PMAC-based Tracking Control System for 8-axis Automated Tape-laying Machine   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This article introduces a computer numerical control (CNC)-based open hardware architecture system to realize the special functions of automated tape-laying (ATL) in a numerical control system. It associates a programmable multi-axis controller (PMAC) as the motion control unit with programmable numerical controllers (PCL-725, PCL-730) for on-off control. To bring about synchronized movements of the main 5-axis tape-laying head system and the 3-axis ultrasonic tape-cutting sub-system, the tracking-control method associated with time-based mode attributed to PMAC is applied in different cases. In addition, with the goal of realizing real-time tasks in the software system such as synchronizing motion control and on-off control, the real-time Win 2000 system is adopted. As a device driver for PMAC and PCL, a user graphical interface and a numerical control program interpretation module are also designed. This system is helpful to solve complicated problems in designing numerical controls for ATL such as ensuring high requirements for precise machine control and synchronization of motion control and on-off control.  相似文献

Modeling of angle tracking systems in the presence of actuator non-linearity such as angle, position and rate limits is a very significant and difficult task in the design and implementation of aircraft, target-tracking, and missile guided systems. A new recurrent neural network with time-delayed inputs and output feedback is used for the modeling of angle tracking systems, with emphasis on the neural network architecture, principles and algorithms. The neural network controller with modeling units for angle tracking is designed by using TMS320C25 processors. For time and size requirements, limited precision technology and look-up table technology are used in the design of the hardware and software systems. Given a set of input commands, the network is trained to control the system within the constraints imposed by actuators. The results show that the proposed networks are able to model the angle tracking system through learning without separate consideration of the non-linearity of actuators  相似文献

The aerospace launch vehicle, developed today by manufacturers, is characterized by high nonlinearity, open loop instability and time-varying behaviors. The transfer functions of the vehicle can be extracted using well-known linearization methodology. This paper presents an alternative to obtain the transfer functions via closed-loop identification using six degrees of freedom nonlinear simulation software. The pitch program is taken into account as the external excitation. Control and stability of the process are performed using robust PID controller. The model structure with some unknown parameters is obtained after mathematical modeling, thus the case of our problem is a parameter identification one. Time-variant parameters are estimated by Kalman filter approach with the aid of ARX model structure.  相似文献

介绍了无人机编队队形保持的协调控制算法设计、3D模型地面处理、基于三维地图的3D模型绘制显示模块的设计,并进行了嵌入式下的仿真实验。基于智能体编队的一致性算法提出了队形保持的全状态反馈协调控制算法,可以实现在机动过程中的队形保持。采用三维建模软件3DMax构建3D模型原型,设计了3D模型读取绘制的流程,实现了3D模型显示。将3D模型绘制显示模块融合在三维地图软件中进行嵌入式测试,绘制效率、读取速度对三维地图软件影响很小。3D模型绘制显示模块丰富了三维地图软件的显示内容,增强了立体效果,提高了用户体验。  相似文献

随着机载综合化航电系统的日益复杂,航电系统中软件的开发和验证也日益困难.通过研究基于SIMICS的仿真平台及二次建模技术,建立了综合核心处理机(ICP)中几种通用功能模块(CFM)的仿真模型,为系统软件和应用软件的开发、调试、测试、综合等提供了一套虚拟仿真环境,实现了软硬件协同开发,缩短了项目研制周期,提高了工作效率和软件质量,较大地提升了复杂机载软件产品的研制能力.  相似文献

介绍了远程过程调用(RPC)技术在当前系统中的必要性。针对分布式软件系统的特点,基于开源的 Thrift 框架,搭建了一套面向服务化的RPC 通信中间件。通信中间件重新封装RPC 核心框架并提出一种精简 的分布式服务发现功能,契合分布式软件系统需求。通过接口、功能、性能验证,确认RPC 技术能够支撑分 布式软件系统向服务化架构演进。  相似文献

基于自主设计的TTP/C(时间触发协议)总线控制器,提出了开放式DEEC(发动机数字式电子控制器)的冗余架构,将其划分为输入、核心计算及输出3种智能节点,并制定了各个智能节点的任务调度规划图.设计了基于DSP(digital signal processor)+FPGA(field-programmable gate array)的智能节点硬件平台,在此基础上完成各智能节点的软件设计.最后构建了开放式DEEC的PIL(process in the loop)仿真测试平台,以发动机模型为控制对象,展开了状态调节试验和总线故障注入试验.试验结果证明该开放式DEEC是可行的,并具有良好的重构特性.   相似文献

