ABORT-like detector to combat active deceptive jamming in a network of LFM radars

This paper studies an electronic counter-counter measures (ECCM) scheme combating against deceptive electronic counter measure (ECM) techniques.An adaptive detector exploiting generalized likelihood ratio test (GRLT) criterion is applied to detect the presence of deceptive jamming in fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) domain.First,the generating mechanism of spurious frequencies is analyzed based on the Volterra serial.The proposed nonlinear distortion model based on power amplifier behavior is robust in distortion analysis when the memory effect is considered.Second,a modified adaptive beamformer orthogonal rejection test (ABORT) like detector in closed form is built.The proposed detector can discriminate the echo and deceptive jamming adaptively by exploiting primary data and secondary data.This ECCM scheme is capable of guaranteeing the performance without the restriction of orthogonality,which is essential for the ABORT detectors.The expansion to radar network is discussed as a special case at the final part of this paper.Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Multimodal characteristics of a piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate element impacted with iron particles having velocities above 20 km/s

The responses of a piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate (PZT) element to hypervelocity collisions were experimentally studied. In this study, the particles of masses ranging from 0.3 to 10 fg were made to collide with PZT at velocities between 20 and 96 km/s. The amplitude and the corresponding rise time of the single-pulse output signals that were produced in the piezoelectric PZT element were measured to determine the possible collision states. The results revealed an apparently multimodal output; three classes were assumed to be involved in the pulse formation mechanism. The amplitude and rise time were sensitive to the collision velocity. The multimodal behavior implied that the PZT-based cosmic dust detectors should be calibrated according to the class they belong to.     

Fast Probabilistic Particle Identification algorithm using silicon strip detectors

Active detectors used as radiation monitors in space are not usually able to perform Particle Identification (PID). Common techniques need energy loss spectra with high statistics to estimate ion abundances. The ALTEA-space detector system is a set of silicon strip particle telescopes monitoring the radiation environment on board the International Space Station since July 2006 with real-time telemetry capabilities. Its large geometrical factor due to the concurrent use of six detectors permits the acquisition of good energy loss spectra even in a short period of observation. In this paper we present a novel Fast Probabilistic Particle Identification (FPPI) algorithm developed for the ALTEA data analysis in order to perform nuclear identification with low statistics and, with some limitations, also in real time.

本文对某型飞机球形灭火瓶失效情况进行统计分析,初步确定了故障原因。通过环境适应性摸底试验进一步验证分析,进行了设计改进。改进后的灭火瓶满足使用要求。     

一种遥感图像建筑物检测新方法

遥感图像中的建筑物检测对于土地规划和地图绘制等具有重要意义。文章针对高分辨率全色遥感图像植被覆盖中隐蔽建筑物检测问题,提出了一种结合屋顶结构信息和纹理信息的快速房屋检测方法。首先利用屋顶边缘的几何关系寻找具有矩形屋顶的建筑物;然后使用形态学方法提取屋顶较亮的建筑物;最后利用局部二值模式（Local Binary Pattern,LBP）描述屋顶的纹理特征,并利用支持向量机（Support Vector Machine,SVM）排除误检区域。通过在全色遥感图像集上的试验证明,所提方法对高分辨率遥感图像植被覆盖区域中的建筑物目标具有较高检测率和较低误检率。     

基于TPS的航空火控装备板卡测试系统设计

针对航空火控装备三级修理难度大的情况,提出了基于测试程序集(TPS)技术的航空火控装备板卡测试系统设计方法。根据被测装备LRU和PCB的特点和种类,确立了以板卡测试为主,辅以其他方法的测试方案,并给出了测试系统硬件设计和软件设计思路。系统对降低维修费用、提高装备的完好率具有十分重要的意义。     

用于评定火炮火力支援效果的马尔科夫模型

根据炮兵作战理论和实际作战流程，建立了用于评定间瞄武器进行火力支援的作战效能模型。该模型不仅可以比较不同火炮系统的作战效能，还可通过修改模型参数使其能反映不同的作战强度，对炮兵的战术决策有一定的参考意义。     

公共场所火灾公众责任险风险评估及核保模型研究

介绍了目前我国公共场所火灾的现状及火灾公众责任险强制性实施的必要性.通过建立公众场所火灾风险评价指标体系,运用多层次模糊综合评价理论对公众场所火灾危险性进行综合评估.最后依据评估结果对火灾公众责任险费率进行浮动,确定科学合理的费率水平和责任限额.     

机载燃油惰化技术及标准研究

针对目前广泛应用于飞机燃油箱起火和爆炸防护的机载燃油惰化系统,详述了国外机载燃油惰化技术的发展历程,并介绍了国内发展现状,提出影响机载燃油惰化系统设计的关键因素。在此基础上,简述了国内外标准情况,提出了制定我国机载燃油惰化系统标准的建议。
