在经济全球化发展的今天,企业要保持持续发展的良好势头,离不开文化力量的支撑.而要建设好现代企业文化,需要对我国传统文化进行客观地、实事求是地分析、继承和发扬.儒家文化是中国传统文化的主流,对整个中华民族的民族心理和民族性格的影响是巨大的.文章分析了儒家文化和企业文化的内涵和特征,论述了儒家文化所提倡的以人为本、以和为贵、义利并重等内容对现代企业文化建设的积极作用.  相似文献

雅克在<当中国统治世界>一书中认为,中国将成为文化霸权,但是文化霸权并不是霸权文化.文化霸权应该是在认真反思和积极汲取"物竞天择"的西方工业文明价值观基础上,是以中国为典范的族群和谐共处的东方文化伟大的复兴.文化霸权不是"物竞天择"理念下另外一种形式的霸权主义和强权政治,而是要求在国际关系中遵循求同存异、合作共赢、相互尊重、和谐共生的价值观.  相似文献

Different models of coronal streamers are used to calculate the radio brightness temperature at the wavelengths of observation of the Nançays Radioheliograph. Calculation are performed assuming the location of the streamer both on the disk and at the limb. Their comparison with observations show that a satisfactory agreement with a particular model can be found in the shape and in the relative enhacement of the streamer with respect to the quiet Sun, although the absolute values of the computed brightness temperatures are much higher than the observed ones.  相似文献

Observations of transient and steady velocities at chromospheric, transition region and coronal temperatures in the quiet Sun and coronal holes are reviewed. The relevance of fine-scale structures in governing the mass balance of the solar atmosphere is stressed. At present, a coherent picture of these mass flows does not exist. However, the current observational base of transition region and coronal velocity information is limited but should greatly improve with measurements from the SOHO satellite.  相似文献

Solar energetic particles (SEPs) provide a sample of the Sun from which solar composition may be determined. Using high-resolution measurements from the Solar Isotope Spectrometer (SIS) onboard NASA’s Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE) spacecraft, we have studied the isotopic composition of SEPs at energies ≥20 MeV/nucleon in large SEP events. We present SEP isotope measurements of C, O, Ne, Mg, Si, S, Ar, Ca, Fe, and Ni made in 49 large events from late 1997 to the present. The isotopic composition is highly variable from one SEP event to another due to variations in seed particle composition or due to mass fractionation that occurs during the acceleration and/or transport of these particles. We show that various isotopic and elemental enhancements are correlated with each other, discuss the empirical corrections used to account for the compositional variability, and obtain estimated solar isotopic abundances. We compare the solar values and their uncertainties inferred from SEPs with solar wind and other solar system abundances and find generally good agreement.  相似文献

The chromosphere-corona transition region of the Sun enjoys both simplicities of character and complexities of character which result from its very thin geometrical extent. The simplicities derive from the reasonably clear view of the energy balance (both observationally and theoretically), while the complexities derive from both the proximity of the not-so-clearly viewed regions below and above, and the almost certain convolutions and perhaps discontinuities in the three dimensional geometry of the transition sheet. While observational resolution and spectral information has improved greatly in recent years, the problems associated with a single vantage point, the Earth and its environs, have not gone away. To understand the transition region we must resolve structures radially and temporally as well as in the plane of the sky. Although the elemental composition in all parts of the solar photosphere appears to be the same this is clearly not the case with the solar upper atmosphere (SUA). Spectroscopic studies show that in the corona elemental composition along solar equatorial regions is usually different from polar regions; composition in quiet Sun regions is often different from coronal hole and active region compositions and the transition region composition is frequently different from the coronal composition along the same line of sight. In the following two issues are discussed. The first involves abundance ratios between the high-FIP O and Ne and the low-FIP Mg and Fe that are important for meaningful comparisons between photospheric and SUA compositions and the second involves a review of composition and time variability of SUA plasmas at heights of 1.0≤h≤1.5R .  相似文献

We review the current status of our knowledge of the chemical composition of the Sun, essentially derived from the analysis of the solar photospheric spectrum. The comparison of solar and meteoritic abundances confirms that there is a very good agreement between the two sets of abundances. They are used to construct a Standard Abundance Distribution.
