针对单框架控制力矩陀螺群(SGCMGs)存在奇异和单框架控制力矩陀螺(SGCMG)存在框架转速死区的问题,研究了SGCMG与飞轮联合作为执行机构的控制力矩分配算法,以SGCMG功耗、飞轮功耗和飞轮角动量的二次型加权矩阵求和为性能指标,提出了一种形式简洁的混合执行机构力矩分配算法,通过分析,证明该分配算法能够有效的避免SGCMGs的奇异;设计了一种SGCMG功耗加权矩阵的调节策略,解决了SGCMG陷入转速死区的问题,设计了一种飞轮角动量加权矩阵的调节策略,通过对加权矩阵的实时调节实现了对飞轮角动量的管理,解决了飞轮转速的饱和与过零问题。数学仿真结果验证了该力矩分配算法的有效性。  相似文献

针对ORU在轨更换任务,首先推导了空间机械臂末端自由、末端与环境接触等情况下的动力学方程,并提出了相应的接触力计算方法;其次,改进了传统的R\|C控制方法,采用加权选择矩阵代替原有的选择矩阵,实现了力控制与位置控制之间的平滑切换;最后,开发了基于Matlab/Simulink的闭环控制仿真系统,该系统由多体动力学、接触动力学、轨迹规划、力/位混合控制、3D显示等模块组成。利用该系统开展了ORU转移与安装过程的闭环控制仿真,仿真结果校验了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

Aiming to maximize the aerodynamic performance of the Distributed Electric Propulsion (DEP) aircraft, a hybrid design framework which focuses on the aerodynamic performance of the propeller/wing integration has been developed and validated numerically. Variable-fidelity modelling for propeller aerodynamics has been used to achieve computational efficiency with reasonable accuracy. By optimizing the aerodynamic loading distributions on the tractor propeller disk, the induced slipstream is redistributed into a form that is beneficial for the wing downstream, based on which the propeller blade geometry is generated through a rapid inversed design procedure. As compared with the Minimum Induced Loss (MIL) propeller at a specified thrust level, significant improvements of both the lift-to-drag ratio of the wing and the propeller/wing integrated aerodynamic efficiency is achieved, which shows great promise to deliver aerodynamic benefits for the wing within the propeller slipstream without any additional devices.  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3-D) global hybrid simulation is carried out for the generation and structure of magnetic reconnection in the magnetosheath due to interaction of an interplanetary Tangential Discontinuity (TD) with the bow shock and magnetosphere. Runs are performed for solar wind TDs possessing different initial half-widths. As the TD propagates through the bow shock toward the magnetopause, it is greatly narrowed by a two-step compression processes, a "shock compression' followed by a subsequent ``convective compression'. In cases with a relatively thin solar wind TD, 3-D patchy reconnection is initiated in the transmitted TD, forming magnetosheath flux ropes. Multiple components of ion particles are present in the velocity distribution in the magnetosheath merging, accompanied by ion heating. For cases with a relatively wide initial TD, a dominant single X-line appears in the subsolar magnetosheath after the transmitted TD is narrowed. A shock analysis is performed for the detailed structure of magnetic reconnection in the magnetosheath. Rotational Discontinuity (RD)/Time-Dependent Intermediate Shock (TDIS) are found to dominate the reconnection layer, which and some weak slow shocks are responsible for the ion heating and acceleration.   相似文献

随着工业物联网技术与人工智能技术深度融合,物料机器人已广泛应用于物联网车间中。针对车间存在实时动态变化和状况不确定等诸多复杂因素,本文提出以组分层建树和以实时状态为根节点的SP–MCTS(Singleplayermonte-carlotreesearchalgorithm)搜索方法实现车间自适应调度决策。该方法将机器人调度问题转化为马尔科夫决策过程(Markov decision process,MDP),并详细描述车间状态、动作、奖励和策略的表示方法。在实时调度过程中,该搜索方法依据工件组分层建树,搜索中只考虑相邻两组间的状态关系,从而简化计算难度。在子树搜索中,应用SP–MCTS以实时状态为根节点进行搜索,同时应用扩展方法和剪支方法进行策略探索和信息累积,使得在子树内实时状态节点越深,就越能够快速精准获取最优策略。最后,通过实际案例模拟分析,验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

