在参数的部分先验信息已知的条件下所获得的Г极小极大估计是一种介于有确定的先验分布函数的Bayes估计和无先验信息的极小极大估计之间的估计方法,因而更切合实际。以往的研究对二项分布参数的线性组合及负二项分布的参数在某些限制条件下的Г极小极大估计做了讨论。本文给出了独立指数分布的期望参数在一般的先验矩限制下的Г极小极大估计,同时讨论了两种特殊情况,即给出了在仅有先验二阶矩限制下的以及有确定的先验一阶矩和二阶矩限制下的指数分布的期望参数的Г极小极大估计。  相似文献

The influences of Co-addition on phase transformation behavior and mechanical properties of TiNi alloys were investigated. Re- sults indicate that, as a substitute for Ni, Co added to TiNi alloys can dramatically decrease the martensite transformation temperature, and R phase transformation and martensite transformation are accordingly separated. When Co-content reach 10 at.%, the martensite transformation temperature is lower than that of liquid nitrogen. During deformation at room temperature, Ti50Ni48Co2 alloy exhibits good ductility with a lower stress plateau caused by stress-induced martensite and martensite reorientation.  相似文献

以DCSB法点燃Ti Cr二元合金 ,研究该合金的燃烧行为及其燃烧产物。结果表明 :Ti (>10 % )Cr合金元素的燃烧速度较低 ,Cr含量大于 15 %的合金阻燃效果更明显 .Ti Cr合金燃烧产物表面及Ti (<10 % )Cr合金的燃烧产物与基体的界面均开裂多孔 ,不可能阻止氧向基体内扩散 ;而Ti (>10 % )Cr合金的燃烧产物与基体的界面氧化物比较致密 ,降低了燃烧速度。Ti Cr合金的燃烧产物是TiO2 、TiO和TiCrO3  相似文献

结合Ni3Al基单晶高温合金蠕变行为的细观机理,在晶体滑移理论的基础上,建立了描述Ni3Al基单晶高温合金蠕变行为的本构模型,并通过ANSYS提供的UPFs二次开发平台对所建立的本构模型进行了有限元实现。利用蠕变试验数据,结合遗传算法获取了两种Ni3Al基材料的蠕变本构模型参数。利用所建立的蠕变本构模型对两种Ni3Al基材料的高温拉伸试件进行了有限元模拟,与试验结果吻合良好。这表明在晶体滑移理论基础上建立的本构模型是合理的,并且能够较好地描述Ni3Al基单晶高温合金三个阶段的蠕变行为,具有一定的应用价值。   相似文献

In order to investigate the yielding behavior of the newly developed Ni 3 Al-based intermetallic alloy IC10, yield stresses have been measured in tension and compression with different orientations. The specimens were cut from a sheet with different angles inclined from the solidification direction. The inclined angles were taken to be 0 , 22.5 , 45 , 67.5 and 90 . All experiments were conducted at room temperature except for orientation 0 , whose deformation temperatures ranged from 298 to 1273 K. Experimental results show that the yield strength of alloy IC10 has the anomalous behavior which has been observed for other Ll 2 -long-range ordered intermetallic alloys, but it is less pronounced. The abnormalities show the following characteristics: (i) the yield strength increases as the temperature is raised below the peak temperature, (ii) yield strength anisotropy, (iii) tension/compression asymmetry. Compared to Ni 3 Al single crystals, the polycrystalline exhibits some different yielding behaviors which may be due to the high volume fraction of c phase.  相似文献

The effect of Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) content on the wettability of AgCu-4.5Ti + x CNTs (wt%) composite filler alloys on C/C composite was investigated. The results show that the added CNTs reacted with element Ti in the filler and produced the dispersed fine in situ synthesized TiC particles, which increased the consumption of element Ti and provided the nucleus for the growth of Ti-Cu compounds simultaneously. The above effects of introducing CNTs, inhibited the formation of Ti-Cu compounds, also changed the distribution of compounds, which dramatically influenced the interfacial microstructure and characteristics of wetting behavior. The increase of CNTs content refined and dispersed coarse Ti-Cu compounds, decreased the initial spreading temperature, and improved the wettability, but high content of CNTs (more than 0.3wt%) decreased the wettability of the filler alloy. The wetting interfacial microstructure of corresponding composite filler alloys were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer (EDS) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), which consisted of TiC, TiCu, TiCu2 and TiCu4 compound. The typical wetting behavior of AgCu-4.5Ti + 0.3wt% CNTs composite filler on C/C composite was divided into four stages. The effect mechanism of CNTs content on the wetting behavior was proposed.  相似文献

Nb-Ti-Si-based ultrahigh-temperature alloys concocted with boron ranging from 0 to 2 at% are prepared by arc-melting technology. The effects of adding boron on their as-melted microstructure and oxidation resistance are analyzed. The (Nb,Ti)ss, β-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 and γ-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 exist in Nb-22Ti-16Si-6Cr-3Al-4Hf alloy, while (Nb,Ti)ss, α-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 and γ-(Nb,Ti)5Si3 are present in Nb-22Ti-16Si-6Cr-3Al-4Hf-1B and Nb-22Ti-16Si-6Cr-3Al-4Hf-2B alloys. The oxidation of Nb-Ti-Si-based ultrahigh-temperature alloys is dominated by the diffusion of oxygen through (Nb,Ti)ss. Compared to boron-free alloys, the boron-containing alloys have significantly lower oxidation rate when oxidized at 1 200 °C for less than 50 h, but, for more than 50 h, their oxidation resistance deteriorates.  相似文献

The α + β dual phase titanium alloys are key structural materials in aviation and aerospace industries, and the complicated flow behavior of these titanium alloys during hot deformation requires to establish a constitutive model incorporating physical mechanism for optimizing processing parameters and designing forming tools. This work aims to establish a constitutive model incorporating physical mechanism for hot deformation of TC18 in α + β phase region. Firstly, the flow behavior and microstructure evolution for hot deformation of TC18 in α + β phase region are characterized. The TC18 shows significant strain hardening rate and negative strain hardening exponent around and after peak flow stress, respectively. After peak flow stress, Dynamic Recovery (DRV) mechanism dominates the evolution of α and β phases according to the results of substructure evolution. Then, the internal state variables method is applied to establish a constitutive model incorporating physical mechanism for hot deformation of dual phase titanium alloys. The variation of dislocation density during the hot deformation of titanium alloys is modeled by considering the accumulation of dislocation due to the impediment to dislocation movement by substructure obstacles and the annihilation of dislocation due to the dynamic restoration effect. The interaction between dislocations, the subgrain boundaries and the grain/phase boundaries obstruct the dislocation movement in the α phase, and the first two obstructs the dislocation movement in the β phase during the hot deformation of TC18. The dislocation annihilation process in the α and β phases during the hot deformation of TC18 is dominated by DRV. Finally, the substructure evolution in the two phases based constitutive model for hot deformation of TC18 in α + β phase region is presented. This model is well applied to predict the flow stress and quantitively analyze the role of DRV effect in the evolution of α and β phases during the hot deformation of TC18.  相似文献
