针对现有的某型模拟电动舵系统,利用先进的微处理器控制技术进行数字化改造,在控制算法方面和舵系统的快速性方面进行了理论上的研究,并进行了数字化舵系统原理样机的研制和实践上的调试。针对设计的数字化舵系统的线性/变结构复合控制器,介绍了数字化舵系统的工作原理和硬件电路设计,采用PL/M-96语言进行数字控制器编程,最后给出了实验结果和仿真结果的对比图,说明了设计的控制器的有效性。 相似文献

本文设计并实现了一种基于TMS 320F28069的小型无人机舵系统控制器。取消了原机舵系统的模拟通讯方式,改用RS485接口与飞控计算机进行通讯。在分析舵系统工作原理基础上,基于TMS 320F28069控制精度高、功耗低、外设丰富的优点,进行了软、硬件结构的模块化设计。实验表明,本文设计的控制器可靠性强、稳定性好、控制精度高,可以消除外界干扰对舵系统的影响。 相似文献

舵机控制系统的数字伺服控制具有高可靠性、调试灵活、易于扩展等优点,通过对某舵机控制系统中数字伺服控制器功能分析,提出采用DSP+FPGA的设计方案,由DSP完成双余度无刷直流电动舵机的控制率解算、余度切换;FPGA逻辑设计完成HALL信号解码、PWM输出、A/D采集。设计有效地减少了DSP的计算和管理任务,具有极高的通用性和可扩展性,并极大地简化了系统开发过程,对舵机系统的数字伺服控制设计具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

A robust controller design for a synchronous reluctance drive system is presented. Based on a simplified model of the system, a robust position controller has been derived. A digital signal processor (DSP), TNO-320-C30, is used to implement the control algorithm. Furthermore, all the current, velocity, and position control loops are executed by the DSP. The system, as a result, is very flexible. Although the hardware circuit of the system is very simple, the synchronous reluctance drive system can accurately control a one-axis table. The design and implement action of a DSP-based fully digital-controlled single-phase pulsewidth modulated (PWM) dc-ac converter for ac voltage regulation is described. The proposed multiloop digital controller (MDC) consists of a current controller, a voltage controller, and a feedforward controller. This MDC was realized using a single-chip digital signal processor (DSP). The PWM gating signals are determined at every sampling instant by the proposed multiloop digital control scheme using a set of detected feedback signals. A software current control; scheme has been developed to achieve fast current control of the PWM inverter and decouple the inductor of the output filter. Experimental results have been given to verify the proposed digital control scheme. A new method for controlling a synchronous reluctance drive system using a sliding mode with fuzzy controller design is presented. The fuzzy controller is used to adjust the sliding line of the sliding-mode controller. Using this method, the system has a fast response and a good disturbance rejection capability. In addition, the chattering of the speed is reduced. In this work, the mathematical model of the motor is described first. Then, the design procedures for a high performance drive system using a sliding mode with fuzzy control are explained. Next, the system enhanced by a high performance 32 bit digital signal processor (DSP) and simple hardware circuits is shown. Both the current-loop and speed-loop controllers are executed by the DSP. 针对压气机旋转失速的在线控制新方法进行了实验研究。构造了完整的数字信号处理(DSP)控制方案,并在单级低速轴流压气机实验台上完成了实验验证。在对动态信号进行时域分析、频域分析、滤波及相关性分析的基础上,确定了旋转失速在线控制的整定值,结合叶顶微喷气扩稳方法,在不同相关系数设定的条件下,进行了旋转失速在线反馈控制的实验研究。实验结果显示该DSP控制系统与相关计算方案结合具有有效的控制效果,为压气机流动失稳控制技术发展探索一种新的方式。 相似文献

It is proposed a digital signal processing (DSP) controller used in the control system of six degree-of-freedom (DOF) giant mag-netostrictive smart structure (GMSS). Also are presented the controller design and its implementation, the embedded adaptive least mean-square (LMS) control algorithm and the real-time experiments of GMSS. Three programs are embedded in this controller. Of them are the adaptive LMS control algorithm and the other two which are used to search for the optimal values for the initial weight vectors. Moreover, the work flow and the control approach of the GMSS with the DSP controller are introduced. The experimental results indi-cate that the DSP controller has better control precision and real-time property, and the damping effect is up to 20 dB-30 dB. 相似文献
