结合型号质量管理经验,从预研项目的分类出发,提出了预研项目的阶段划分,制定了各类预研项目在不同阶段的质量工作内容、控制重点及完成标志,深化了对预研项目性质和研制规律的研究与认识。

航天器用高性能塑封器件的板级鉴定方法

由于技术进步和设计需要,航天应用中不可避免地会遇到选用低质量等级塑封器件的情况。随着器件功能的日益复杂和封装的多样化,实现器件级的鉴定越来越困难。文章提出了基于板级系统对塑封器件进行鉴定的方法,包括几个标准的评估方面,如器件级筛选、破坏性物理分析、特殊的设计评估等;并介绍了一种基于局部加热技术,能够考核器件热温度特性的板级评估方法。     

航天用元器件应用验证方法及其应用实例

针对航天用元器件传统鉴定考核方法的局限性,文章提出了一种改进的可靠性保证方法,其核心在于以元器件鉴定试验为基础,结合航天应用的实际背景以及元器件的自身特性制定评估试验方案,对元器件的耐受力裕度、实际性能指标进行评价。将该方法应用于航天器用1553B数据总线隔离变压器的评估,得出了在不同应用条件下其电性能参数的变化趋势以及与进口同类样品间电参数的比对结果,并对其结构与航天型号要求的符合性以及极限性能指标等进行了评估验证。结果表明,该方法可以充分验证航天用元器件研制的成熟度和在航天工程中的适用度,为元器件的研制和应用提供全面参考依据。     

Dynamic qualification of large space structures by means of modal coupling techniques

In this paper some problems are described which are expected to arise during dynamic qualification of future large space structures. It is shown that the methods applied today, are no longer sufficient. As conclusion, the concept of a qualification procedure is proposed, which considers the phase of launching, as well as the phase of mission in orbit.

Operational life improvement of SSME high-pressure turbopumps

The current Space Shuttle Main Engine Phase I engine has demonstrated excellent flight performance at power levels up to 104% of rated power level. Early certification testing at 109% power level showed the operational life of the high pressure turbopumps to be limited. A development program, Phase II, has been under way since 1983 to increase the operational life and provide additional margin. The history of the SSME Phase I engine and the design and results of the SSME Phase II Program are presented. Operational life limits and high-maintenance areas of the high-pressure turbopumps are identified. The Phase II design improvements, supporting analyses, and test results are described. The formal certification test program is discussed. Modifications have been made to the high-pressure fuel turbopump to reduce turbine operating temperature, to extend the life of the first- and second-stage turbine blades, and to reduce sheet metal maintenance. Modifications have been made to the high-pressure oxidizer turbopump to improve bearing life and to eliminate subsynchronous whirl. These are discussed in detail, as is the design and use of special instrumentation to provide for rapid evaluation of merit.     

The regulatory challenges of ensuring commercial human spaceflight safety

Space tourism is the term commonly used to refer to ordinary members of the public buying tickets to travel to space and back, but has recently become more broadly associated with “any commercial activity offering customers direct or indirect experience with space travel”. The nascent commercial human spaceflight market presents a challenge to regulators with regard to the potential certification and licensing of the flight vehicles and their use (both within and outside the atmosphere), from the perspective of the operator, the flight participants, and third parties who might be affected by the operations. The UK is currently reviewing the issues posed by this emerging sector and its licensing/certification authorities are considering how best to balance their statutory responsibilities with the need to facilitate the development of this new industry and the favour positioning of UK players, eliminating unnecessary regulatory barriers to participation.     

VEGA, a small launch vehicle

Several studies have been performed in Europe aiming to promote the full development of a small launch vehicle to put into orbit one ton class spacecrafts. But during the last ten years, the european workforce was mainly oriented towards the qualification of the heavy class ARIANE 5 launch vehicle.Then, due also to lack of visibility on this reduced segment of market, when comparing with the geosatcom market, no proposal was sufficiently attractive to get from the potentially interrested authorities a clear go-ahead, i.e. a financial committment.

The situation is now rapidly evolving. Several european states, among them ITALY and FRANCE, are now convinced of the necessity of the availability of such a transportation system, an important argument to promote small missions, using small satellites. Application market will be mainly scientific experiments and earth observation; some telecommunications applications may be also envisaged such as placement of little LEO constellation satellites, or replacement after failure of big LEO constellation satellites.

FIAT AVIO and AEROSPATIALE have proposed to their national agencies the development of such a small launch vehicle, named VEGA.

The paper presents the story of the industrial proposal, and the present status of the project: Mission spectrum, technical definition, launch service and performance, target development plan and target recurring costs, as well as the industrial organisation for development, procurement, marketing and operations.

寿命型产品可靠性统计试验方案设计与分析

为了对不能直接套用GJB899中试验方案的指数分布寿命型产品进行可靠性验证试验,提出了这类产品的可靠性验证试验方案设计公式。用GJB899中的实例验证了设计公式的正确性。为不能套用GJB899中数据的某型产品设计了可靠性鉴定试验。最后分析了可靠性测定试验的风险。
