带摩擦阻尼的叶片响应求解方法

 提出了一种可用于带摩擦阻尼的复杂结构的动力特性的计算方法——动柔度法。给出了计算公式及流程。并用此法对一带摩擦阻尼器的模型叶片进行了稳态响应的计算。通过理论计算并与实验对比表明,动柔度法是一种可用于复杂结构响应计算的高效的算法。由于叶片与阻尼器之间有复杂的运动关系,在用于带阻尼器的叶片的响应计算及阻尼器优化设计时,此法将更显优越。     

二元冰蓄冷测试技术及其评价

对二元冰蓄冷系统的测试技术进行了系统的介绍并作出了相应的评价。着重介绍了二元冰的性质及系统中凝聚现象和含冰率的测试技术,为二元冰蓄冷系统的测试研究指明了方向。     

Exploration and implementation of commonality valuation method in commercial aircraft family design

Commercial aircraft family design can reduce development costs, shorten development cycles, and expand the market coverage of aircraft. Commercial aircraft family development has become one of the most important features of modern aircraft design. This paper explores the effects of commonality on different aircraft models in a commercial aircraft family. The existing product commonality indexes are summarized and their limitations in the application to aircraft design are discussed. Then a new component commonality index is proposed based on the component decomposition structure. A model for calculating the aircraft program value is established,which considers development costs, manufacturing costs, sale price, operation costs and residual costs. The effects of aircraft commonality on time and economic costs of both development and manufacturing, and on sale price, are analyzed and quantified. The commonality evaluation strategy is obtained, which features comprehensive consideration of the aircraft program value and time costs. The break-even analysis of aircraft is proceeded on the basis of costs and price data. By using a real option method, the strategy considers the uncertainty of the aircraft program and the flexibility of the manufacturer. This strategy proves to be rational and applicable to aircraft design based on the calculation of three examples and the analysis of parameter sensitivity.     

弯扭复合大负载下电动舵机设计及性能试验研究

针对弯扭复合大负载工况下电动舵机快速性与稳定性匹配的问题,在分析有限空间质量约束下舵机设计要求的基础上,采用基于核心部件与系统仿真及试验验证相结合的手段,提出了一种高刚度高功率密度的抗弯扭复合大负载电动舵机设计方法。详细阐述了高功率密度伺服电机和高刚度传动机构的设计过程,并研制了工程样机。试验结果表明:该电动舵机伺服刚度与功率密度得到显著提升,在复合大负载工况下能够实现高动态高可靠稳定运行。     

涡桨飞机发展现状及关键气动问题

独特的动力形式赋予了涡桨飞机优越的推进效率和良好的低速机动、起降性能，使得其在军用及民用领域占有重要的地位并得以不断发展，但同时也带来了一系列需要重点关注的设计问题。本文从目前国内外涡桨飞机的发展现状和设计特点出发，提出其面临的主要气动问题。重点针对国内亟待发展的舰载类涡桨飞机起降过程中的失速和操纵问题进行深入研究，剖析了翼面附近流动的分离状态和发展趋势对于失速特性及操纵安全性的影响规律，归纳总结出需要关注的关键约束和设计原则。在此基础上，通过对一组计算实例的分析，给出了机翼空间流场变化特征和宏观气动力之间的内在联系，并深入阐述了三维增升构型与干净构型及其各站位翼剖面的设计关联性。     

关于设计保证系统适航独立核查的思考

民用飞机主制造商建立设计保证系统，旨在民机研制过程中充分发挥自主适航的能力，通过组织机构、职责、程序和资源落实设计、适航以及独立监督三大职能，以保证航空产品的设计或者设计更改满足适航当局的要求。其中，设计保证系统适航职能的适航独立核查功能正是这一保证的关键。基于对设计保证系统适航独立核查功能的具体分析基础上，从设计保证系统的规划与设计层面提出了实现适航独立核查功能的机制，给出了机制中需明确的责任主体、职责与资质要求、工作流程与支撑工具以及管理程序等方面的建议，并从大数据知识的技术支撑和阶梯式递进的人才培训保障两方面以不断优化改进的方法工具与人力配置来深化适航独立核查的功能与效果，进而增强设计保证系统对飞机型号研制的保证作用。     

Adaptive suppression of passive intermodulation in digital satellite transceivers

For the performance issues of satellite transceivers suffering passive intermodulation interference,a novel and effective digital suppression algorithm is presented in this paper.In con trast to analog approaches,digital passive intermodulation (PIM) suppression approaches can be easily reconfigured and therefore are highly attractive for future satellite communication systems.A simplified model of nonlinear distortion from passive microwave devices is established in consid eration of the memory effect.The multiple high-order PIM products falling into the receiving band can be described as a bilinear predictor function.A suppression algorithm based on a bilinear poly nomial decorrelated adaptive filter is proposed for baseband digital signal processing.In consideration of the time-varying characteristics of passive intermodulation,this algorithm can achieve the rapidness of online interference estimation and low complexity with less consumption of resources.Numerical simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively compensate the passive intermodulation interference,and achieve a high signal-to-interference ratio gain.

计量是国家质量基础的重要组成部分，产品质量的提升离不开科学、精准的计量。工业发达国家极为重视计量测试技术的发展。通过搜集、整理量子效应计量、芯片级计量等国内外大量文献资料，归纳分析了近年来国外先进计量测试技术发展动态与趋势。以量子技术和基本物理常数为基础建立量子计量基标准，将大幅提高测量准确度和稳定性，结合量子效应的微加工技术实现芯片尺度的测量等，微纳尺度计量技术也在科学研究、精密测量、智能制造等领域得到广泛应用。本文可为我国计量技术发展提供借鉴。     

交流电子负载校准技术研究

介绍了交流电子负载的校准方法、校准设备和校准原理等。交流电子负载是对是各种交流电源、UPS电源测试和老化试验的主要设备之一,其各项参数指标的优劣对被测设备的检测及故障分析具有重要意义。研究了交流负载的恒定电压、恒定电流、恒定电阻和恒定功率等功能的校准方法和指标,并通过实际测试、校准进行了验证,对校准结果的不确定度进行了评定,校准结果表明本文的校准方法能够满足仪器的技术要求。
