控制面间隙对非线性二元机翼气动弹性响应的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

采用Theodorsen非定常气动力建立同时含有俯仰立方非线性和控制面间隙非线性二元机翼的运动方程,并以状态空间形式描述。基于状态依赖Riccati方程控制方法,设计了非线性颤振控制律。综合运用Runge-Kutta数值方法与Henon方法,研究了控制面间隙对系统开环/闭环响应的影响。其中Henon方法用以准确快速地确定间隙非线性的转折点,从而可以避免间隙非线性引起的数值不稳定现象。仿真结果显示,俯仰立方非线性可以使间隙非线性系统产生振幅稳定的极限环振荡;控制面间隙对开环响应的影响随着来流速度的升高而减弱;在速度较高的情况下,控制面间隙导致闭环系统响应产生过阻尼现象。  相似文献

The flutter and post flutter of a two-dimensional double-wedge lifting surface with combined freeplay and cubic stiffness nonlinearities in both plunging and pitching degrees-of-freedom operating in supersonic/hypersonic flight speed regimes have been analyzed. In addition to the structural nonlinearities, the third-order piston theory aerodynamics is used to evaluate the unsteady non-linear aerodynamic force and moment. Such model accounts for stiffness and damping contributions produced by the aerodynamic loads. Responses involving limit cycle oscillation and chaotic motion are observed over a large number of parameters that characterizes the aeroelastic system. Results of the present study show that the freeplay in the pitching degree-of-freedom and soft/hard cubic stiffness in the pitching and plunging degrees-of-freedom have significant effects on the LCOs exhibited by the aeroelastic system in the supersonic/hypersonic flight speed regimes. The simulations also show that the aeroelastic system behavior is greatly affected by physical structural parameters, such as the radius of gyration and the frequency ratio, especially in post-flutter regimes, when accounting for all system nonlinearities. It has been shown that at high Mach numbers the non-linear aerodynamic stiffness yields detrimental effects from the aeroelastic point of view, while the damping one do not.  相似文献

研究了大展弦比复合材料机翼在较大迎角状态下的失速颤振特性,探讨了结构几何非线性和由复合材料剪裁产生的刚度耦合效果对机翼失速颤振特性的影响.首先,将复合材料机翼建模为转角和位移均可为有限值的非线性薄壁单闭室截面Euler梁,并在综合考虑结构几何非线性、气动非线性和材料各向异性对机翼运动状态的影响的基础上,建立机翼的运动微分方程.然后,使用小扰动分析的方法得到机翼在平衡位置附近的振动方程,采用ONERA半经验的非定常失速气动力模型,获得机翼在平衡位置附近的非线性失速颤振分析方程.最后,利用谐波平衡法求解并判定机翼颤振稳定性.通过算例,首先验证了算法的正确性,然后研究了几何非线性对失速颤振的影响,并讨论不同的复合材料铺层方式导致机翼失速特性的改变.  相似文献

A review on the recent advance in nonlinear aeroelasticity of the aircraft is presented in this paper. The nonlinear aeroelastic problems are divided into three types based on different research objects, namely the two dimensional airfoil, the wing, and the full aircraft. Different non- linearities encountered in aeroelastic systems are discussed firstly, where the emphases is placed on new nonlinear model to describe tested nonlinear relationship. Research techniques, especially new theoretical methods and aeroelastic flutter control methods are investigated in detail. The route to chaos and the cause of chaotic motion of two-dimensional aeroelastic system are summarized. Var- ious structural modeling methods for the high-aspect-ratio wing with geometric nonlinearity are dis- cussed. Accordingly, aerodynamic modeling approaches have been developed for the aeroelastic modeling of nonlinear high-aspect-ratio wings. Nonlinear aeroelasticity about high-altitude long- endurance (HALE) and fight aircrafts are studied separately. Finally, conclusions and the chal- lenges of the development in nonlinear aeroelasticity are concluded. Nonlinear aeroelastic problems of morphing wing, energy harvesting, and flapping aircrafts are proposed as new directions in the future.  相似文献

The modeling of dynamic stall aerodynamics is essential to stall flutter, due to the flow separation in a large-amplitude pitching oscillation process. A newly neural network based Reduced Order Model (ROM) framework for predicting the aerodynamic forces of an airfoil undergoing large-amplitude pitching oscillation at various velocities is presented in this work. First, the dynamic stall aerodynamics is calculated by solving RANS equations and the transitional SST-γ model. Afterwards, the stall flutter bifurcation behavior is calculated by the above CFD solver coupled with structural dynamic equation. The critical flutter speed and limit-cycle oscillation amplitudes are consistent with those obtained by experiments. A newly multi-layer Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) neural network based ROM is constructed to accelerate the calculation of aerodynamic forces. The training and validation process are carried out upon the unsteady aerodynamic data obtained by the proposed CFD method. The well-trained ROM is then coupled with the structure equation at a specific velocity, the Limit-Cycle Oscillation (LCO) of stall flutter under this flow condition is predicted precisely and more quickly. In order to predict both the critical flutter velocity and LCO amplitudes after bifurcation at different velocities, a new ROM with GRU neural network considering the variation of flow velocities is developed. The stall flutter results predicted by ROM agree well with the CFD ones at different velocities. Finally, a brief sensitivity analysis of two structural parameters of ROM is carried out. It infers the potential of the presented modeling method to depict the nonlinearity of dynamic stall and stall flutter phenomenon.  相似文献

