A hidden Markov model (HMM)-based method for recognizing aerial targets according to the sequential high-range-resolution (HRR) radar signature is presented. Its recognition features are the location information of scattering centers extracted from the HRR radar echoes by the relax algorithm. The HMM is used to characterize the spatio-temporal information of a target. Several HMMs are cascaded in a chain to model the variation in the target orientation and used as classifiers. Computer simulations with the inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) data are given to demonstrate that for an open-set recognition, average class-recognition rates of 84.50% and 89.88% are achieved, respectively, under two given conditions.  相似文献

在制造行业中,机械设备的状态检测技术能提供关于设备运行状态的实时信息,为避免生产损失和减少设备的致命故障提供保障。提出了一套基于小波变换和隐马尔科夫模型(Hidden Markov Models,HMMs)的故障检测系统。提出了小波模极大值分布(Wavelet Modulus Maxima Distribution),并将之定义为诊断系统的观察量加以验证。同时该系统采用在线模型参数估计和培训算法,通过选取能最大化对数似然度的HMM模型,确定设备所处状态。  相似文献

The quickest detection of superimposed hidden Markov model (HMM) transient signals is addressed. It is assumed that a known HMM is always extant but at an unknown time a second known HMM may also be present, and overlapped with the previous. Two approaches are proposed. The first treats the superimposed HMMs as a unit with an expanded state space, thus converting the problem of detecting superimposed HMMs into detection of a change in HMM, this being readily solved using a previously proposed procedure. Such an approach, though excellent in terms of performance, is not suitable for the superposition of multiple HMMs with large state dimensions due to computational complexity. A second detection scheme (based on multiple target tracking ideas) with much lower computational needs but little loss in terms of performance, is therefore developed  相似文献

对目标进行有效跟踪是目前许多国家获取信息的重要手段,主动形状模型(ASM)主要应用于灰度图像中物体的跟踪与定位,本文针对Koschan等提出的结合金字塔模型的ASM方法作进一步改进,使之应用于视频(本文视频采用MPEG数字视频压缩编码标准)中物体的定位:首先将视频解码还原成图像序列,从人眼视觉特征出发,将RGB颜色模型转换为HSV颜色模型,用色调信息取代灰度信息进行物体定位;并研究图像序列帧之间物体的重合度对提高定位效率的作用.实验结果说明在ASM中使用色调信息能有效地实现视频中的物体定位.  相似文献

The theory of embedded time series is shown applicable for determining a reasonable lower bound on the length of test sequence required for accurate classification of moving objects. Sequentially recorded feature vectors of a moving object form a training trajectory in feature space. Each of the sequences of feature vector components is a time series, and under certain conditions, each of these time series has approximately the same fractal dimension. The embedding theorem may be applied to this fractal dimension to establish a sufficient number of observations to determine the feature space trajectory of the object. It is argued that this number is a reasonable lower bound on test sequence length for use in object classification. Experiments with data corresponding to five military vehicles (observed following a projected Lorenz trajectory on a viewing sphere) show that this bound is indeed adequate  相似文献

近年来,基于可见光图像的目标识别在无人车感知领域得到了广泛应用.然而,可见光图像目标识别无法应用于弱光和黑暗环境.针对于此,提出了一种基于红外视觉/激光雷达融合的目标识别与定位算法.首先,通过基于颜色迁移的数据增强训练方法,提高了红外目标识别算法的泛化性能.继而,提出了一种基于激光雷达修正的单目深度估计方法,通过视觉图像与激光雷达点云的数据融合,实现了基于稠密深度图对目标位置的估计,提高了对小目标的定位能力.试验结果表明,与传统Yolov3目标识别算法相比,该算法平均识别准确率可提升5.8%;此外,相对定位算法将包含小目标在内的物体相对定位精度提高了13.4%.  相似文献