以AMESim为平台,采用模块化的设计方法,分别建立航空发动机、传感器、燃油系统、电子控制器和执行机构数学模型.将模块封装打包建立涡扇发动机控制系统模型库,并将之组成为完整的发动机及调节器系统综合仿真平台.以主燃油控制系统为例,介绍了各仿真模块的建立过程,仿真结果表明,系统模型能反映各子系统之间的复杂集成和耦合关系,利用系统模型仿真进行组合优化能够有效提高系统性能.   相似文献

Open system architectures based on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) building block components offer the ability to leverage the latest technology into fielded products while minimizing the impact to the operational flight software, typically the most costly component of an avionics development or upgrade. Our team has developed a layered hardware and software approach based on industry standard hardware and software interfaces to abstract the application (operational) software developers from the underlying technology rolls to the hardware and operating system software that naturally occur as part of the commercial marketplace, A technology roll is defined as the replacement of a current product with a subsequent generation of a product from the same product family. In this article, we describe the components and the layered architecture of our open system architecture approach. We discuss specific system, hardware, and software technology insertions that incorporate the latest available technology and how these changes have been abstracted from the application software. 为满足复杂形体件高速高精数控加工的需要,在自行研制的开放式数控系统中开发了具有曲线插补功能的五坐标机床控制器。介绍了该曲线插补功能的指令格式及数控文件的编制过程。在控制器内部生成的位置矢量插值曲线和方位矢量插值曲线二阶连续,且该两曲线中立于逆机床运动。通过配置相应的运动变换模块,该控制器可适应任意形式五坐标机床。位置样条曲线采用截断的泰勒级数展开式进行实时离散计算。通过建立位置样条曲线参数和方位样条曲线参数的对应关系,使得加工过程中平动轴和旋转轴协调运动。通过实际加工验证了该控制器的性能。  相似文献

研究了容错数据总线这个从集中式向开放式架构过渡的关键技术.在深入研究确定性、一致性、开放性、拓扑结构、调度策略、容错机制和传输带宽等开放式FADEC(全权限数字电子控制)数据总线关键特征的基础上,分析了总线数据传输的时间不确定性问题.从性能、可靠性和可用性的角度深入研究了TTP/C(time-triggered protocol/automotive class C),ARINC659,TTCAN(time-triggered controller area network)和FlexRay这4种时间触发架构数据总线的关键特征.研究结果表明:TTP/C总线是开放式FADEC的最佳选择,最后提出了一种基于TTP/C总线的航空发动机模块化DEEC(digital electronic engine controller)硬件架构.   相似文献

P ID控制器参数整定与优化一直是自动控制领域研究的问题。采用遗传算法进行的PID参数整定与优化是一种全局最优且与初值无关的优化方法。本文结合某型航空发动机,利用遗传算法对发动机单变量及双变量P I控制器参数进行优化。仿真结果表明:该方法对PI参数整定具有比较好的综合控制性能,不失为一种具有较好实用价值的航空发动机P I控制器参数整定与优化方法。   相似文献

The integrated modular avionics (IMA) architecture is an open standard in avionics industry, in which the number of functionalities implemented by software is greater than ever before. In the IMA architecture, the reliability of the avionics system is highly affected by the software applications. In order to enhance the fault tolerance feature with regard to software application failures, many industrial standards propose a layered health monitoring/fault management (HM/FM) scheme to periodically check the health status of software application processes and recover the malfunctioning software process whenever an error is located. In this paper, we make an analytical study of the HM/FM system for avionics application software. We use the stochastic Petri nets (SPN) to build a formal model of each component and present a method to combine the components together to form a complete system model with respect to three interlayer query strategies. We further investigate the effectiveness of these strategies in an illustrative system.  相似文献

A software radio is defined as a set of digital signal processing (DSP) primitives, a metalevel system for combining the primitives into communication system functions (transmitter, channel model, receiver, etc.), and a set of target processors on which the software radio is hosted for real-time communications. The performance of enabling hardware technologies is related to software radio requirements, portending a decade of shift from hardware radios toward software intensive approaches. Computational models and architecture are discussed, stressing the need for topological consistency of radio functions and host architectures. A layered topology-oriented design approach encapsulated in a canonical open architecture software radio model is presented.
