交流电子负载校准技术研究

摘    要:介绍了交流电子负载的校准方法、校准设备和校准原理等。交流电子负载是对是各种交流电源、UPS电源测试和老化试验的主要设备之一,其各项参数指标的优劣对被测设备的检测及故障分析具有重要意义。研究了交流负载的恒定电压、恒定电流、恒定电阻和恒定功率等功能的校准方法和指标,并通过实际测试、校准进行了验证,对校准结果的不确定度进行了评定,校准结果表明本文的校准方法能够满足仪器的技术要求。

Abstract:The calibration method, calibration device and calibration features of the electronic AC load are introduced. The electronic AC load is the main device for the AC source and UPS source testing and agingtest. The features of AC load are important for testing and analysing the trouble of device. The calibration method of the constant voltage,constant curent,constant resistant and constant power of the AC load are introduced. The AC load is tested.The measurement uncertainty is also analysed.The result shows that the method in this article can meet the demands of AC load.
