AgCuTi-based composite fillers reinforced with Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs) were prepared by mechanical ball milling and ultrasonic agitation. Graphene nanosheets(GNSs) strengthened AgCuTi composite filler(AgCuTi_G) was used to braze C/C composite and Ti-6Al-4V. The effects of GNSs on the wettability of AgCuTi_G filler on the C/C composite surface and the interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of brazed joints were investigated. The results indicate that the addition of GNSs reduced the wettability of AgCuTi_G. The interfacial microstructure of brazed joints evolved with the addition of GNSs, where Ti_3Cu_4 and TiCu_4 were converted to TiCu and the thickness of the reaction layer adjacent to the base material decreased. The maximum shear strength of joints brazed at 0.3 wt% GNSs was 23.3 MPa(880℃/10 min). Further adding GNSs deteriorated the shear strength of the joints. Fracture of the joints occurred in the C/C composite substrate and the TiC layer adjacent to C/C composite.  相似文献

The dissimilar materials joining of C/C composites to T2 copper were performed successfully by thermo-compensated Resistance Brazing Welding (RBW) with AgCuTi filler powder. The interfacial microstructure, phase composition, and shear strength of the resistance brazed joints were investigated by the relevant analysis method. Experiment results indicated that the order affecting the shear strength of the C/C-Cu joint was welding current, welding pressure, and welding time in turn. The shear strength of backward thermo-compensated RBW was higher than that of forward thermo-compensated RBW due to the Peltier effect. The maximum shear strength of the C/C-Cu joint was 11.56 MPa in the optimized welding parameter with welding current of 8.0 kA, welding time of 60 ms, and welding pressure of 0.10 MPa by backward thermo-compensated RBW. The interface structure at the resistance brazed joint with this welding parameter was C/C composites/TiC/Cu (s.s)/T2 copper. The TiC phase was verified at the interface of the brazed joint by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer (EDS), and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Considerable fractures occurred in the C/C composites and partial fracture occurred at the interfacial reaction layer.  相似文献

Nano-Al2O3 particles modified AgCuNi filler was adopted to braze the SiO2 ceramic and TC4. The effects of filler size as well as the brazing temperature on the interfacial microstructure and mechanical property of the joints were investigated. Nanoscale filler reduced the phases dimension and promoted the homogeneous distribution of microstructure, obtaining a higher joint strength when compared to microscale filler. The increase of brazing temperature made the accelerating dissolution and diffusion of Ti, which promoted the increase of thickness of Ti4O7 + TiSi2 layer adjacent to SiO2 ceramic and diffusion layer zone nearby TC4 alloy. The hypoeutectic structure was produced in the brazing seam due to the high Ti content. The maximum shear strength of ∼40 MPa was obtained at 950 °C for 10 min.  相似文献

为研究定应变贮存条件下HTPB推进剂的主要失效原因,基于单轴拉伸实验,得到HTPB推进剂的宏观力学性能。基于扫描电镜观察和测试探测液在填料AP,黏合剂基体上的接触角方法,表征了微观界面性能。实验结果显示,随老化时间的延长,最大延伸率显著降低,填料与黏合剂基体黏结变差,黏附功Wa减小,界面张力γsl增大。HTPB推进剂填料与黏合剂基体的界面黏结情况可由填料与黏合剂基体的黏附功、界面张力来表征。定应变作用下推进剂老化后黏附功的值远低于无应变热老化的值,界面张力的值远高于无应变热老化的值,定应变的存在严重影响了推进剂填料/基体界面的黏结。宏观-微观性能的相关性研究表明,最大延伸率和黏附功存在线性相关关系,最大延伸率的降低主要由界面黏结的劣化引起的。  相似文献

研究了Ni-20Hf-8Cr-8W-(4~6)Al系列合金的显微组织以及Al含量对共晶组织的影响,结果表明:此系列合金中,随着Al含量的微小变化,会析出不同的共晶组织;当Al含量大于5.5wt%时,出现(β-NiAl+Ni7Hf2)或(γ′+β-NiAl+Ni7Hf2)共晶:当Al量小于5.5wt%时,会出现(γ′+Ni7Hf2)、(γ+γ′+Ni7Hf2)或(γ+Ni7Hf2)共晶组织。并且得出(Ni-20Hf-8Cr-8W-5.3Al)wt%的合金具有(γ′+Ni7Hf2)共晶,适宜选做为以Ni7Hf2增强的共晶复合材料的合金成份。  相似文献

