现代民航飞机是一个集多种先进理念与技术于一体的复杂系统,在保障飞机安全正点运行中,机务维修人员的故障诊断能力和排故能力起着关键作用.航空器维护训练器一方面能够用于对机务人员进行日常维护与排除故障的训练,以提高其实际工作技能,另一方面,当飞机在外站(非基地机场)甚至在飞行中出现故障时,通过在航空器维护训练器上对故障现象进行模拟,结合故障报告手册(FRM)、故障隔离手册(FIM)、飞机维护手册(AMM)、等技术资料,就可获得真实情况下维护与排故的情景模拟,从而指导外站机务维修人员具体的排故步骤,达到准确及时地排除故障的目的. 相似文献

Test packages written for built-in test (BIT) and mobile automatic test equipment (ATE) systems for the forward support of electronic and thermal imaging equipment used by the British Army are currently scrutinized and subjected to objective tests by test package evaluation and acceptance teams (TPEATs) before being accepted for field use. This is a time-consuming and costly exercise that can result in the rejection of unsuitable software. The result of such rejection on equipment logistics is for reaching, since the hardware will enter service without adequate maintenance support. In an attempt to address this problem a suite of programs aimed at assisting the verification and validation activities of the TPEAT at every stage of the software life cycle from requirements analysis through to testing and acceptance is being devised. The built-in test and embedded diagnostics for two subsystems of the M1A2 main battle tank, the commander's independent thermal viewer and the hull/turret electronics unit, are examined. Each of these systems supports the requirements for elimination of special test equipment at the tank level and the use of standard army test equipment for test and repair at higher echelons of maintenance. The Internet and its current infrastructure provide many opportunities to exploit improved electronics testing by increasing collaboration among individuals worldwide. This paper proposes several ways to take advantage of the ubiquitous Internet infrastructure, its applications, and increasing network bandwidth to better share knowledge between engineering and test technicians, and to build and maintain a network of knowledge sharing among test and maintenance technicians in geographically separated units. Current Internet infrastructure applications that are available and being used in an ad hoc manner are email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and remote control of PCs. These applications can be used by the military to integrate and enhance communications methods and improve the sharing of data as well as remote control of automatic test equipment by engineers providing diagnostic assistance. Knowledge management techniques will be exploited to provide capture of and better access to "head knowledge" which typically stays within an individual technician or engineer. Collection of repair and test data in real-time from geographically dispersed locations can be implemented via the Internet. Engineering can be more responsive in updating TPS software by having more information and, in turn, distribute the updates via the Internet by providing access to a secure server. 相似文献

实际装备使用工程中,系统性能随工作时间延长而缓慢劣化并最终导致劣化故障发生而需进行更换,这一过程往往伴随着各种随机冲击,系统因故障的突然发生而失效,即多重故障并发。从维修工程的实际问题出发,考虑劣化故障与冲击故障并发以及多重故障之间存在相关性的情况,建立了序贯检测条件下基于多级控制限的单部件系统视情维修模型,给出了在预定维修策略下系统维修费用率的数学表达式,并以长期运行费用率最低为约束条件对系统维修阈值进行优化。通过实例与基于定期检测的维修策略进行对比,验证了模型的合理性和有效性。 相似文献

The objective of this paper is to present the experience of EADS in using a common test support system for integration and qualification testing, aircraft ground equipment (AGE), in-service software maintenance facilities (ISMF) and ground crew training. EADS uses its test support system AIDASS (Advanced Integrated Data Acquisition and Stimulation System) in different phases of the aircraft life cycle. AIDASS is comprised of a real-time front-end system and a standard PC for the user interface. The EADS test support system is used in almost all phases of the aircraft life cycle, for instance, for integration and verification testing, as aircraft ground equipment, for in-service software maintenance and training of ground crews.
