纤维夹角和铣削参数对CFRP铣削力的影响   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
为探索CFRP铣削加工中出现的分层、崩边等表面缺陷形成机理,对CFRP进行铣削加工实验。基于单因素实验法获得了纤维夹角对CFRP铣削力的影响规律,基于中心复合曲面设计,获得了硬质合金刀具铣削CFRP过程中铣削速度、每齿进给量和铣削深度对铣削力的影响规律,并构建了铣削力的预报模型。实验结果表明:纤维夹角在0°~90°,铣削力随纤维夹角的增大而降低,而在90°~180°,铣削力随纤维夹角的增大而增大。f_z和a_e对三个方向铣削力影响都较为显著。v_c对y向和z向铣削力影响较为显著,而对x向铣削力影响不显著。铣削力随三个铣削参数的升高而增大,其中每齿进给量对铣削力影响最大。  相似文献

针对透波性Si_3N_4陶瓷铣削加工过程中易出现边缘破损现象,通过不同铣削深度实验研究了边缘破损类型、产生位置以及切深对边缘破损影响,并分析了边缘破损产生机理,最后提出了边缘破损控制方法。结果表明:当切深为0.4~0.8 mm时,边缘破损主要集中于出口棱边和入刀侧边;且脆性域加工过程中随着切深的增加,边缘破损程度呈现增大趋势;降低切深至≤0.3 mm且采用跟随周边走刀方式,并保证入刀处刀尖线速度方向与进给方向夹角不小于90°,可以有效控制边缘破损。研究为提高透波性Si_3N_4陶瓷铣削加工表面质量提供了技术支撑。  相似文献

为探索碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)铣削加工过程中切削力与工艺参数之间的映射关系,建立CFRP铣削加工有限元仿真模型并对切削力进行分析。基于ABAQUS软件通过定义材料属性、材料失效模型、纤维铺层数和纤维方向建立了CFRP铣削加工二维有限元仿真模型,并对该模型进行了实验验证。基于该模型,分析了切削力与纤维方向角、铣削速度、每齿进给量和刀具前角等工艺参数之间的映射关系。仿真结果表明:纤维方向角从0°增大到90°,切削力呈现降低趋势,而纤维方向角从90°增大到180°,切削力呈现增大趋势。随着切削速度和每齿进给量的增大,切削力随之增大,而随着刀具前角增大,切削力随之减小。  相似文献

Surface topography of superalloy GH4169 workpieces machined by milling and grinding is different significantly. Meanwhile, surface roughness, as one of the main indicators of machined surface integrity, has a great influence on the fatigue behavior of workpieces. Based on analyzing the formation mechanism and characteristics of surface roughness utilizing different machining processes and parameters, the machined surface roughness curve can be decoupled into two parts utilizing frequency spectrum analysis, which are kinematic surface roughness curve and stochastic surface roughness curve. The kinematic surface roughness curve is influenced by machining process,parameters, geometry of the cutting tool or wheel, the maximum height of which is expressed as R'_z.By subtracting the kinematic part from the measurement curve, the stochastic surface roughness curve and its maximum height R'_zcan be obtained, which is influenced by the defects of cutting tool edge or abrasive grains, built-up edges(BUE), cracks, high frequency vibration and so on. On the other hand, the results of decoupling analysis of surface roughness curves indicate that Raand Rz values of milling GH4169 are 2–5 times and 1–3 times as high as those of grinding, while R'_zvalue of milling is 13.85%–37.7% as high as that of grinding. According to the results of fatigue life tests of specimens machined by milling and grinding, it can be concluded that fatigue behavior of GH4169 decreases with the increase of R'_zmonotonically, even utilizing different machining processes.  相似文献