 基于Theodorsen 理论和Wagner 函数,提出了不可压缩流作用下三自由度二维翼段任意运动非定常气动力表达式。对操纵面自由度具有的间隙非线性,建立了二维翼段气动弹性系统无量纲分段线性运动方程。数值仿真预示了系统极限环振动的相轨迹、无量纲振动幅值和频率,表明操纵面铰链处存在的间隙非线性将导致整个系统的极限环振动;随着来流速度的增加,系统极限环振动的幅值和频率都存在跳跃现象。  相似文献

A state space model for the aerodynamic loads calculated by means of a linearized CFD code which models the inviscid compressible flow is used to analyze the dynamic behavior of a two dimensional airfoil with a freeplay structural nonlinearity in pitch. The state space aeroelastic equations of motion are utilized to study the existence of Hopf bifurcation points and of limit cycle oscillations. 间隙结构的气动弹性系统非线性颤振问题是飞行器气动弹性力学工程领域的研究热点和难点,研究 考虑间隙非线性的控制舵系统的气动弹性特性具有重要意义。基于最小状态拟合方法获得时域降阶气动力模 型,并通过Lagrange方程获得系统非线性气动弹性方程;对比分析三种不同非线性控制舵系统的极限环颤振 及非线性动力学响应特性,并与等效线化法和时域仿真的结果进行一致性对比。结果表明:俯仰和扑动弹簧刚 度的变化对系统颤振边界有显著影响,当俯仰和扑动两个方向同时含有间隙非线性时,系统在线性颤振速度内 存在倍周期、混沌等复杂非线性动力学现象。  相似文献

飞行失控是造成民机灾难性航空事故的重要因素,飞行失控中飞机难以避免超出正常飞行包线范围,进入具有复杂非线性和非定常动态气动特性的极限飞行状态。本文开展典型民机布局飞机极限飞行状态的动导数、大振幅试验,对大迎角动态气动力的参数影响规律以及非线性、非定常特性进行分析和建模。结果表明,在飞机失速到过失速区域,飞行姿态快速变化过程中动态气动力的非线性和非定常特征显著;在动导数试验和建模中,考虑运动角速率的影响,可以预示气动力非线性的迎角范围,并捕捉到关于飞机动稳定性演化的关键特征;利用Goman-Khrabrov状态空间模型结合大振幅试验,可以确定模型中表征非定常特征的关键时间常数,获得特定极限飞行状态运动中的非定常动态气动力特性。研究方法和结果为开展民机极限飞行状态的动态气动力风洞试验设计与建模提供了一个可行途径,能改进飞机飞行失控预防、极限状态改出、飞行模拟训练和飞行事故分析等。  相似文献

The nonlinear aeroelastic behavior of a folding fin in supersonic flow is investigated in this paper. The finite element model of the fin is established and the deployable hinges are represented by three torsion springs with the freeplay nonlinearity. The aerodynamic grid point is assumed to be at the center of each aerodynamic box for simplicity. The aerodynamic governing equation is given by using the infinite plate spline method and the modified linear piston theory. An improved fixed-interface modal synthesis method, which can reduce the rigid connections at the interface, is developed to save the problem size and computation time. The uniform temperature field is applied to create the thermal environment. For the linear flutter analyses, the flutter speed increases first and then decreases with the rise of the hinge stiffness due to the change of the flutter coupling mechanism. For the nonlinear analyses, a larger freeplay angle results in a higher vibration divergent speed. Two different types of limit cycle oscillations and a multiperiodic motion are observed in the wide range of airspeed under the linear flutter boundary. The linear flutter speed shows a slight descend in the thermal environment, but the effect of the temperature on the vibration divergent speed is different under different hinge stiffnesses when there exists freeplay.  相似文献

研究了翼型在低马赫数条件下的非定常气动特性,从翼型表面气流运动的角度对Leishman-Beddoes(L-B)模型进行了修正,并在此基础上建立了适合低马赫数颤振研究且带有气动及结构非线性的二元机翼气弹系统分析模型.对比低马赫数翼型气动载荷试验结果表明对L-B模型的修正是有效的,且机翼颤振试验结果亦验证了二元机翼气弹分析模型.研究结果表明:二元机翼气弹系统的失速颤振与初始变距角和来流速度密切相关,且耦合的三次非线性变距和浮沉刚度是造成系统呈现准周期运动的主要原因.   相似文献

建立了一个新的非线性气动弹性模型,对低速流场中柔性悬臂板的后颤振响应特性进行了分析。建模中考虑了结构几何非线性、气动力非线性以及两者之间的强耦合效应。通过实验数据对所建立的气动弹性模型进行了验证。发现在低速流场中柔性悬臂板可能会以周期加倍的方式进入混沌运动。结构几何非线性效应和翼尖涡引起的非定常气动力效应对柔性悬臂板的结构响应有显著影响,而尾涡变形引起的非定常气动力对结构运动的影响较小。还研究了不同耦合算法的差异,给出了小展弦比大柔性结构非线性气动弹性数值仿真时耦合策略的选择依据。  相似文献

