以某型民用飞机为背景,阐述了飞控系统功能验证的重要性以及驾驶员在环试验对飞控系统功能的验证作用。在此基础上,介绍并设计了作为驾驶员在环试验重要评定依据的驾驶舱仿真仪表显示系统。此系统利用VC++6.0和OpenGL编程工具的核心优势,同时采用VMIC实时网通讯保证了仿真仪表显示的实时性。并通过驾驶员在环试验,验证了驾驶舱仿真仪表显示系统的实时性和可靠性,能够满足飞机地面模拟试验的需求。  相似文献

An integrated boost impeller can effectively improve the suction performance of an aircraft hydraulic pump (AHP). It must be designed very carefully; however, few studies thus far have investigated boost impellers. To explore the effect of the boost impeller, this study developed a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model for an AHP based on the k-ε turbulence model and full cavitation model. The results of verification tests demonstrated that the model is reliable for simulating the delivery characteristics of piston pumps and the boost capacity of the inlet impeller. Steady-state simulations reveal that the boost impeller can remarkably improve the suction performance and mitigate the cavitation damage due to insufficient fluid filling while only consuming a small proportion of the total input power. Transient-state simulations show that the pump with an impeller is more capable of catching up with a sudden increase in flow demand, and it has a lower suction flow ripple and impact. However, such a boost impeller also has some limitations such as magnifying the suction pressure fluctuation and having little effect on mitigating the cavitation caused by the back-flow jet.  相似文献

针对典型伺服弹性试验产品齐套与试验周期均较长,获取伺服弹性参数的时间点在研制阶段相对滞后的现状,提出了一种面向飞行器快速开发的半数字化伺服弹性试验方法。首先给出了低产品需求伺服弹性开环试验方法与基于数据的飞行器伺服弹性参数获取方法,该方法相对于典型的伺服弹性开环试验方法减少了试验软硬件产品需求。之后,在开环伺服弹性试验结果基础上,给出了考虑气动力影响的数字化闭环伺服弹性试验方法。提出的方法面向飞行器工程研制,兼顾成本、进度与准确性,适用于飞行器快速研制。  相似文献

容积和预充气压力是充气式蓄能器的关键参数,对其动态性能(工作状态下,其压力与流量的输出性能)有较大影响。以某型飞机舵面应急型充气式蓄能器计算选型为例,基于Hypneu 仿真软件中的液压元件库,结合该型飞机液压系统的主要设计参数以及应急型蓄能器的工作原理,建立蓄能器作动仿真模型;在Hypneu中设置测试点记录仿真曲线,通过分析仿真曲线探究充气式蓄能器的关键参数对其动态性能的影响;结合理论计算与仿真分析,提出一套蓄能器参数选型方法,并通过试验验证该选型方法。结果表明:蓄能器的预充气压力越大,初始蓄能器输出的有效容积越小,减少预充气压力增加有效容积的同时会降低蓄能器的输出压力,试验结果与仿真结果接近,使用该方法选型的蓄能器可以满足作动要求。  相似文献

Aircraft collaboration design is based on a unified set of schemas containing data and model representations and interfaces across disciplines. The aircraft design schema is a central data model that specifies the paradigm for the representation of a full lifecycle model of aircraft design. The construction of the schema currently lacks theoretical guidance. This paper designs a novel methodology to construct the aircraft design schema, a fully functional, logical, and self-consistent methodology. The methodology defines a schema matrix that includes implementation strategies, principles, processes, meta-object facility, views, scenarios, and products. The aircraft conceptual design schema is constructed according to the methodology, which is a hands-on approach to help understand the concept and implementation. The features of the methodology are analyzed, and the methodology and the aircraft conceptual design schema are presented to address the pain points of multiple solution trade-offs, multiple iterations, and multidisciplinary coupling in aircraft conceptual collaboration design.  相似文献
