圆弧齿榫接结构应力的数值计算与分析 总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0
对两圆柱体接触问题和平面接触问题进行分析,探讨了接触区应力的收敛性.对某枞树形圆弧齿榫接结构的接触区应力进行了数值计算和分析.利用有限元软件ANSYS进行了接触分析,对比了梯形齿和圆弧齿榫接结构的应力结果,并采用光弹实验进行了验证.研究结果认为,与梯形齿榫接结构相比,圆弧齿榫接结构使接触应力、第三主应力和等效应力等降低.在此基础上,对圆弧齿榫接结构进行了优化分析,通过优化进一步降低了榫接结构的应力水平. 相似文献

解决飞机结构中接头的应力集中问题是延长飞机结构寿命的关键。采用有限元方法对多钉结构的金属连接件的载荷分配进行了研究,并对铆接接头的细节进行应力分析,给出了接头各细节处的应力分布,从而确定了各铆钉孔边危险点处的应力集中系数。同时探讨了台阶形搭接接头的几何构形对铆钉传递载荷和钉孔边危险点处应力集中系数的影响,对其部分几何构形参数进行了优化设计,得到有效降低孔边应力的构形方案。该方案对接头结构的疲劳性能分析具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

本文提出了一种可对复合材料结构进行应力分析的方法。 我们根据复合材料结构,尤其是翼面结构的实际情况,选取了复合材料等轴力杆元、受剪梯形板元及平面应力三角形板元三种元素。文中详细推导了三种元素的刚度矩阵,并给出了相应的应力计算公式。此外,文中还选取HiLL—TSai判据,计算复合材料结构件的剩余强度。 据此方法,我们编制了复合材料应力分析程序FEMV,程序编制后,进行了一系列的考核,除与国外有关文献对比外,还与试验结果进行了对比,考核表明FEMV程序的计算结果与文献及试验结果十分吻合。 FEMV程序已用于复合材料垂尾结构应力分析。 相似文献

测试特性的温度漂移是压阻式加速度传感器研发中的固有问题,与器件制造的多个环节相关,是多因素共同作用的结果。封装应力的隔离是消减传感器特性温度漂移的重要手段之一。为详细分析封装应力隔离结构的引入效果及其对传感器测试特性的影响,以传统双桥式敏感结构为基础,采用有限元方法分析了封装应力隔离结构对传感器附加干扰载荷抵抗力的提升作用,并分析了从其引入后对传感器敏感应力和结构固有频率的影响。分析结果表明,引入封装应力隔离结构可有效降低外部干扰应力对传感器敏感结构的影响,同时也会改变结构固有频率在内的传感器测试特性。因而,当封装应力隔离结构应用于高频型加速度传感器时,需通过优化结构质量分布、采用横向敏感结构等方法对提升结构自身固有频率及实现敏感方向与隔离变形方向解耦等问题进行进一步优化。 相似文献

本文介绍了光贴片法及光塑性法的原理及在旋转盘弹塑性应变测量中的应用。作者用上述方法设计了等色线条纹的实测系统, 测定了旋转模型盘及发动机压气机盘在榫槽、偏心孔、中心孔等应力集中区的弹塑性应变分布及塑性区。试验结果表明: 研究的技术成果可应用于旋转盘在试验器上试验或模型试验中的弹塑性应变测定。 相似文献

Rotating stall is generally the first instability met in multi-stages compressors, before surge. This 3D phenomenon is characterized by one or more cells of stalled flow which rotate at a fraction of the rotor speed ω. The present paper deals with the simulation and the analysis of the rotating stall in a stage of a subsonic compressor.The configuration used for the study is an axial single-stage low speed compressor. A numerical simulation is carried out with a quasi three dimensional in-house code which solves the Navier–Stokes equations on a stream surface. The simulation shows a rotating stall with two cells which rotate at 48% of the rotor speed. Particular emphasis is laid on the pre stall phenomena analysis. The spatial mode which is responsible for the rotating stall cells number is identified many revolutions before the stall inception thanks to a Fourier analysis. However, further investigations are needed in order to identify the destabilizing mode origin. 相似文献

