-uniform distribution errors, the meshing structure measurement is more visual and clear than the traditional constant height curves method. All measuring points take only 7 min to complete, and the distribution of error is directly and accurately presented by the meshing structure. This study provides a basis for future research on distortion control and error compensation.  相似文献

Image mosaicking is widely used in Geographic Information Systems (GISs) for large-scale ground surface analysis. However, most existing mosaicking methods can only be used in offline processing due to the enormous amounts of computation. In this paper, we propose a novel and practical algorithm for real-time infrared video mosaicking. To achieve this, a novel fast template matching algorithm based on Sum of Cosine Differences (SCD) is proposed to coarsely match the sequential images. The high speed of the proposed template matching algorithm is obtained by computing correlation with Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). We also propose a novel fast Least Squares Matching (LSM) algorithm for inter-frame fine registration, which can significantly reduce the computation without degrading the matching accuracy. In addition, the proposed fast LSM can effectively adapt for noise degradation and geometric distortion. Based on the proposed fast template matching algorithm and fine registration algorithm, we develop a practical real-time mosaicking approach which can produce seamless mosaic image highly efficiently. Experiments on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is not just computationally efficient but also robust against various noise distortions.  相似文献

针对现有的稠密点云配准方法依赖初始位置设定、计算成本高、配准成功率不高等问题,提出了一种基于点云局部几何特征的稠密点云配准方法。采用深度卷积网络模型提取点云的局部几何特征,从而减少了三维点云数据的噪声、低分辨率和不完备性等带来的影响。在此基础上,使用K维树搜索完成局部几何特征描述子的关联工作。最后,通过随机采样一致算法对点云的相对位姿进行鲁棒的估计。通过对开源数据集上5个典型场景中的数据测试表明,该方法的配准成功率达到92.5%,配准精度达到0.0434m,配准时间相对最邻点迭代配准算法缩短了74.7%,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性、实时性和鲁棒性。  相似文献

The flow over a short intake is characterised by a strong interaction with the fan, that can only be captured when the rotor blades are modelled in the numerical simulations. In this paper, we use a coupled methodology to derive indications about relevant geometric variables affecting the high-incidence operation of an ultra-high bypass ratio turbofan intake with a length-to-diameter ratio of 0.35. By reproducing the effect of the fan through a body force model, we carry out a parametric study of the influence of the contraction ratio and the scarf angle at take-off conditions for a grid of 28 different three-dimensional shapes. The analysis of the selected performance metrics distributions at three angles of attack of 16°, 24°, and 28° reveals that a contraction ratio higher than 1.20 is needed to avoid separation at high incidence. While for an attached inlet the best performance is found with a moderate scarf angle, in presence of a developed separation the distortion level reduces as the scarf decreases up to negative values. We discuss the correspondence between the distortion indexes and the flow field, highlighting the origin of the detachment for the different geometries, according to the operating condition, and analysing the fan operation in the most distorted case. Finally, we assess the influence of modelling the rotor in the simulations, showing that its suppression effect on the separation at a given incidence depends on the intake geometric features.  相似文献

An experimental comparison of several similarity measures and preprocessing techniques used for the registration of temporally differing images is carried out. It is found that preprocessing of the images via a gradient operator improves the registration performance. 针对航拍视频图像在光学变换和几何变换下特征匹配容易产生误匹配,以及匹配精度不一致等问题,提出一种结合不变特征和映射抑制的航拍视频配准算法。首先,利用Harris检测器在尺度变化下的局部区域内选择出最稳定角点,并利用分区检测方法提取出分布均匀的角点作为待配准点。然后,计算以特征点为中心邻域窗口的描述符,通过比较两幅待配准图像特征点邻域描述符的欧式距离,提取出初始匹配点对。对匹配对点集建立D-三角网图,利用映射抑制方法提取出精确度最高的少数匹配点,并对模型参数进行估计,完成视频帧间的配准。大量实验表明,所提方法对航拍视频图像配准具有较强的适应性且配准精度高。  相似文献

The performance of a cell averaging constant false-alarm rate (CA-CFAR) detector degrades rapidly in nonideal conditions caused by multiple targets and nonuniform clutter. The ordered-statistic CFAR (OS-CFAR) is an alternative to the CA-CFAR. The OS-CFAR trades a small loss in detection performance relative to the CA-CFAR in ideal conditions for much less performance degradation in nonideal conditions. A formula is given for the detection probability of the OS-CFAR when there are multiple Swerling I targets in the CFAR window, and a formula is given for the probability of false alarm in nonuniform Raleigh clutter  相似文献