研究了用XD(热爆)工艺合成TiAl合金及TiC/TiAl复合材料,井探讨了其合成反应机制。结果表明,可在Al的熔点附近用XD工艺制备TiAl合金及其TiC颗粒增强的TiC/TiAl复合材料,Ti-Al粉末间的放热反应促进了TiC的合成。TiAl合金由TiAl+Ti3Al相组成,而TiC/TiAl复合材料由TiC+TiAl+Ti3Al相组成。  相似文献

The brazing of diamond is a promising way to fabricate grinding wheels for efficient machining and precision grinding. This work investigated the feasibility of bonding diamond grits onto Aluminium Alloy 7075 (AA7075) substrate with a Ag–Cu–Ti filler alloy via laser fusion brazing. The interfacial microstructures and the strength of the brazed diamond joints were studied. The cross-section of the brazed diamond joint consists of a molten filler alloy layer, a molten pool, a heat effect zone, a columnar crystal zone and an equiaxed crystal zone. Within the interface of the filler alloy/substrate metal, microstructures observed possibly were Ag(s.s), Al(s.s), TixAl, Al2Cu and Mg intermetallic compounds. A layer of TiC with a thickness of about 30–50 nm was found at the bonding interface of the diamond/filler alloy. The averaged peak shear force of the brazed joints was found to be approximately 39.8 N. The abrasion grinding test indicated that the diamond/AA7075 brazed joint was adequate for grinding. However, the pulled-off of grit was found to be the primary failure of this type of brazed joint. This work broadened the brazing diamond technique and the range of applications of brazed diamond wheels for efficient grinding.  相似文献

 采用空心阴极等离子烧结工艺制备了Ti/Ni等原子比的Ti50-x/2Ni50-x/2Alx(x=0,3,6,9)合金,研究了Al含量对合金微观组织以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:未添加铝的合金微观组织主要由NiTi基体、强化相Ti2Ni、Ni3Ti及孔隙组成;随着Al含量的提高,合金中Ti2Ni(Al)数量不断增多,孔隙数量和孔径不断增加,Ni3Ti(Al)数量不断减少,在Ti45.5Ni45.5Al9中还生成了少量Ni2TiAl相;合金的抗弯强度随Al含量的提高而增加,并在Al含量为6%时达到最大值296.3 MPa;合金的硬度随铝含量的提高而增加,Ti45.5Ni45.5Al9的硬度值为295.6 HV。  相似文献

反应火焰喷涂Ti-Ni-C系陶瓷/金属复合涂层   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以钛粉、镍粉和碳的前驱体(蔗糖)为原料通过前驱体碳化复合技术制备了Ti-Ni-C系反应喷涂复合粉末,并通过普通氧乙炔火焰喷涂技术成功制备了以TiC为增强相的陶瓷/金属复合涂层.采用XRD和SEM对喷涂粉末和涂层的相组成和显微组织结构进行了分析.研究结果表明:采用前驱体碳化复合技术制备的Ti-Ni-C系复合喷涂粉末有非常紧密的结构;可有效的解决反应喷涂过程中原料粉末分离的问题;喷涂所得到的陶瓷/金属复合涂层具有典型的热喷涂组织特征,其由原位合成的纳米级TiC颗粒分布于金属基体内部形成的复合强化片层组织和TiC和Ti2O3共生聚集片层交替叠加而成;涂层基体以Ni和Ni3Ti形式存在.  相似文献

This paper aims to study the effect of processing temperature on interfacial behavior of HKT800 carbon fiber composites with epoxy and Bismaleimide(BMI) matrix.Referring to the processing conditions of the composite, various processing-heat treatments were conducted on HKT800 and the extracted sizing content declines with increasing temperature.Chemical analysis shows that the HKT800 sizing is epoxy-type and reactive at 200 C.The interfacial shear strength(IFSS) of HKT800/epoxy and HKT800/BMI was investigated by micro-droplet method, for which the composites were fabricated with modeling temperature schemes referring to different diffusion, cure and post-cure stages.It shows that diffusion temperature and conversion degree of the resin both enhance the interfacial adhesion of HKT800/epoxy composite.For the HKT800/BMI composite,the diffusion temperature shows a insignificant effect on the IFSS.FTIR analysis indicates that sufficient reactions are achieved between HKT800-sizing and epoxy resin, however only partial reactions are observed between the sizing and BMI.Moreover, the presence of the sizing can evidently improve the wettability of HKT800 with epoxy resin but is unfavorable for HKT800 with BMI.  相似文献