Bypass Dual Throat Nozzle (BDTN) is a novel type of fluidic thrust vectoring nozzle. To improve the infrared stealth performance of BDTN, a nozzle based on BDTN is proposed and numerically simulated. Each cross-section along the x-axis of the novel nozzle becomes a trapezoid, which is named “BDTN-TRA.” The main numerical simulation results show that BDTN-TRA can produce a thrust vectoring angle when the upper or lower bypass valve is open. The angle difference between the two conditions mentioned above is usually approximately 1°–2°. Even if the two bypasses are closed, BDTN-TRA can produce a small thrust vectoring angle at around 3°–5°. When the sidewall angle increases from 60° to 90°, the thrust coefficient and thrust vectoring angle under each work condition usually decrease. A larger aspect ratio indicates better performance. As the aspect ratio increases over 7.2, the performance of BDTN-TRA is quite close to that of BDTN with rectangular cross-sections at the same aspect ratio. These features will benefit the control and trimming for future aircraft design, especially for the flying wing layout aircraft. Last but not least, BDTN-TRA has a more extraordinary mixing performance compared with BDTN. The distributions of static temperature and axial velocity along the x-axis of BDTN-TRA with sidewall angle of 60° decrease faster than those of BDTN. When the total temperature of the inlet equals 1600 K, the static temperature difference between BDTN-TRA with sidewall angles of 60° and 90° is over 360 K at twice the length of the nozzle downstream of the nozzle exit, which is the reflection for excellent infrared stealth for the fighter.  相似文献

针对硬质合金刀具高速内冷铣削AISI304不锈钢时,切削力大、切削温度高及加工表面质量低的问题。基于响应曲面中心复合设计方法进行高速内冷铣削实验,建立了铣削力分量二阶回归预测模型,并进行了实验验证。对比了干式与内冷铣削后的加工表面质量,分析了铣削参数对铣削力分量的影响规律,以铣削力分量最小为目标优化了铣削参数。结果表明:进给力和径向力的预测值与实验值的误差分别为4. 77%和6. 16%;内冷铣削的Ra为0. 193~0. 327μm;对铣削力分量的影响是铣削深度转速进给量,随着铣削深度和转速的增加,进给力先升高后降低,径向力逐步增加,铣削深度与转速的交互作用对进给力和径向力的影响显著;转速11 643. 63 r/min、铣削深度1 mm、进给量0. 08 mm/r为最优铣削参数组合。  相似文献

In a milling operation, there must be processes of a cutter entering and exiting the work-piece boundary. The cutter exit is usually in the feed direction and the dynamic response is different from that in the normal cutting process. This paper presents a new time-domain modeling of mechanics and dynamics of the cutter exit process for the slot milling process. The cutter is assumed to exit the workpiece for the first time with one tooth right in the feed direction. The dynamic chip thickness is summed up along the feed direction and compared with the remaining workpiece length in the feed direction to judge whether the cutter is ready to exit the workpiece or not. The developed model is then used for analyzing the cutting force and machining vibration in the cutter exit process. The developed mathematical model is experimentally validated by comparing the simulated forces and vibrations against the measured data collected from real slotting milling tests. The study shows that stable cutting parameters cannot guarantee stable cutting in a cutter exit process and further study can be performed to control the vibration amplitude in this specific process.  相似文献

Ultrasonic vibration-assisted milling has been widely applied in machining the difficult-to-cut materials owing to the remarkable improvements in reducing the cutting force. However, analytical models to reveal the mechanism and predict the cutting force of ultrasonic vibration-assisted milling metal matrix composites are still needed to be developed. In this paper, an analytical model of cutting force was established for ultrasonic vibration-assisted milling in-situ TiB2/7050Al metal matrix composites. During modeling, change of motion of the cutting tool, contact of tool-chip-workpiece and acceleration of the chip caused by ultrasonic vibration was considered based on equivalent oblique cutting model. Meanwhile, material properties, tool geometry, cutting parameters and vibration parameters were taken into consideration. Furthermore, the developed analytical force model was validated with and without ultrasonic vibration milling experiments on in-situ TiB2/7050Al metal matrix composites. The predicted cutting forces show to be consistent well with the measured cutting forces. Besides, the relative error of instantaneous maximum forces between the predicted and measured data is from 0.4% to 15.1%. The analytical model is significant for cutting force prediction not only in ultrasonic-vibration assisted milling but also in conventional milling in-situ TiB2/7050Al metal matrix composites, which was proved with general applicability.  相似文献

