设计了一种用于直接驱动作动器(DDA)的电气/机械混合式四余度无刷直流力矩电动机。该电机具有同轴的两段定、转子,每段定子中隔槽嵌放两套绕组,从而构成电气/机械混合四余度。并且相对于采用机械传动装置连接两个电气双余度的设计方案,该电机体积、重量小,不存在机械传动装置间隙造成的非线性影响,降低了对余度间转矩均衡的要求,可以通过错极结构来减小定位转矩。设计过程中采用磁路法和磁场有限元计算对该电机进行了详细的分析计算。根据分析计算结果设计制造了原理样机,并进行了电机本体和DDA系统的性能实验。电机本体实验结果与分析计算的结果具有良好的吻合性;DDA系统空载时的电机实验结果表明该电机具有良好的动态特性。 相似文献

为了研究定子绕组匝间短路(SWITSC)故障对双馈风力发电机组高压穿越的影响,基于多回路理论建立了计及定子绕组匝间短路故障的双馈感应发电机(DFIG)仿真模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink下建立了其S-函数。依据短路故障回路特性,分别在SWITSC前后建立了DFIG风电机组的ABC坐标系统和dq0坐标系统下的数学模型,并简要分析了SWITSC故障下的电磁特性。对双馈风电机组的高压穿越能力做出分析,分析了风电场电压升高的原因、高压穿越的标准及双馈风机在电网电压骤升下的暂态过程。重点研究了DFIG在SWITSC故障前后高压穿越的仿真结果。结果表明,定子绕组匝间短路故障会严重降低风电场的高压穿越的能力。 相似文献

机载作动系统可靠性是保障飞机飞行性能和飞行安全的重要前提,为了提升机载电力作动系统用三余度永磁同步电机系统可靠性,针对其常见的绕组匝间短路故障(ITSCF),本文提出一种基于高频谐波电流的在线故障诊断方法。通过电机绕组ITSCF数学模型,明确了故障后旋转坐标系下交直轴电流的典型高频脉宽调制(PWM)谐波故障特征;综合分析交直轴谐波电流对瞬态工况扰动的鲁棒性,选择直轴高频谐波电流周期有效值作为诊断特征;为了消除各余度电流固有谐波的影响,提出了基于三余度谐波电流平衡度的故障诊断方法;最后设计了故障诊断算法,通过带通滤波器进行高频谐波电流提取,并采用周期有效值计算实现谐波电流量化,最终通过三余度平衡诊断表实现故障余度识别。通过仿真模型验证了诊断算法的有效性,为提升机载电力作动系统可靠性提供借鉴。 相似文献

将负序电流作为异步电机定子绕组匝间短路的故障特征量,在提取时易受谐波、噪声等因素的影响,而频谱分析也较为复杂,故障诊断的可靠性和高效性难以兼顾。为可靠高效地诊断异步电机定子绕组匝间短路,在多次派克变换的基础上,提出故障特征量Izpg以反映故障。首先根据故障后的电机磁场推导出故障后定子中存在的电流频次;然后得到非理想工况下,利用多次派克变换提取故障特征量Izpg的表达式;最后建立故障后异步电机的多回路数学模型,对理想工况和非理想工况下定子不同严重程度的匝间短路进行仿真。分析结果表明,Izpg和故障严重程度正相关且对电压源不平衡这类非理想工况呈现鲁棒性,用Izpg诊断异步电机定子匝间短路具有高灵敏性与高可靠性。 相似文献

针对电力作动器的高可靠性要求,结合转子磁钢采用离心结构的六相十极永磁容错电机(FTPMM),提出一种基于电流直接控制法的容错控制系统。当电机绕组或功率管发生断路及短路故障时,系统无需硬件故障辨识信号及软件算法切换就可实现系统的强容错功能,即故障后电机输出转速不变,输出功率与发生故障的相数有关,当电机系统出现一相、两相、三相故障时,电机分别可输出100%、80%、60%的额定功率;设计了一台750 W六相十极永磁容错电机的原理样机及其全数字化控制器,证明了该容错控制策略的正确性及整个电机控制系统的强容错性及可行性。 相似文献

