摘    要:无螺栓挡板结构是现代航空发动机上的一种先进结构,本文对某型发动机的无螺栓挡板结构进行了建模和计算分析,通过分析得出无螺栓后挡板上的最大等效应力的大小及位置,并且根据计算机构得到在离心力作用下高压涡轮后挡板上不同区域内最大等效应力与转速的变化关系曲线,对发动机设计点、最大热负荷两种工作状态下的等效应力的大小进行了分析,通过计算分析可以为无螺栓挡板结构的设计技术研究提供必要的参考。

Abstract:The turbine boltless retainer is a kind of advanced structure in the modern aero-engine designing.By means of FEA,the research of the designing technique of the boltless retainer in the aero-engine was presented in this paper.The positions of the dangerous points and the equivalent stress have been studied with the FEA(Finite Element Analysis) calculation in the paper,and then the relations between the equivalent stress and rotate speed are found through analyzing the calculation result.The calculation and analysis in this paper can provide the useful reference and help for the designing of the boltless retainer.