In this paper, a multi-delay milling system considering helix angle and run-out effects is firstly established. An exponential cutting force model is used to model the interaction between a work-piece and a cutting tool, and a new approach is presented for accurately calibrating exponential cutting force coefficients and cutter run-out parameters. Furthermore, based on an implicit multi-step Adams formula and an improved precise time-integration algorithm, a novel stability prediction method is proposed to predict the stability of the system. The involved time delay term and periodic coefficient term are integrated as a comprehensive state term in the integral response which is approximated by the Adams formula. Then, a Floquet transition matrix with an arbitrary-order form is constructed by using a series of matrix multiplication, and the stability of the system is determined by the Floquet theory. Compared to classical semi-discretization methods and full-discretization methods, the developed method shows a good performance in convergence, efficiency, accuracy, and multi-order complexity. A series of cutting tests is further carried out to validate the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the calibration process needs a time of less than 5 min, and the stability prediction method is effective.  相似文献

为了研究S弯收扩喷管的流动机理,数值模拟了不同喷管落压比(NPR)和S形收敛管道出口面积比(A72/A8)对S弯收扩喷管内流动的影响。结果表明:当S弯收扩喷管处于高度过膨胀状态时,随着NPR升高,非对称分离逐渐转变为对称分离,λ型激波转变为马赫盘结构,气动性能下降,推力矢量角减小;随着NPR继续上升,激波从喷管内移动到喷管出口边缘,并逐渐转变为膨胀波,气动性能上升,推力矢量角减小至0°后保持不变。在完全遮挡高温部件的低可探测准则的约束下,出口面积比A72/A8的变化主要对S弯收扩喷管收敛段的流动特性产生显著影响,体现在S弯收扩喷管内的局部加速及二次流分布。S弯收扩喷管的气动性能随着A72/A8增大而提高,但当A72/A8增大至1.8时,第一弯管道出口上壁面发生流动分离,气动性能显著下降。  相似文献

In-situ ceramics particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites are favored in the aerospace industry due to excellent properties. However, the hard ceramic particles as the reinforcement phase bring challenges to machining. To study the effect of in-situ TiB2 particles on machinability and surface integrity of TiB2/2024 composite and TiB2/7075 composite, milling experiments were performed, and compared with conventional 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloys. In-situ TiB2 particles clustered at the grain boundaries and dispersed inside the matrix alloy grains hinder the dislocation movement of the matrix alloy. Therefore, the milling force and temperature of the composites are higher than those of the aluminum alloys due to the increase of the strength and the decrease of the plasticity. In the milling of composites, abrasive wear is the main wear form of carbide tools, due to the scratching of hard nano-TiB2 particles. The composites containing in-situ TiB2 particles have machining defects such as smearing, micro-scratches, micro-pits and tail on the machined surface. However, in-situ TiB2 particles impede the plastic deformation of the composites, which greatly reduces cutting edge marks on the machined surface. Therefore, under the same milling parameters, the surface roughness of TiB2/2024 composite and TiB2/7075 composite is much less than that of 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloy respectively. Under the milling conditions of this experiment, the machined subsurface has no metamorphic layer, and the microhardness of the machined surface is almost the same as that of the material. Besides, compared with 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloy, machined surfaces of TiB2/2024 composite and TiB2/7075 composite both show tensile residual stress or low magnitude of compressive residual stress.  相似文献