This article presents a novel electrical/mechanical hybrid 4-redundancy brushless DC torque motor (BLDCM), which has found applications in direct drive actuators (DDA) of aerial vehicles. This motor is characteristic of electrical/mechanical hybrid 4-redundancy by securing two stators along with two rotors on the same shaft. Each stator contains two sets of windings embedded in separated slots. Furthermore, compared to the scheme of two electrical dual-redundancy BLDCMs linked by a mechanical transmission, the proposed motor has lower volume and lighter weight, eliminates the nonlinearity caused by the gap of the mechanical transmission, moderates the requirement for the torque balance between redundancies and reduces the cogging torque by shifting the magnets. Both magnetic circuit calculation and the finite element analysis (FEA) of the electromagnetic field are conducted to optimize the design process. A prototype motor has been produced and tested. The results indicate that its performances comply with the requirements presented by designers. Moreover, the position frequency response of the prototype in the DDA's unloaded situation has also demonstrated the fulfillment of desired dynamic characteristics. 相似文献

A direct drive actuator (DDA) with direct drive valves (DDVs) as the control device is an ideal solution for a flight actuation system. This paper presents a novel triple-redundant voice coil motor (TRVCM) used for redundant DDVs. The TRVCM features electrical/mechanical hybrid triple-redundancy by securing three stators along with three moving coils in the same frame. A permanent magnet (PM) Halbach array is employed in each redundant VCM to simplify the system structure. A back-to-back design between neighborly redundancies is adopted to decouple the magnetic flux linkage. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) method is implemented to optimize design parameters based on the analytical magnetic circuit model. The optimization objective function is defined as the acceleration capacity of the motor to achieve high dynamic performance. The optimal geometric parameters are verified with 3D magnetic field finite element analysis (FEA). A research prototype has been developed for experimental purpose. The experimental results of magnetic field density and force output show that the proposed TRVCM has great potential of applications in DDA systems. 相似文献

Improving fault tolerant performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor has always been the central issue of the electrically supplied actuator for aerospace application. In this paper, a novel fault tolerant permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed, which is characterized by two stators and two rotors on the same shaft with a circumferential displacement of mechanical angle of 4.5. It helps to reduce the cogging torque. Each segment of the stator and the rotor can be considered as an 8-pole/10-slot five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with concentrated, single-layer and alternate teeth wound winding, which enhance the fault isolation capacity of the motor. Furthermore, the motor has high phase inductance to restrain the short-circuit current. In addition, an improved optimal torque control strategy is proposed to make the motor work well under the open-circuit fault and short-circuit fault conditions. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed fault tolerant motor system has excellent fault tolerant capacity, which is able to operate continuously under the third open-circuit fault and second shortcircuit fault condition without system performance degradation, which was not available earlier. 相似文献

永磁容错(FTPM)电机不仅具有容错和故障隔离能力,还继承了一般永磁电机功率密度大、转矩脉动小的优点,故在航空用电力作动系统中得到大力发展。最优转矩控制(OTC)算法可以实现电机在正常和故障时(一相断路或短路)输出电磁转矩脉动最小化。本文设计了750 W六相十极FTPM电机最优转矩控制系统平台,提出了两种简单实用的绕组故障诊断方法,对最优转矩控制算法进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该算法能够实现故障前后转矩转速性能基本不变,且转矩脉动均小于20%,故障时动态响应快。 相似文献

电动汽车驱动电机极力追求高密度轻量小型化,不断推进电机的冷却散热与热传导技术的进步与发展。为此,开展车用驱动电机的电-磁-热一体化设计方法研究,通过构建一种工程化定子热路模型提出了定子绕组热性能直接设计法及其关键热参数,并直接融入电磁设计中,强化热性能设计的同时也弥补了传统电磁设计热负荷AJ值评估热性能的缺陷。通过快速评估电机的热传导能力和绕组温升,可评估比较不同设计方案的热性能,得到电-磁-热一体化设计的最佳解决方案,从而提升电机持续运行的输出转矩。采用定子绕组热性能直接设计法,改进设计了一台液冷机壳车用永磁同步驱动电机样机,显著降低了定子绕组温升。样机温升试验验证了定子绕组热性能直接设计法及其关键热参数评估热性能的有效性。 相似文献