传统的非合作目标检测方法大都基于一定的匹配模板,这不仅需要预先指定先验信息,进而设计合适的检测模板,而且同一模板只能对具有相似形状的目标进行检测,不易直接用于检测形状未知的非合作目标。为降低检测过程中对目标形状等先验信息的要求,借鉴基于规范化梯度的物体区域估计方法,提出一种基于改进方向梯度直方图特征的目标检测方法,首先构建包含有自然图像和目标图像的训练数据集;然后提取标记区域的改进方向梯度直方图特征,以更好地保持局部特征的结构性,并根据级联支持向量机训练模型,从数据集中自动学习目标物体的判别特征;最后,将训练后的模型用于检测测试集图像中的目标。实验结果表明,算法在由4953幅和100幅图像构成的测试集中分别取得94.5%和94.2%的检测率,平均每幅图像的检测时间约为0.031 s,具有较低的时间开销,且对目标的旋转及光照变化具有一定的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Wideband electromagnetic fields scattered from N distinct target-sensor orientations are employed for classification of airborne targets. Each of the scattered waveforms is parsed via physics-based matching pursuits, yielding N feature vectors. The feature vectors are submitted to a hidden Markov model (HMM), each state of which is characterized by a set of target-sensor orientations over which the associated feature vectors are relatively stationary. The N feature vectors extracted from the multiaspect scattering data implicitly sample N states of the target (some states may be sampled more than once), with the state sequence modeled statistically as a Markov process, resulting in an HMM due to the “hidden” or unknown target orientation. In the work presented here, the state-dependent probability of observing a given feature vector is modeled via physics-motivated linear distributions, in lieu of the traditional Gaussian mixtures applied in classical HMMs. Further, we develop a scheme that yields autonomous definitions for the aspect-dependent HMM states. Marking arbitrary three-dimensional(3D) target curves on given objects with curved surface is required in many industrial fields, such as fabric prepreg placement in composite material part fabrication, product assembly, surface painting for decoration, etc. A shortcut to the solution of this intractable problem is proposed by utilizing a galvanometric laser scanner(GLS) with the aid of a camera. Without using the existing tedious GLS calibration procedures,the proposed method directly establishes a mapping between the 3D coordinates of the laser spots on the object surface and the control voltages of the scanner. A single-hidden layer feedforward neural network(SLFN) is employed to model the mapping. By projecting a dense grid of laser spots on the object to be marked and simultaneously taking only one image, the SLFN model is trained in minutes via a linear solving mechanism. Experiments demonstrate that the trained SLFN model has a good generalization performance for marking 3D target curves. The 3D laser marking errors on experimental objects are less than 0.5 mm. The proposed method is especially suitable for on-site use and can be conveniently extended to multiple GLSs for marking large complex objects.  相似文献

通过结合目标跟踪与相对定位,在对多帧检测目标进行关联与分析的同时,可以获取其三维信息。但当目标外观特征变换较大时,传统目标跟踪算法较易发生漏匹配或身份变换,而仅依靠对齐点云的相对定位算法较易出现定位失效的情况。针对以上问题,提出了一种基于改进DeepSORT的目标跟踪与定位方法在原始DeepSORT算法中加入基于位置约束的匹配,解决了因外观改变导致的漏匹配问题;在获取跟踪信息的基础上,设计了基于目标运动模型的相对定位方法,解决了图像中目标较小时相对定位不连续且定位精度较低的问题。试验结果表明,与传统DeepSORT算法相比,多目标跟踪准确度提高了5.9%;与仅依靠对齐点云的相对定位算法相比,定位精度提高了62.4%。  相似文献

A method of moving object detection that integrates image gradient information with motion information is described herein. One multi-scale morphological gradient operator is used to detect gradient information. This operator has a very good effect on the detail of the edge location. The result is superior to the traditional method in edge continuity and isotropy. Past approaches have used methods of detection based on motion information and edge information, but this is the first to use a multi-scale morphological gradient operator. The implementation described can operate on lower resolution images under difficult conditions. Novel contributions include: 1. Based on multi-scale morphological gradient operator, this algorithm is robust to noise, object shadow, and illumination. 2. Using interframe difference and only the first two frames, this detection method uses very little computation and is suitable for real-time applications. 3. This method can detect rigid-body or non-rigid-body moving objects among video sequences with complicated backgrounds.  相似文献

