Q345B普通钢板在控制轧制过程中适量添加了Nb、Ti微合金元素,通过金相观察、力学试验,其组织结构及力学性能均有明显改善,可见通过对微合金元素的选择性添加以及对其在钢中成分的控制,在经过控轧控冷后能够得到我们所需求性能的钢,这对控制轧制具有较高的现实意义。 相似文献

A niobium-modified layer on pure titanium surface was obtained by means of double glow plasma surface alloying technique. The modified layer was uniform, continuous, compact and well adhered to the substrate. The niobium composition in the modified layer decreased gradually from the surface to the substrate. The oxidation behavior of the niobium-modified layer was investigated and compared with the untreated surface at 900 ℃ for 100 h. Characterization of the layers was performed using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The test results show that the oxidation behavior of pure titanium was improved by niobium alloying process. Niobium has a positive influence on the oxidation resistance. 相似文献

分别利用预涂活性碳粉和 Ti C粉 2种方法对γ-Ti Al基合金 Ti-4 8Al-2 Cr-2 Nb进行激光表面合金化,制得了无裂纹、表面光滑、内部组织致密、厚度可达 1.6mm以上的、以硬质 Ti C树枝晶为增强相的快速凝固“原位”金属基耐磨复合材料表面改性层,分别采用 OM,SEM,EDS,XRD等方法分析了激光合金化耐磨表面改性层的显微组织,分别在销 -环滑动磨损、Si C纤维刷式高速滑动磨损及微动磨损条件下评价了激光表面改性层的摩擦学性能。结果表明 :采用上述 2种方法所获激光表面合金层组织均匀、与基体间结合为完全冶金结合,合金层硬度及在 3种磨损条件下的耐磨性均大幅度提高。激光表面合金化是提高γ-Ti Al合金摩擦性能的一种很有前途的表面改性方法 相似文献

利用行星球磨原理,以NiCrAlY粉末为原料,采用机械合金化(MA)工艺在碳钢管状零件内壁制得NiCrAlY合金涂层,并利用CO2激光器对涂层进行激光重熔处理.采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及维氏硬度试验研究了激光重熔前后涂层的显微组织及性能变化.结果表明,在球磨转速为400 r/min,球磨时间为10h的工艺条件下,在零件内表面形成结合性较好的涂层,其厚度约为40μm;激光重熔后,其组织结构更均匀致密. 相似文献

Bulk mechanical alloying (BMA) has been successfully applied to solid-state synthesis of p-type and n-type thermoelectric materials Mg2Si1-xSnx (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) from element-powders at the room temperature in a relatively short time. The electrical conductivity, the Seebeck coefficient and the thermal conductivity of the Mg2Si1-xSnx are quite sensitive to the x-content. With the x-content rising, the electrical conductivity increases. When x = 0.6, it reaches the lowest and Mg2Si shows an n-type of semi-conducting However, when x = 0.2 and T 〉525 K, the Seebeck coefficient of the samples will change the opposite way. While x≥0.4, the samples present a p-type of semi-conducting. The figure of merit, Z of Mg2Si1-xSnx will be obtained in the range from 300 K to 700 K. When x = 0.6, Z proves to be higher than that of other samples at 300 K≤ T≤650 K. 相似文献

研究了Sb的添加对Ti-32wt-%Al合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,Sb的添加量在较大范围内能够使TiAl基合金的室温综合力学性能得到提高。使用光学金相显微镜和SEM对其组织进行了分析,使用X射线衍射仪对典型合金进行了结构和相组成分析。同时,使用SFM对合金试样断口形貌进行了观察分析。 相似文献

用一种含Al,Ti元素的镍基钎料粉末与γ’相沉淀强化型镍基高温合金FGH95的粉末混合,制备了大间隙钎焊用混合粉状高温镍基钎料。实验表明,采用合适的混合比例,混合粉状钎料对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢具有较好的润湿铺展性。该混合钎料所获得的钎缝金属的合金化效应显著,Al+Ti合金元素的最大含量达到了5.49%。焊态钎缝中,除Nb,W等个别元素外,其他主要强化元素无明显偏析,且经1180℃/4h扩散处理可消除合金元素的偏析。钎缝金属的组织状态较为均匀,基体为等轴γ固溶体枝晶,枝晶间分布有颗粒状、短条状的化合物相以及少量的γ+γ’共晶组织。另外,在γ固溶体中分布着大量弥散细小γ’沉淀强化相。 相似文献
