一种遥感图像建筑物检测新方法

遥感图像中的建筑物检测对于土地规划和地图绘制等具有重要意义。文章针对高分辨率全色遥感图像植被覆盖中隐蔽建筑物检测问题,提出了一种结合屋顶结构信息和纹理信息的快速房屋检测方法。首先利用屋顶边缘的几何关系寻找具有矩形屋顶的建筑物;然后使用形态学方法提取屋顶较亮的建筑物;最后利用局部二值模式（Local Binary Pattern,LBP）描述屋顶的纹理特征,并利用支持向量机（Support Vector Machine,SVM）排除误检区域。通过在全色遥感图像集上的试验证明,所提方法对高分辨率遥感图像植被覆盖区域中的建筑物目标具有较高检测率和较低误检率。     

地球同步卫星BSR硅太阳电池阵输出功率衰减规律分析

长期受粒子辐照、紫外辐照等因素的影响,地球同步卫星的太阳电池阵输出功率会出现较为明显的衰减。这里选取某地球同步卫星使用的背表面反射(BSR)硅太阳电池阵为研究对象,采用光强因子和温度因子修正太阳电池阵的输出功率,使用局部加权回归散点平滑法(LOWESS)分析了其在设计寿命期间的输出功率衰减规律;同时基于LOWESS建立了预测模型,用于硅太阳电池阵超寿运行期间的功率预测。实测数据表明:本文构建的预测模型可以满足超寿地球同步卫星在轨管理使用需求。     

基于SURE准则的参数自适应InSAR相位非局部滤波

干涉相位滤波是干涉合成孔径雷达(InSAR)处理中的关键步骤,然而传统滤波方法难以兼顾噪声抑制和细节保持的效果,故提出了一种改进的非局部滤波器。滤波参数由Stein无偏风险估计(SURE)准则自适应地选择,在有效降低InSAR相位噪声的同时,保留干涉条纹细节和城市建筑的边缘。通过在仿真数据和TanDEM-X实测数据上分别进行实验,并与传统滤波方法对比分析,验证所提出方法的有效性。     

Coupling damage and reliability model of low-cycle fatigue and high energy impact based on the local stress–strain approach

Fatigue induced products generally bear fatigue loads accompanied by impact processes,which reduces their reliable life rapidly. This paper introduces a reliability assessment model based on a local stress–strain approach considering both low-cycle fatigue and high energy impact loads.Two coupling relationships between fatigue and impact are given with effects of an impact process on fatigue damage and effects of fatigue damage on impact performance. The analysis of the former modifies the fatigue parameters and the Manson–Coffin equation for fatigue life based on material theories. On the other hand, the latter proposes the coupling variables and the difference of fracture toughness caused by accumulative fatigue damage. To form an overall reliability model including both fatigue failure and impact failure, a competing risk model is developed. A case study of an actuator cylinder is given to validate this method.

本文针对机载测控天线对导弹覆盖的仿真,提出一种有效的解决途径,避开繁琐的计算,圆满完成了仿真需求。     

Satellite Constellation Design with Adaptively Continuous Ant System Algorithm

The ant system algorithm （ASA） has proved to be a novel meta-heuristic algorithm to solve many multivariable problems. In this paper, the earth coverage of satellite constellation is analyzed and a n ＋ 1^ -fold coverage rate is put forward to evaluate the coverage performance of a satellite constellation. An optimization model of constellation parameters is established on the basis of the coverage performance. As a newly developed method, ASA can be applied to optimize the constellation parameters. In order to improve the ASA, a rule for adaptive number of ants is proposed, by which the search range is obviously enlarged and the convergence speed increased. Simulation results have shown that the ASA is more quick and efficient than other methodV211.71s.

这张照片是2006年在老家过年时在自家院子里拍的。昨天翻看照片时。我无意中发现照片中有个奇怪的黑点。开始以为是只鸟，后来把局部放大后发现。它更像个碟形。我的老家沈丘县与项城县离得很近的。以前《飞碟探索》曾报道过在沈丘县和项城王明口乡发现过不明飞行物。     

小方坯结晶器内腔形状局部改进及寿命试验研究

对 14 0mm× 14 0mm方坯结晶器的内腔局部进行了改进设计 ,采用了抛物线锥度及曲面结构 ,对安装方式采取定位密封措施。试验结果表明 :新型结晶器的拉速得到了提高 ;拉坯阻力较原结晶器略有下降 ;结晶器的散热能力得到了大幅度加强 ;通过坯壳的测量数据表明结晶器的拉坯质量得到了提高     

飞机左右带外挂对称结构振型局部化研究

本文研究了带外挂飞机失调对称结构的振局产化现象，推出了单边联接刚度失调时的振型局部化判据，算例的结果证实了判据的正确性和可用性。此判据可供飞机结构设计选取结构参数时参考之用。