Magnetic bubble memories are an all solid-state, nonvolatile technology that offers a viable alternative to rotating electromechanical memory systems. Rotating memory systems such as magnetic disks, tapes, or drums are often not practical in government applications because of maintenance, reliability, and security problems. Bubble memories offer improvements in the required system reliability for these applications and lend themselves to a modular memory design not possible with mechanical systems. 使用商业CFD计算软件CFX求解三维雷诺平均的Navier-Stokes方程组, 结合出口气腔模型对某带无叶扩压器的离心压缩机的旋转失速现象进行数值模拟.首先使用定常计算得到了该离心压缩机的稳态性能曲线, 并和实验测量值进行了比较.然后引入出口气腔模型, 模拟离心压缩机内的旋转失速流动.在小流量下, 从矢量图和径向速度等值线图中观察得到了离心压缩机内部流场的非定常流动现象.还研究了气腔模型不同参数对失速流动的影响, 结果表明气腔体积越大, 计算得到的失速频率越低. 相似文献

This paper presents the aspirated modification of a dual-stage counter-rotating compressor which contains inlet guide vanes(IGVs), two counter-rotating rotors(R1, R2), and outlet guide vanes(OGVs).Uniform circular holes are circumferentially distributed over the rotors' tips on the shroud casing which are designed to remove the low-energy fluid near the shroud casing.OGVs are hollow blades with two slots designed on the suction side which can better control the flow on the suction surface through boundary layer suction.Related works about the experiments have been carried out since June 2012 and the effect of flow suction on the performance of the compressor is investigated in detail.Characteristic lines at a 70% corrected rotating speed are tested and those with higher rotating speeds will be studied in the near future.Experimental results indicate that boundary layer suction can improve the compressor characteristics and the best suction methodology varies along the operating line.At the near stall condition, suction from the R2 tip region can obviously increase the efficiency and the total pressure ratio, as well as improve the flow capacity.Isentropic efficiency can be maximally increased by 4.24% with an increase of 1.94% in massflow under a suction flow of 160 m3/h.Suction at the R1 position with a suction rate below 0.35% in a high flow situation can make the performance of the compressor better than others.Around the peak efficiency point, boundary layer suction from the slots of OGVs is the best choice in improving the efficiency, but it causes a 0.1% loss in the total pressure ratio. 相似文献

为研究离心压气机包容结构的抗冲击能力,对连接螺栓建立多种有限元模型,开展数值仿真研究,分析比较不同建模方法的数值仿真结果与计算特性,并在高速旋转试验台上开展了离心叶轮轮盘破裂包容性验证试验。结果表明:蛛网多点耦合模型、固连失效接触模型和梁-壳离散弹簧模型计算量少,计算效率高,但无法准确体现高能冲击载荷的传递和连接部位突加应力、应变的分布与变化;螺栓实体模型较为复杂,所需计算时间长,但能够充分体现螺栓变形以及与螺栓孔的相互作用,与试验结果有较好的一致性。 相似文献

采用静力学求解算法、应用弹塑性有限元分析程序对挤压强化过程进行了仿真计算,研究了摩擦因数、挤压次数、挤压量、约束方式、倒圆半径、以及配合方式等参数对残余应力场的影响.根据某压气机轮盘均压孔的具体结构形式,设计了三种挤压头:单侧挤压头、柱形头和T形头.用两种材料(不锈钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV和镍基高温合金ЗП742)设计加工了带孔薄板模拟件,用其中两种强化方法对孔边进行了强化试验,试验结果表明:T形头挤压工艺达到了提高疲劳强度的预期效果,且操作方便实用.将试验结果和数值仿真结果进行了对比,分析表明用静力通用程序可以解决金属材料孔板挤压过程的仿真问题,能有效指导挤压强化研究. 相似文献

This study proposes a parameterized model of a uniaxial symmetry non-circular hole, to improve conventional circular bolt clearance holes on turbine disks. The profile of the model consists of eight smoothly connected arcs, the radiuses of which are determined by 5 design variables.By changing the design variables, the profile of the non-circular hole can be transformed to accommodate different load ratios, thereby improving the stress concentration of the area near the hole and that of the turbine disk. The uniaxial symmetry non-circular hole is optimized based on finite element method(FEM), in which the maximum first principal stress is taken as the objective function. After optimization, the stress concentration is evidently relieved; the maximum first principal stress and the maximum von Mises stress on the critical area are reduced by 30.39% and 25.34%respectively, showing that the uniaxial symmetry non-circular hole is capable of reducing the stress level of bolt clearance holes on the turbine disk. 相似文献
