LaTi 2 Al 9 O 19 (LTA) exhibits promising potential as a new kind of thermal barrier coating (TBC) material, due to its excellent high-temperature capability and low thermal conductivity. In this paper, LTA/yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) TBCs are produced by atmospheric plasma spraying. Hot corrosion behavior and the related failure mechanism of the coating are investigated. Decomposition of LTA does not occur even after 1 458 hot corrosion cycles at 1 373 K, revealing good chemical stability in molten salt of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl. However, the molten salt infiltrates to the bond coat, causing dissolving of the thermally grown oxide (TGO) in the molten salt and hot corrosion of the bond coat. As a result, cracking of the TBC occurs within the oxide layer. In conclusion, the ceramic materials LTA and YSZ reveal good chemical stability in molten salts of Na 2 SO 4 and NaCl, and the bond coat plays a significant role in providing protection for the component against hot corrosion in the LTA/YSZ TBCs. LTA exhibits very promising potential as a novel TBC material.  相似文献

Simulated microgravity (SMG) can inhibit proliferation and enhance microcystin production of Microcystis aeruginosa. We investigated the role of nitric oxide (NO) in regulating the SMG induced changes of proliferation, photochemical system II photochemical activity, pigment, soluble protein and microcystin production in M. aeruginosa. M. aeruginosa was exposed to 0.1 mM sodium nitroprusside (SNP, NO donor) or 0.02 mM 2-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4, 4, 5, 5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide (c-PTIO, NO scavenger) alone or in combination with SMG for 48 h. SMG and SNP inhibited the growth of M. aeruginosa while c-PTIO had no effect on cell number. As to yield, the negative effect of SMG was augmented by SNP and suppressed by c-PTIO. The intracellular concentrations of chlorophyll a, carotenoid, phycocyanin, soluble protein and microcystin were increased by SMG after 48 h. The effects of SMG on these metabolic processes could be enhanced by SNP and be partly eliminated by c-PTIO. Moreover, SNP and c-PTIO only functioned in these biochemical processes under SMG, unlike in the regulation of cell proliferation and yield. These results showed that the effects of SMG could be enhanced by adding exogenous NO and be mitigated by scavenging endogenous NO, revealing the involvement of NO in the changes in biochemistry processes induced by SMG in M. aeruginosa.  相似文献

An interesting dynamics is studied in the restricted three-body problem where a particle abruptly transitions between resonance states, called a resonance hop. It occurs in a region about the secondary mass point which supports weak capture. This region, called a weak stability boundary, was recently proven to give rise to chaotic dynamics. Although it was numerically known that the resonance hop was associated with this boundary, this process was not well understood. In addition, the dynamical structure of the weak stability boundary has not been well understood. In this paper, we give a way to reveal the global structure of the weak stability boundary associated to resonance motions. This structure is shown to be surprisingly rich in resonant periodic motions interconnected by invariant manifolds. In this case, nearly all the motions are approximately resonant in nature where resonance hops can occur. The correlation dimension of orbits undergoing resonant motions, associated to the weak stability boundary, is also examined. The dynamics analyzed in the present paper is related to that studied by J. Marsden et al. under the perspective of Lyapunov orbits and the associated invariant manifolds. 采用Sn Pb、In Pb和In Pb Ag三种钎料对航天器控制系统中的Au Ni9刷丝进行了钎焊试验,对钎焊接头的力学性能、断口形貌以及微观组织、化合物相成分进行对比分析,探讨改进后钎料对钎焊接头化合物层形成的影响。结果表明,Sn Pb钎料钎焊Au Ni9刷丝接头区域靠近金合金一侧产生了明显的化合物,主要包括:Au Sn4及Au Ni2Sn4和Ni3Sn4化合物相。In Pb钎料能明显降低钎焊接头脆性,接头区域未发现金属间化合物的产生。InPb Ag钎料不仅能保护铜导线的镀银层,而且钎焊接头还会产生细小的强化相Ag2In,增强接头剪切强度。  相似文献

DC-DC是将不可调的直流电压转变为可调或固定的直流电压,是一个用开关调节方式控制电能的变换电路,这种技术被广泛应用于各种开关电源、直流调速、燃料电池、太阳能供电和分布式电源系统中。上个世纪,随着功率开关器件的发展,变换器拓扑和变换技术已经取得了很大的成就,并且已经发展到一个相当高的水平。在DC-DC变换器的演化过程中,离不开各种直流变换技术,各种新技术的产生和发展很大程度上影响了变换器拓扑的演化。本课题的目的是设计一种DC-DC电力变换器,其可将一种直流电变换为另一种形式直流电,并利用MC9S08DZ60单片机对其进行控制,主要对电压、电流实现变换,它在可再生能源、电力系统、交通、航天航空、计算机和通讯、家用电器、国防军工、工业控制等领域有广泛的应用。  相似文献

The Gyldén–Meshcherskii Problem (GMP) extends the classical two-body problem of Newton and Kepler by considering time-varying gravitating masses, an important extension of the two-body problem for modeling cometary motion and cosmological phenomena. In this paper, we consider the GMP in a specialized setup, the setup of gauge theory. We show that the variational equations, modeling the effect of the mass time variation on the orbital elements, can be derived by fixing a gauge of a particular form that is different from the Lagrange gauge. Thus, the orbital elements modeling the effect of a time-varying secondary mass are non-osculating. This implies that the trajectory of a celestial body whose mass is continuously changing cannot be approximated by a series of Keplerian orbits. Finally, we provide the first-order averaged equations written in terms of non-osculating elements.  相似文献