基于快照模型,提出对多个离散快照进行整体插值来生成不确定性二维移动点对象的离散模型用于时空数据库系统的实现。利用GM(1,1)模型,通过灰生成降低各个离散快照本身包含的不确定性,建立能够反映移动对象的整体运动趋势的离散实现模型。与线性插值模型的对比实验说明,信息受限情况下采用该模型计算位置不确定持续运动对象的时空运动情况能够保持稳定的低误筹率。  相似文献

现有的机器视觉通常以边缘轮廓和角点作为特征,因此要求背景单一,对环境结构化依赖程度高。为了拓展机器人的应用范围,使其脱离结构化的环境,提出了一种基于SIFT特征点和PNP技术的单目相机估计目标物体位姿的方法。以BumbleBee双目相机为硬件基础,以C++为开发平台,结合了Eigen计算库、OpenCV图像处理库和Triclops库,开发了单目视觉位姿估计算法,实现在复杂背景下对表面纹理较为丰富的物体的位姿估计。利用试验对所提方法进行了验证,试验结果表明,该算法具有较高的估计精度,可以作为机器抓取的依据。  相似文献

Detecting small moving objects using temporal hypothesis testing   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
This paper addresses the problem of detecting small, moving, low amplitude objects in image sequences that also contain moving nuisance objects and background noise. We formulate this problem in the context of a hypothesis testing procedure on individual pixel temporal profiles, leading to a computationally efficient statistical test. The technique assumes we have reasonable deterministic and statistical models for the temporal behavior of the background noise, target, and clutter, on a single pixel basis. Based on these models we develop a generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT) and perfect measurement performance analysis, and present the resulting decision rule. We also propose a parameter estimation technique and compare its performance to the Cramer Rao bound (CRB). We demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique by applying the resulting algorithm to real world infrared (IR) image sequences containing targets of opportunity. The approach could also be applicable to other image sequence processing scenarios, using acquisition systems besides IR imaging, such as detection of small moving objects or structures in a biomedical or biological imaging scenario, or the detection of satellites, meteors or other celestial bodies in night sky imagery acquired using a telescope  相似文献

A method of multi-block Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD) based on small object detection is proposed to the railway scene of unmanned aerial vehicle surveillance. To address the limitation of small object detection, a multi-block SSD mechanism, which consists of three steps, is designed. First, the original input images are segmented into several overlapped patches. Second, each patch is separately fed into an SSD to detect the objects. Third, the patches are merged together through two stages. In the first stage, the truncated object of the sub-layer detection result is spliced. In the second stage, a sub-layer suppression and filtering algorithm applying the concept of non-maximum suppression is utilized to remove the overlapped boxes of sub-layers. The boxes that are not detected in the main-layer are retained. In addition, no sufficient labeled training samples of railway circumstance are available, thereby hindering the deployment of SSD. A two-stage training strategy leveraging to transfer learning is adopted to solve this issue. The deep learning model is preliminarily trained using labeled data of numerous auxiliaries, and then it is refined using only a few samples of railway scene. A railway spot in China, which is easily damaged by landslides, is investigated as a case study. Experimental results show that the proposed multi-block SSD method produces an overall accuracy of 96.6% and obtains an improvement of up to 9.2% compared with the traditional SSD.  相似文献

针对直升机减速器故障诊断中机器学习方法存在的问题,根据隐马尔可夫模型(HMM)适合于处理连续动态信号与支持向量机(SVM)适合于模式分类的长处,提出了基于HMM-SVM的混合故障诊断模型。先通过小波包分析方法从减速箱振动信号中有效提取非平稳特征,训练HMM-SVM模型,再利用训练好的模型进行监测与诊断,实验结果表明该方法优于单纯的HMM或SVM诊断方法,能利用少量训练样本有效地完成直升机减速器的故障诊断。  相似文献

背景图像差分法是运动目标实时检测中常用的方法,但缺乏背景图像随监视场景光照变化而及时更新的合理方法,限制了该方法的适应性。对此,文章首先提出了一种自适应背景更新方法;然后利用最大类间方差法实现运动目标的自适应阈值分割,并利用基于形态学方法的连通区检测算法检测运动目标;最后以Kalman滤波为运动模型实现对运动目标的连续跟踪。实验结果表明:所提方法可随着光照条件的变化,实时、准确地检测出运动目标并实现稳定跟踪。  相似文献