叶片式预旋喷嘴具有尺寸小,落后角大的特点。为了详细研究小尺寸预旋喷嘴的预旋性能,采用五孔探针对叶片式预旋喷嘴的出口流场进行了实验研究。测量了Ma=0.2,0.3时喷嘴出口的压力分布、速度分布和出口气流角度分布,实验获得了喷嘴的落后角和预旋效率,并进行了与实验工况相同的数值计算。通过实验获得的总压云图以及速度云图,可以发现叶片式预旋喷嘴的端壁二次流损失、尾迹损失严重,有明显的边界层分离现象。Ma=0.2时,喷嘴Re数为5.76×104,落后角2.84°,实验测得的预旋效率为0.73;Ma=0.3时,喷嘴Re数为1.06×105,预旋效率提高至0.77。实验模型端壁的影响使预旋效率实验结果偏低6.5%左右。数值结果与实验测得各参数符合较好:数值结果与测得的喷嘴出口截面平均总压、静压偏差在1%以内;出气速度、周向速度以及出气角度与实验结果偏差在4%以内。数值计算表明,叶片式预旋喷嘴的预旋效率基本不受压比影响,随Re数增大先增大后基本不变,最后基本稳定在0.85。  相似文献

通过对多种落后角模型进行研究对比,选出其中一组,并对设计状态落后角模型重新修正,在此基础上结合S1流场计算发展了一种适用于轴流压气机落后角预测的模型.另对非设计状态落后角计算采用了修正模型.结果表明:建立的计算程序在一定的攻角范围内,对S1流场的预测结果是比较准确的,通过多组平面叶栅验证,在叶型弯角较大或者较小时,设计状态落后角模型预测精度均提高,误差范围控制在1°以内;建立的轴流压气机落后角预测模型,对多组轴流压气机设计状态落后角预测,误差都不超过2°,初步验证了模型的有效性.  相似文献

Electrochemical trepanning (ET) is one of the main methods for processing the blisks in aero-engines. However, stray corrosion in ET has a very negative impact on the machining quality of the blades. This paper proposes an innovative ET method with an auxiliary electrode surrounding the inner wall of the cavity above the cathode. Two-dimensional electric-field models are established and simulations are carried out with the auxiliary electrode at different positions and different electric potentials. The electric-field simulations show that adding the auxiliary electrode reverses the directions of the current lines in the processed area, thereby protecting it. The results show that when the distance from the bottom of the auxiliary electrode to the top of the cathode tool is 3 mm and the potential difference between the auxiliary electrode and the anode workpiece is 5 V, the area corroded by stray current is decreased. Experiments are performed under the parameter values determined by the simulations, and they confirm that this method is effective at reducing stray corrosion. Specifically, at a feed rate of 2.5 mm/min, the blade taper angle is decreased from 1.37° to −0.09°, the thickness of the leading and trailing edges is increased from 0.307 mm to 0.704 mm, and the average surface roughness is decreased from Sa =8.239 μm to Sa=7.028 μm.  相似文献

为探究中心锥对旋转爆轰发动机(Rotating Detonation Engine,简称RDE)内外流场结构与推进性能的影响,本文设计了90°、60°、45°、30°、20°、14°锥角与无中心锥7种构型,对燃烧室内径为78mm、外径为88mm、长度为100mm的RDE进行三维数值模拟,推导了适用于带中心锥RDE的推力公式,获得了各构型下详尽的流场参数。结果表明:在本文构型下中心锥对内流场影响很小,各构型的内流场参数与结构基本一致;中心锥对外流场的爆轰产物有轴向加速与径向吸附作用,能够调控尾部区域的流场特性;中心锥对由压差项产生的推力具有显著的提升效果,最佳推力性能出现在20°中心锥构型中,RDE总推力增益达22.8%。研究结果揭示了中心锥对RDE推力影响的作用机理,阐明了锥角对推进性能的影响规律,对带锥形构型的尾喷管设计工作提供了参考。  相似文献