基于模态综合法对含间隙折叠舵面的非线性动态特性进行了研究。首先根据折叠舵面的结构特性建立含铰链连接的有限元模型,并采用双协调自由界面模态综合法对折叠舵面的有限元模型进行降阶。其次对不含间隙的折叠舵面进行扫频和模态实验,检验有限元模型及其降阶动力学模型的精度,并基于模型修正得到铰链的等效线性连接刚度。最后将等效线性连接刚度和间隙值进行组合,得到不同间隙下铰链的非线性连接刚度,完成含间隙折叠舵面的非线性动力学模型建立。基于非线性动力学模型对含间隙折叠舵面进行数值扫频,计算结果与实验扫频结果吻合良好,验证了所建立非线性动力学模型的精度及其在含间隙折叠舵面非线性动态特性分析中的可行性。  相似文献

涡桨运输机使用螺旋桨作为能量输出,滑流是螺旋桨飞机的重要特征,在适航验证时需考虑。失速速度是反映飞机气动特性的重要参数,在开展失速速度的验证时考虑滑流的影响尤为重要。分析了螺旋桨滑流对飞机气动特性的影响,根据涡桨运输机失速速度的适航规章条款CCAR25.103的相关要求,提出了涡桨运输机考虑滑流影响的失速速度的适航验证思路及具体的验证方法。以一型涡桨运输机滑流影响的风洞试验为例,给出了该型飞机在发动机慢车状态下,巡航构型时考虑滑流影响的纵向气动特性试验结果,试验结果进一步证明了在进行失速速度验证时考虑滑流影响的重要性,为失速试飞提供了依据。文中给出的验证方法为涡桨运输机的失速速度以及飞行性能和飞行品质相关的其它适航条款的验证提供了参考。  相似文献

提出了一种基于计算流体力学/计算结构动力学(CFD/CSD)的非线性气动弹性分析方法,并应用于切尖三角翼的非线性颤振和极限环振荡(LCO)研究。该方法将非线性有限元(FEM)和CFD计算相结合,并辅以高精度的界面插值,能够分析结构和气动非线性共存的气动弹性问题。结构部分以四边形平板壳元为基础,采用更新的拉格朗日(UL)方法分析结构大变形引起的几何非线性问题。气动部分以Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程作为控制方程,采用CFD方法计算跨声速气动力。机翼的非线性颤振计算表明了方法的有效性。最后应用该方法研究了切尖三角翼的LCO现象,其计算精度明显优于已有结果。  相似文献

Designing re-entry space vehicles and high-speed aircraft requires special attention to the nonlinear thermoelastic and aerodynamic instability of their structural components. The thermal effects are important since temperature environment brings dramatic influences on the static and dynamic behaviors of flight structures in supersonic/hypersonic regimes and is likely to cause instability, catastrophic failure and oscillations resulting in structural failure due to fatigue. In order to understand the dynamic behaviors of these "hot" structures, a double-wedge lifting surface with combining freeplay and cubic structural nonlinearities in both plunging and pitching degrees-of-freedom operating in supersonic/hypersonic flight speed regimes has been analyzed. A third order piston theory aerodynamic is used to estimate the applied nonlinear unsteady aerodynamic loads. Also considered is the loss of torsional stiffness that may be incurred by lifting surfaces subject to axial stresses induced by aerodynamic heating. The aerodynamic heating effects are estimated based on the adiabatic wall temperature due to high speed airstreams. As a recently emerging technology, the active aerothermoelastic control is aimed at providing solutions to a large number of problems involving the aeronautical/aerospace flight vehicle structures. To prevent such damaging phenomena from occurring, an application of linear and nonlinear active control methods on both flutter boundary and post-flutter behavior has been fulfilled. In this paper, modeling issues as well as numerical simulation have been presented and pertinent conclusions outlined. It is evidenced that a serious loss of torsional stiffness may induce the dynamic instability; however active control can be used to expand the flutter boundary and convert unstable limit cycle oscillations (LCO) into the stable LCO and/or to shift the transition between these two states toward higher flight Mach numbers.  相似文献

当前结冰后的动力学仿真主要基于线性气动力模型及结冰影响模型进行,对于结冰后非线性气动力模型的研究较少,然而这对于飞机结冰后在大迎角等非线性区域的动力学分析极为重要.研究了飞机结冰后的非线性气动力模型,将结冰后线性气动力模型的估算方法扩展到非线性气动力模型上,并在结冰后大迎角区域风洞试验数据的基础之上,对失速及过失速区的气动参数变化进行修正.研究了飞机在不同升降舵脉冲信号作用下的动态响应.仿真结果表明,计算结果能够较好地反映飞机在结冰状态下的动力学特性,提出的非线性结冰影响模型能够为结冰条件下研究飞机失速及过失速区域的动力学特性提供理论支撑.  相似文献
