曲面不锈钢/微晶玻璃层状复合材料的设计制备

设计制备了与1Cr17和0Cr18Ni9不锈钢匹配的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2(CAS)系和BaO-Al2O3-SiO2(BAS)系微晶玻璃,研究了微晶玻璃的各项理化性能。利用流延法制备微晶玻璃生带,以此制备符合曲面不锈钢/微晶玻璃层状复合材料,并对复合材料相关性能进行测试。结果表明,所设计制备的玻璃经850℃、30min热处理后可形成线胀系数与对应不锈钢匹配的微晶玻璃,且具有适宜弯曲强度和较低介电常数、介质损耗;由此制备的曲面不锈钢/微晶玻璃层状复合材料具有良好的绝缘性能、结合强度和抗热冲击性能。     

316不锈钢/WC-Co涂层在锌液中的腐蚀

研究了经高速火焰喷涂(HVOF)的316不锈钢WC-Co涂层在锌液中的腐蚀行为,包括腐蚀速度、界面组织形貌和成分的变化.结果表明,WC-Co涂层在锌液中的腐蚀表现为沿裂纹的腐蚀.涂层中的缺陷造成裂纹源,在锌液和热喷涂过程留下的残余热应力的作用下,发生裂纹扩展,形成沿裂纹的腐蚀.铬和铝的扩散能力都比锌强,在产生裂纹的初期,铬和铝将优先锌扩散到裂纹中.如果适当改善喷涂工艺,增加涂层的致密度,可以延长涂层的使用寿命.     

基于Euler／N—S方程的跨音速非线性静气动弹性问题研究

在C-H网格的基础上,采用Jameson的中心差分有限体积法求解Euler/N-S方程,采用结构影响系数法计算结构的弹性变形,用三角元面积加权法和常体积转换法(CVT)实现流固耦合,计算了弹性后掠机翼在跨音速状态的静气动弹性问题     

Effect of Counterface Material on Friction and Wear Behavior of Ni-Cr-W-Al-Ti-MoS_2 Composites

Ni-Cr-W-Al-Ti-MoS2 self-lubricating composites were prepared through the powder metallurgy (P/M) method. Their friction properties were investigated by a pin-on-disk tribometer in the range from the room temperature to 600 ℃. Alumina, silicon nitride and nickel-iron-sulfide alloys were selected as the counterface materials. Results indicate that the lowest friction coefficients under 0.22 can be obtained at 600 ℃ when rubbed against alumina. When rubbed against nickel-iron-sulfide alloys, are presented the lowest wear rates in the magnitude of 10-6 mm3/N·m, one order of magnitude lower than those when rubbed against ceramics. In the case of three rubbing pairs, the wear rates of the composite containing MoS2 present themselves inversely proportional to friction coefficients. With alumina ceramics used as a counterface, transfer films and glaze layers will form on the contact surface playing a main role in lubrication at high temperatures. However, when silicon nitride and nickel-iron-sulfide alloy are used, the lubricating transfer films appear not to be promi-nent.     

Effects of the Fabrication Processes of NC-Si:H Films on Their Mechanical Properties

Studies of nanoindentation were performed on nc-Si:H films to evaluate the effects of the fabrication processes on their mechani-cal properties. It is observed that with the decrease of the SiH4 contents, the grain size of the films increases gradually, and as does the crystalline volume fraction. The smaller the grains become, the more homogeneous the films, and the more even the hardness as well as the modulus will be. The hardness and the modulus will increase with the substrate’s temperature rising. The hardness and the modulus of the nc-Si:H films on the Si substrate prove to be higher than those on the glass substrate given the same technology parameters. How-ever, the films on the glass substrate appear to be more homogeneous.

凝聚式过滤器的开发与设计

着重介绍了凝聚式过滤器的开发、设计及与空气压缩机厂原有产品在性能上是有区别的。新的凝聚式过滤器实现了对压缩空气进行切向进气，用丝网除沫器和精滤芯等代替原有的陶瓷管堆积过滤和毛毡缠绕过滤法。在过滤精度，气流均匀性阻力特性等性能上有一定优势，且成本低、数命长，经济实用。     

模糊信息环境下的综合评判

 本文针对各种模糊信息环境下的综合评判问题,即多准则决策中的离散型决策问题,提出了3种模糊综合评判模型及模型在各种不同的决策需要下的具体的实现方法。试图解决在模糊权值或模糊判定或权值及判定均为模糊的环境下,以及不同的决策需要时的实际的综合评判问题。     

2D70铝合金热稳定性研究

2D70是可热处理强化的耐热铝合金,一般用在高温场合.以2D70铝合金自由锻件为对象,研究了热稳定化处理对合金室温、高温拉伸性能的影响,测定了合金的高温持久、蠕变性能,并观察了合金在这些高温试验条件下的组织变化.结果表明,2D70铝合金的耐热性较好,可在150℃长时使用,175℃以下时,合金的性能和组织变化都不明显;高温下合金的断口呈现沿晶断裂特征.
