舰载机着舰指标体系构建

舰载机着舰的难度很大、要求很高,而着舰系统的复杂性又使得指标要求涉及很多方面。为了从整体上明确着舰的指标要求,从而有利于着舰理论和工程等研究,整理了公开文献中分散的指标要求,并梳理了指标间的逻辑关系,最终构建了着舰指标体系,将指标归纳到总体框架中。研究结果对着舰的控制与分析等具有一定的参考价值。     

A new structural reliability index based on uncertainty theory

The classical probabilistic reliability theory and fuzzy reliability theory cannot directly measure the uncertainty of structural reliability with uncertain variables,i.e.,subjective random and fuzzy variables.In order to simultaneously satisfy the duality of randomness and subadditivity of fuzziness in the reliability problem,a new quantification method for the reliability of structures is presented based on uncertainty theory,and an uncertainty-theory-based perspective of classical Cornell reliability index is explored.In this paper,by introducing the uncertainty theory,we adopt the uncertain measure to quantify the reliability of structures for the subjective probability or fuzzy variables,instead of probabilistic and possibilistic measures.We utilize uncertain variables to uniformly represent the subjective random and fuzzy parameters,based on which we derive solutions to analyze the uncertainty reliability of structures with uncertainty distributions.Moreover,we propose the Cornell uncertainty reliability index based on the uncertain expected value and variance.Experimental results on three numerical applications demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.     

α-l型区间可靠性分析方法及其工程应用

在区间非概率可靠性模型的基础上,以区间长度l和区间下限α为结构系统变量的输入参数,重新定义了一种新的可靠性指标,分析得到了这种可靠性分析方法的判定依据;在此基础上,在线性和非线性条件下讨论了结构可靠度的计算方法.以某型飞机防冰引气管结构为例,进一步探讨了所提方法在共振可靠性分析当中的工程应用.     

AIRCRAFT CONCEPT EVALUATION AND EFFECTIVENESS-BASED DECISION-MAKING

Based on effectiveness analysis, a novel method is presented for combat aircraft top-hierarchy concept evaluation and decision-making. Applying multi-criterion decision-making （MCDM） and analytic hierarchy process, the new method can help to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems and decision-make methods. The proposed method includes the following process~ （1） Establish a multi-criterion and multi-hierarchy evaluation attribute system by introducing combat effectiveness~ （2） Assign weight to the attributes and normalize them; （3） Evaluate and decision-make top-hierarchy aircraft concept based on effectiveness to reach a satisfactory design by comprehensively applying four multi-criterion decision-making methodologies, i.e. grey correlation pro- jection method, weighted summation method, weighted quadrature method and ideal solution decision-making method, while considering the attribute hierarchy system and the logical relations among the attributes. Finally, an example is given to indicate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.     

基于高斯伪谱法的飞机下降段轨迹优化

以大型运输机为研究对象,进行风干扰下的飞机下降段轨迹优化.通过对飞机下降过程的分析,建立了飞机的运动学模型、油耗模型和大气模型,得出了问题的目标函数和约束.运用高斯伪谱法把最优控制问题转化为非线性规划问题,并用序列二次规划求解非线性规划问题.仿真计算得到飞机最短下降时间的最优轨迹,讨论了不同的成本指数对下降时间和燃油消耗的影响.仿真结果表明,成本指数越大,飞机下降时间越短,燃油消耗越多.     

左、右手媒质间电磁传输特性的对比分析

文章通过重新表述折射率，对比分析了左、右手媒质不同组合情况下，电磁波在媒质界面上的折射特性。通过引入色散关系的时域有限差分法对无限大左手介质板以及线源置于左手媒质覆层内两种模型进行了模拟，模拟结果与分析相符合。分析表明，负折射现象出现在界面两侧媒质类型（LHM／RHM或RHM／LHM）不同的情况下。对于同种类型媒质的情况，左手媒质并不能引起反常的折射现象。LHM引起的反常现象通过与RHM的对比才能得以有效考察。     

"公寓"型LRU可靠性指标的预计法探讨

探讨了“公寓”型LRU可靠性预计的方法，“公寓”型LRU的电子元器件不属于同一系统，因此不能按“串联”型预计，如何预计则应进一步研究，本文提出了预计的3种方法。     

基于主成分的编队级网络对抗效能评估指标体系

分析建立编队级网络对抗评估指标体系的原则,用主成分分析法对指标进行处理,求得7个主成分.根据正交原则将20个指标分配到7个主成分中,赋予每个主成分以实际含义,最终建立了编队级网络对抗效能评估指标体系.     

卫星遥测功率谱分析和调制度测量方法研究

残余载波调制是卫星测控中的常用调制体制。文章从理论上给出了该体制下信号的功率谱密度表达式，得到奇次谐波谱线展宽等结论，并通过仿真和实验进行了验证。利用所得结论讨论了遥测调制度测量方法，提出通过功率谱的2阶边带进行测量可以使结果得到改善。