通过对钎料综合性能的对比,研究了混合稀土的添加对Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni系合金钎料性能,以及对真空钎焊TC4母材的钎缝的组织特征和机械性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加适当含量的混合稀土的钎料熔点降低,润湿性好,钎焊TC4的力学性能好,混合稀土的含量不应超过5%。  相似文献

用一种含Al,Ti元素的镍基钎料粉末与γ’相沉淀强化型镍基高温合金FGH95的粉末混合,制备了大间隙钎焊用混合粉状高温镍基钎料。实验表明,采用合适的混合比例,混合粉状钎料对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢具有较好的润湿铺展性。该混合钎料所获得的钎缝金属的合金化效应显著,Al+Ti合金元素的最大含量达到了5.49%。焊态钎缝中,除Nb,W等个别元素外,其他主要强化元素无明显偏析,且经1180℃/4h扩散处理可消除合金元素的偏析。钎缝金属的组织状态较为均匀,基体为等轴γ固溶体枝晶,枝晶间分布有颗粒状、短条状的化合物相以及少量的γ+γ’共晶组织。另外,在γ固溶体中分布着大量弥散细小γ’沉淀强化相。  相似文献

对带(B4C C)涂层的SiC纤维增强Ti-153复合材料的界面反应进行热力学分析,并对界面反应层做能谱成分分析及X-射线衍射结构分析.结果表明,界面反应层为TiC,TiB2和TiB相的组合物.采用不同的热压工艺制备复合材料并分别进行拉伸实验及扫面电镜观察,从而得出不同界面结合状态与拉伸性能之间的关系.对经不同时间的热处理具有不同界面反应层厚度的复合材料进行拉伸实验,结果表明,随着反应层厚度的增加复合材料性能下降.  相似文献

以DCSB法点燃Ti Cr二元合金 ,研究该合金的燃烧行为及其燃烧产物。结果表明 :Ti (>10 % )Cr合金元素的燃烧速度较低 ,Cr含量大于 15 %的合金阻燃效果更明显 .Ti Cr合金燃烧产物表面及Ti (<10 % )Cr合金的燃烧产物与基体的界面均开裂多孔 ,不可能阻止氧向基体内扩散 ;而Ti (>10 % )Cr合金的燃烧产物与基体的界面氧化物比较致密 ,降低了燃烧速度。Ti Cr合金的燃烧产物是TiO2 、TiO和TiCrO3  相似文献

 用空心阴极离子镀技术,在常用的不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)基材上,镀制Ti(N,C)耐磨镀层。对镀层的成分进行了分析,讨论了镀层成分的耐磨性,显微硬度和附着力的影响。通过对Ti(N,C)镀层与TiN和TiC镀层性能的对比,肯定了Ti(N,C)复合化合物镀层具有更优越的耐磨性和附着力。  相似文献

Nb-Ti-Si-based ultrahigh-temperature alloys concocted with boron ranging from 0 to 2 at% are prepared by arc-melting technology. The effects of adding boron on their as-melted microstructure and oxidation resistance are analyzed. The (Nb,Ti)ss, β-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 and γ-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 exist in Nb-22Ti-16Si-6Cr-3Al-4Hf alloy, while (Nb,Ti)ss, α-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 and γ-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 are present in Nb-22Ti-16Si-6Cr-3Al-4Hf-1B and Nb-22Ti-16Si-6Cr-3Al-4Hf-2B alloys. The oxidation of Nb-Ti-Si-based ultrahigh-temperature alloys is dominated by the diffusion of oxygen through (Nb,Ti)ss. Compared to boron-free alloys, the boron-containing alloys have significantly lower oxidation rate when oxidized at 1 200 °C for less than 50 h, but, for more than 50 h, their oxidation resistance deteriorates.  相似文献

采用悬浮液共混法制备了纳米SiO2填充新型含二氮杂萘酮结构聚芳醚酮(PPEK)复合材料,并对其力学性能、摩擦性能和热学性能进行了研究。结果表明:当纳米SiO2含量为1%时,复合材料的综合力学性能最佳;纳米SiO2的加入,使得复合材料的摩擦性能比纯树脂有了明显提高,当纳米SiO2含量达到7%时,摩擦磨损综合性能最好,且在大载荷下纳米SiO2更能有效改善复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。DSC测试表明,7%纳米SiO2填充PPEK的玻璃化转变温度与纯PPEK相当。  相似文献
