Hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon carbide (SiC) thin films were deposited on the single-crystal silicon substrate using the heli-con wave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (HW-PECVD) technique. The influences of magnetic field and hydrogen dilution ratio on the structures of SiC thin film were investigated with the atomic force microscopy (AFM), the Fourier transform infrared ab-sorption (FTIR) and the transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicate that the high plasma activity of the helicon wave mode proves to be a key factor to grow crystalline SiC thin films at a relative low substrate temperature. Also, the decrease in the grain sizes from the level of microcrystalline to that of nanocrystalline can be achieved by increasing the hydrogen dilution ratios. Transmis-sion electron microscopy measurements reveal that the size of most nanocrystals in the film deposited under the higher hydrogen dilution ratios is smaller than the doubled Bohr radius of 3C-SiC (approximately 5.4 nm), and the light emission measurements also show a strong blue photoluminescence at the room temperature, which is considered to be caused by the quantum confinement effect of small-sized SiC nanocrystals.  相似文献

The TiO2-Co-TiO2 sandwich films were successfully grown on glass and silicon substrata making alternate use of radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering and direct current magnetron sputtering. The structures and properties of these films were identified with X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra and X-ray photoemission spectra (XPS). It is shown that the sandwich film consists of two anatase TiO2 films with an embedded Co nano-film. The fact that, when the Co nano-film thickens, varied red shifts appear in optical absorption spectra may well be explained by the quantum confinement and tunnel effects. As for magnetic properties, the saturation magnetization, remnant magnetic induction and coercivity vary with the thickness of the Co nano-films. Moreover, the Co nano-film has a critical thickness of about 8.6 nm, which makes the coercivity of the composite film reach the maximum of about 1413 Oe.  相似文献

利用自行研制的过滤式阴极电弧沉积装置,在硅片和高速钢基体材料上获得了类金刚石薄膜,分别采用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、喇曼光谱以及磨损实验等手段对薄膜进行了分析研究。结果表明,所获得的类金刚石薄膜为非晶态,sp3含量最高达70%;基体材料对成膜质量影响较大,在硅片上薄膜的摩擦系数可达0.08;同时偏压的变化会引起喇曼谱线中D峰和G峰位置向低频移动,半高宽σG增大、σD减小。  相似文献

We present an analysis of Voyager UVS data obtained between 1993 and mid-2007. These data are used to study the interplanetary background and the hydrogen number density in the outer heliosphere. Two types of observations are studied, first the heliospheric scans performed until 2003 and then the fixed line of sight observations, close to the upwind direction, which are still performed at the end of 2007. We make comparisons with models including multiple scattering and hydrogen distributions derived from self-consistent modeling of the interface region. It is found that there is a remaining discrepancy between models and data. The origin of this difference is unknown but it may be linked to a possible tilting of the heliospheric interface due to the presence of an interstellar magnetic field. We should also estimate alternate sources of emission which are not backscattering of solar photons like collisional excitation of hydrogen in the heliosheath and emission after charge transfer or recombination of proton and electron in HII regions. Line profiles from HST/STIS are also presented.  相似文献

The solar atmospheric model calculations incorporating absorption by hydrogen and metals and Rayleigh scattering by hydrogen give larger specific intensity in the solar ultraviolet spectrum than that observed. This discrepancy has been interpreted as due to some unknown source(s) of opacity in this spectral region. We have, therefore, compared the absorption coefficient due to bands of nine diatomic molecules with that of metals and hydrogen in the ultraviolet spectral region at temperatures and pressures appropriate to the solar photosphere. The molecular band absorptions due to A-X bands of CO, SiO and OH and to B-X band of CH have been found to be larger than or equal to the total absorption by metals and hydrogen below 4000 and may be able to account for the missing opacity except possibly between 2500 and 3000 . Whether absorption due to some other molecular band or bands is responsible for the opacity in this wavelength interval is not certain.

以沥青基碳单丝为基体,一甲基三氯硅烷为碳化硅前驱体,使用通电加热的冷壁CVD工艺,温度在1 473~1 773 K,制备了碳芯SiC纤维.采用扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱对纤维的表面形貌及结构进行了表征,研究了沉积温度对其结构的影响.结果表明,SiC涂层为β-SiC晶型.沉积温度的升高引起了沉积速率的增加以及SiC涂层晶粒尺寸的长大.同时,导致碳芯中心区域发生结构重排,引起了该区域取向度的提高以及晶粒尺寸的减小.  相似文献

介绍了纤维及预制体成型、高温处理、界面技术、基体致密化及后处理等工艺因素对碳化硅基复合材料机械性能的影响。基体密化工艺是影响复膈材料性能最为主要的因素,化学气相渗透工艺制备的碳化硅基复合材料的强度和韧性明显高于其它工艺制备的复合材料,预制体高温处理可提高纤维在基体复合材料及使用过程中的高温稳定性,减少纤维/基体界面的热应力,但高温处理会引起纤维强度大幅度下降,在高温处理前先进行中间相涂层处理,不仅  相似文献

以光学滤光片薄膜边缘应力作为对象,研究了Ge/Zn S单、多层光学薄膜应力的变化规律。通过实验研究了离子束轰击能量以及真空退火温度等因素对Ge/Zn S光学薄膜应力类型、大小、变化及其分布的影响规律。Zn S薄膜的应力为压应力,采用离子束辅助工艺后薄膜边缘应力变得均匀;真空退火使Zn S薄膜的应力减小为原来的一半。通过优化沉积参数和张应力、压应力薄膜的组合降低了Ge/Zn S多层光学薄膜的应力,结果表明其平均应力分别为0.1 MPa,而且处于压应力状态。  相似文献