采用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)对某型航空发动机双路离心喷嘴的雾化特性进行了实验研究,得到了索太尔平均直径(d32)的空间分布和喷雾锥角.实验结果表明:液滴尺寸随着供油压力的增大而减小,当压力增大到一定程度,液滴尺寸趋于不变;当主、副油路分别单独工作时,随测量横截面与喷口之间距离Z的增加,d32减小;在供油压力不变时,同一个测量横截面内,随着径向距离X的增加d32值变化不大;喷雾锥角基本不随供油压力改变而变化.   相似文献

为研究2-St age PDE中连续超声速射流及结构参数对撞诱导激波聚焦的影响规律,在冷态条件下开展了2-St age PDE中连续超声速射流对撞诱导激波聚焦的试验。分析了喷口宽度、导流环深度、凹面腔开口端与喷管间距、尾喷管角度、射流入射压力等参数对凹面腔底部峰值压力的影响。结果表明:喷口宽度、导流环深度、凹面腔开口端与喷口间距、射流入射压力越大,凹面腔底部峰值压力越大,激波聚焦效果越好;尾喷管角度越大,凹面腔底部峰值压力越小,激波聚焦效果越差;喷口宽度、导流环深度、射流入射压力对激波聚焦的影响较大。  相似文献

使用PCD立式铣刀对聚合物浸渍裂解法(PIP)制备的SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料开展单因素铣削试验,通过对加工中产生的切削力和加工后的表面粗糙度进行测量,分析了铣削工艺参数对其的影响;对加工表面、纤维断口进行SEM分析,讨论了SiC_(f)/SiC复合材料加工表面的形成。研究结果表明,表面粗糙度与切削力的变化趋势相同,高主轴转速和小切削宽度有利于得到表面粗糙度较小的加工表面;近孔洞区域与远离孔洞区域的材料去除方式不同;材料中纤维发生面内偏移和层间屈曲,纤维存在多种去除方式。  相似文献

Ti6Al4V is widely applied in the integral cascades of aero engines. As an effective machining method, electrochemical trepanning (ECTr) has unique advantages in processing surface parts made of hard-to-cut materials. In ECTr, the state of the flow field has a significant effect on processing stability and machining quality. To improve the uniformity of the flow field when ECTr is applied to Ti6Al4V, two different flow modes are designed, namely full-profile electrolyte supply (FPES) and edges electrolyte supply (EES). Different from the traditional forward flow mode, the flow directions of the electrolyte in the proposed modes are controlled by inlet channels. Simulations show that the flow field under EES is more uniform than that under FPES. To further enhance the uniformity of the flow field, the structure of EES is optimized by modifying the insulating sleeve. In the optimized configuration, the longitudinal distance between the center of the inlet hole and the center of the blade is 6.0 mm, the lateral distance between the centers of the inlet holes on both sides is 16.5 mm, the length to which the electrolyte enters the machining area is 1.5 mm, and the height of the insulating sleeve is 13.5 mm. A series of ECTr experiments are performed under the two flow modes. Compared with EES, the blade machined by FPES is less accurate and has poorer surface quality, with a surface roughness (Ra) of 3.346 μm. Under the optimized EES, the machining quality is effectively enhanced, with the surface quality improved from Ra = 2.621 μm to Ra = 1.815 μm, thus confirming the efficacy of the proposed methods.  相似文献

在二元收扩(2D-CD)喷管设计参数对喷管气动性能影响研究的基础上,以获得尽可能高的喷管推力系数为目标,以喉道宽高比、喉道型面半径比、收敛半角和扩张半角为设计变量,对二元收扩喷管的流道型面进行了优化设计。设计过程中,利用正交试验设计方法确定初始样本点,建立喷管推力系数与设计参数间的Kriging代理模型,采用自适应模拟退火算法(ASA)对代理模型进行分析求解。结果表明,二元收扩喷管的优化型面参数为:喉道宽高比为6,喉道型面半径比为0.3,收敛半角为15°,扩张半角为5.64°,此时最大推力系数为0.97847,流量系数为0.98778.   相似文献