以大型挠性航天器简化模型——中心刚体和固接板混合系统为对象,同时考虑板表面粘贴的主动约束层阻尼结构,根据拟坐标拉格朗日方程,建立了包含所有高阶小量的完整动力学模型。建模时,采用混合坐标描述中心刚体和主动约束阻尼板的运动,用Golla-Hughes-Mctavish模型描述阻尼材料的复模量。基于该动力学模型可进行空间柔性板振动的主动约束阻尼控制器设计和大型挠性航天器的姿态动力学研究。  相似文献

New energy sources such as solar energy and hydrogen energy have been applied to the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV), which could be formed as the hybrid power sources due to the requirement of miniaturization, lightweight, and environmental protection issue for UAV. Hybrid electrical propulsion technology has been used in UAV and it further enforces this trend for the evolution to the Hybrid-Powered System(HPS). In order to realize long endurance flight mission and improve the energy efficiency of UAV, many researching works are focused on the Energy Management Strategy(EMS) of the HPS with digital simulation, ground demonstration platforms and a few flight tests for the UAV in recent years. energy management strategy, in which off-line or on-line control algorithms acted as the core part, could optimize dynamic electrical power distribution further and directly affect the efficiency and fuel economy of hybrid-powered system onboard.In order to give the guideline for this emerging technology for UAV, this paper presents a review of the topic highlighting energy optimal management strategies of UAV. The characteristics of typical new energy sources applied in UAV are summarized firstly, and then the classification and analysis of the architecture for hybrid power systems in UAV are presented. In the context of new energy sources and configuration of energy system, a comprehensive comparison and analysis for the state of art of EMS are presented, and the various levels of complexity and accuracy of EMS are considered in terms of real time, computational burden and optimization performance based on the optimal control and operational modes of UAV. Finally, the tendency and challenges of energy management strategy applied to the UAV have been forecasted.  相似文献

Lean Blow-Off(LBO) prediction is important to propulsion system design. In this paper,a hybrid method combining numerical simulation and Da(Damk?hler) model is proposed based on bluffbody stabilized flames. In the simulated reacting flow, Practical Reaction Zone(PRZ) is built based on OH radical concentration, and it is considered to be the critical zone that controls LBO.Da number is obtained based on the volume-averaged parameters of PRZ. The flow time scale(s_f)indicates the residence time of the fresh mixture flowing through the PRZ. It is obtained based on the characteristic length and volume-averaged axial velocity of the PRZ. The chemical time scale(s_c) indicates the shortest time needed to trigger the reaction of the mixture. It is obtained by commercial software CHEMKIN through monitoring the transient variation of the reactor temperature. The result shows that the average Da number under different LBO conditions is 1.135(the Da number under each LBO condition ranges from 0.673 to 1.351). This indicates that the flow time scale and chemical time scale are comparable. The combustion is in a critical state where LBO is easy to occur. With the increase of the fuel mass flow rate(the global fuel/air ratio increases from 0.004761 to 0.01095), s_f increases from 0.001268 s to 0.007249 s, and s_c decreases from 0.00124 s to0.00089 s. Accordingly, Da number increases from 1.023 to 8.145, which shows that the combustion becomes more stable. The above results show that the method proposed in the present study can properly predict the LBO limits of combustors, which provides important technical supports for combustor design and optimization.  相似文献

针对智慧农业中需求获取手段、表达方法等导致智能设计算法复杂度高、可用性低等问题,将卫星遥感技术和网络技术结合实现农作物及其生长环境参数的实时监测,以优化播种机设计的需求特征,并以此为基础,提出基于混合相似度的实例检索模型。在该模型中,设计了多级实例库结构,并以特征间距离相似度、特征间可拓关联度、特征间可拓距测度为组成要素,构造多级混合相似度的层次结构与计算方法,进行多级实例检索。将其应用到铲式播种机的数字化设计系统中,可获得与目标实例最相似的实例。实验结果表明,在实例的特征值数据类型多样化的情况下,此算法能够有效地检索出合适的历史实例,提高检索结果的可用性。  相似文献