 针对平纹机织多元多层碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料,按照“从底向上”的顺序考虑了纤维丝/界面/基体尺度以及纤维束/基体/涂层尺度下的微结构有限元模型。采用能量法依次进行了两个尺度上的等效性能计算,首先在纤维丝/界面/基体的尺度上计算了纤维束的等效弹性参数,然后将这些参数代入到纤维束/基体/涂层尺度微结构模型中,计算得到复合材料的整体弹性常数。数值计算结果与实验结果吻合较好,验证了所提计算方法以及模型的有效性。  相似文献

 利用三维碳纤维预制体,采用等温CVI法制备连续碳纤维增韧碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料。无热解碳界面层的复合材料,其力学性能随密度的增加而提高,但密度较高时却表现出脆性断裂特征。热解碳界面层的存在,有利于纤维的拔出,但由于其结晶程度较低,仍然存在纤维束内部的脆性断裂。  相似文献

为了满足高推重比航空发动机长时热力氧化环境的使用需求,连续纤维增韧碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料正朝自愈合方向发展.本文介绍自愈合碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料的微结构与性能,自愈合与强韧化机理,制造方法和工艺特点及其在航空发动机热端部件的应用情况,表明多元多层微结构形成了"层层设防,就地消灭"的氧化防御体系,是复合材料实现自愈合与强韧化的关键.自愈合碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料能够满足发动机高温服役环境要求,显著降低发动机的结构重量,从而有效提高发动机的推重比.  相似文献

Joints between sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) were produced using a polysiloxane silicon resin YR3370 (GE Toshiba Silicones) as joining material. Samples were heat treated in a 99.99% nitrogen flux at temperatures ranging from 1 100 ℃ to 1 300 ℃. Three point bending strength of the joint reached the maximum of 179 MPa as joined at 1 200℃. The joining layer is continuous, homogeneous and densified and has a thickness of 2 μm -5μm. The joining mechanism is that the amorphous silicon oxycarbide (SixOyCz) ceramic pyrolyzed from silicon resin YR3370 acts as an inorganic adhesive to SSiC substrate, which means the formation of the continuous Si-C bond structure between SixOyCz structure and SSiC substrate. Life prediction of the ceramic joint can be realized through the measurement of the critical time of the joint after the cyclic loading test.  相似文献

应用湍流模型对液体推进剂火箭发动机再生冷却推力室通道的流动与传热进行了三维数值模拟,冷却工质为氢气,其密度、导热系数、动力粘度随着温度和压力而变化,冷却剂比热容及金属固体物性随着温度而变化。计算采用标准k-ε双方程湍流模型及气-固耦合算法。结果表明:推力室燃气侧壁面的温度和热流密度的最高点均发生在喉部附近,喉部横截面固体区域最大温度梯度靠近燃气,喉部附近氢气在垂直主流方向的截面上产生了二次流。气固耦合面最大热流密度及最大对流换热系数同样位于推力室喉部附近。   相似文献

The physics of active galactic nuclei (AGN) and related objects is one of the most actively pursued areas in astrophysics. Their large luminosities over the entire electromagnetic spectrum combined with extremely short-time variability has stimulated a large number of astrophysicists to propose rather unconventional ideas. After a simplistic review of the early work on AGN, a case is made for the important role of some of the nonlinear plasma processes in the generation of the nonthermal continuum as well as its interaction with the plasma surrounding the central source in the form of accretion disks and emission line regions. These plasma processes are fast, as they operate on characteristic time scales much shorter than the single particle processes do. Due to their collective nature. the efficiencies of scattering, absorption and emission increase many fold. In particular, it is shown how the parametric instabilities cause anomalous absorption and scattering and in turn heat the plasma to much higher temperatures than could be achieved through particle collisions. A combination of the stimulated Raman and Compton scattering processes is shown to be able to account for the major part of the spectrum of 3C273, as an example. An attempt is made to address simultaneously the questions of acceleration of particles and their radiation through the concerted action of a sequence of plasma processes. This review ends with some reflections on future research directions.  相似文献

为了建立适用于工程设计的叶片抑颤方法,以一高压压气机转子叶片为对象开展了叶片颤振特性与其结构参数的关联性研究。采用基于相位延迟边界条件的能量法和特征值法对原转子叶片模型的气动弹性稳定性进行评估,通过分析近失速工况下的非定常气动功密度分布,对叶片安装角沿径向分布、弦长和叶尖间隙等设计参数进行调整,以明确各参数对气动弹性稳定性的影响,最终达到提高气动阻尼的目的。研究结果表明:叶尖间隙对气动阻尼的影响较大,安装角次之,弦长影响相对较小。叶片气动阻尼随叶尖间隙的变化并非单调,而是存在一个叶尖间隙使其气动阻尼最小,即叶片气动弹性稳定性最差。减小进口气流攻角和增加折合频率,能够提高气动阻尼,设计中可以通过调节安装角来减小气流攻角,增加弦长来增大折合频率。考虑到对叶片气动性能的影响,在调节安装角时通常要保证进口气流攻角的改变量不超过5°,调节弦长和叶尖间隙时要保证各结构构件不发生碰摩。  相似文献

为考察用于复合材料成型的硅橡胶气囊的使用寿命,模拟气囊的实际应用条件,利用热老化后的硅橡胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硅橡胶与试件的剥离强度相对比来评估。试验表明:1453D硅橡胶老化100次后拉伸强度和撕裂强度都远远大于其剥离强度,推测其力学性能能够满足使用100次的要求,因此可推荐用硅橡胶气囊代替金属芯模用于复合材料成型工艺中。  相似文献
