连接界面变形对转子动力特性影响的力学模型   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针对航空发动机在工作过程中振动量增大且伴随有一定的界面磨损问题,在结构特征分析的基础上建立了三盘转子-支承系统动力学模型,并将接触端面同轴度偏差以及平行度偏差进行参数化描述,基于Lagrange方程得到考虑界面变形的高压刚性转子系统动力学微分方程。结果表明,界面变形将使得刚性转子系统产生附加激振力,同轴度偏差引起的附加激振力幅值与转速平方成正比,仅作用在相应自由度上;平行度偏差引起的附加激振力幅值仅与系统刚度和平行度偏差量有关,与转速无关,且其在支承自由度方向上存在一定分量。   相似文献

共轴刚性双旋翼系统提高直升机最大前飞速度,但旋翼振动载荷明显增大。为研究高速共轴刚性双旋翼系统振动载荷特性,须首先分析共轴刚性双旋翼气动干扰下的非定常气动载荷。基于非定常面元法建立满足桨叶前缘和后缘边界条件的旋翼反流区气动模型以体现高速共轴刚性双旋翼后行边反流区影响,且增加共轴刚性双旋翼桨尖涡-桨叶气动干扰模型以体现共轴刚性双旋翼非定常气动干扰影响,并结合基于黏性涡粒子法的共轴刚性双旋翼尾迹模型,构建高速共轴刚性双旋翼气动干扰下的气动载荷分析方法。通过计算前飞状态下的X2共轴刚性双旋翼特征剖面非定常气动载荷时间历程,并与PRASADUM以及基于NASA OVERFLOW和CREATE AV Helios的CFD/CSD计算结果对比,验证本文共轴刚性双旋翼非定常气动载荷分析方法的有效性。相比于PRASADUM,本文分析更好地体现上、下旋翼在前行边和后行边非定常气动载荷的变化特性,并与CFD/CSD计算结果更吻合。分析X2上、下旋翼气动干扰对共轴刚性双旋翼桨叶非定常气动载荷的影响,以及单旋翼与共轴刚性双旋翼非定常气动载荷差异。分析表明,低速状态下的共轴刚性双旋翼非定常气动载荷受双旋翼桨尖涡干扰显著,而高速前飞状态受双旋翼桨叶干扰明显,且表现出桨叶片数整数倍的辐射状干扰特征。  相似文献

为研究低Prandtl数(Pr)流体热毛细对流演化过程,对环形浅液池内Pr=0.011的流体热毛细对流进行三维数值模拟.研究发现:当Marangoni数较小时,流动为轴对称稳态流动;当Marangoni数超过某一临界值后,流动失稳并转变为热流体波,其波数随Marangoni数增加而减小,而波动主频增大;随着Marangoni数增加,流动加强,沿周向运动的热流体波演变为沿径向运动的径向波,其波数大大减小;当Marangoni数继续增加时,波动频谱曲线噪声增加,呈广谱特性.因此,在计算范围内热毛细对流的演化过程为:轴对称稳态流动-热流体波-单周期径向波-多周期三维振荡流动.   相似文献

采用二维全隐欧拉格式,对具有高斯分布的重力波波包在剪切风场中的非线性传播过程进行数据模拟和分析,数值分析结果表明,在没有出现临界层的情况下,尽管存在非线性效应,在整个传播过程中,波动的等相面向下运动,波包和波相关能量仍然能够自由地向上传输。波相关扰动速度随高度增加而增加,并且垂直波长随高度增加而减小。  相似文献

通过对上随体Maxwell(UCM)流体热毛细液层线性稳定性的研究分析,发现流场会发生弹性失稳.扰动的增长速率随波数的增加而增加.与牛顿流体不同,UCM流体不存在临界Marangoni数,当波数达到某一临界值时会出现不稳定的弹性扰动波.该临界波数随弹性数和Marangoni数的增加而减小,当弹性数趋近于0时,流体即变为牛顿流体,而相应的临界波数趋于无穷.不同波数及传播方向上,弹性波的波速相同,而其增长速率在特定方向上达到最大.能量分析表明弹性波的扰动能量来自扰动应力做功.   相似文献

The propagation of a strong cylindrical shock wave in an ideal gas with azimuthal magnetic field, and with or without axisymmetric rotational effects, is investigated. The shock wave is driven out by a piston moving with time according to power law. The ambient medium is assumed to have radial, axial and azimuthal component of fluid velocities. The fluid velocities, the initial density and the initial magnetic field of the ambient medium are assumed to be varying and obey power laws. Solutions are obtained, when the flow between the shock and the piston is isothermal. The gas is assumed to have infinite electrical conductivity and the angular velocity of the ambient medium is assumed to be decreasing as the distance from the axis increases. It is expected that such an angular velocity may occur in the atmospheres of rotating planets and stars. The shock wave moves with variable velocity and the total energy of the wave is non-constant. The effects of variation of the initial density and the Alfven-Mach number on the flow-field are obtained. A comparison is also made between rotating and non-rotating cases.  相似文献

针对沿多孔壁面流动的牛顿流体液膜进行线性稳定性分析,特别考虑中等雷诺数的情形。认为多孔壁面处的流动满足Beavers-Joseph滑移边界条件,采用动量积分方法,得到色散关系和中性稳定曲线。多孔壁面的渗透性促进了液膜流动的不稳定,加快了液膜表面波的移动。随着雷诺数增大,中等雷诺数范围的最大增长率呈现先增大后减小趋势。最大增长率极值和不稳定波数区域与壁面渗透性有关。通过能量分析探究多孔介质渗透性对流动稳定性的作用机理,多孔壁面滑移速度的存在使得平均流速增大,速度梯度减小,导致黏性耗散减小从而促进流动失稳。  相似文献

针对竖直管内不同工况下气液两相搅拌流内的大振幅界面波特征参数(波形、波幅、波长和频率等)及运动特性进行了实验研究,系统分析了流动参数对大振幅界面波特征参数及运动特性的影响规律。结果表明:由于重力和气流剪切力在大振幅界面波不同运动阶段的影响程度不同,大振幅界面波在运动过程中存在与气流先逆向后同向的运动特点,证明了液泛现象普遍存在于搅拌流内,揭示了造成搅拌流液膜振荡剧烈的原因;搅拌流内,大振幅界面波波形符合正态分布函数特征,且波幅较环状流内扰动波波幅大,但是波幅和波长变化趋势与环状流内扰动波变化趋势相似,即波幅和波长随着气速的增大而减小,随液量的增大而增大,且当气速较小时,临界波幅随着液量的增加逐渐趋于定值;而大振幅界面波平均产生频率随气速和液速的增大而增大。  相似文献

从在研共轴双旋翼直升机的工程实际出发,建立了悬停状态下旋翼非定常气动特性的计算模型.引入Leishman-Beddoes指数函数的半经验公式,建立了二维翼型非定常气动模型;引入干扰因子到动态入流模型,建立了反映共轴双旋翼直升机上下旋翼气动干扰的诱导速度模型;从桨叶的挥舞动力学模型出发,利用四阶Runge-Kutta算法求解桨叶刚性挥舞角的数值解.通过计算分析,得到了悬停状态,总距突增时上下旋翼升力和扭矩的动态响应特性,并分析比较了半差动和全差动航向控制方式的操纵响应差别,为共轴式直升机机动特性的研究作了必要的准备.   相似文献

The ionization of the gas ejections from the Io satellite into the Jovian magnetosphere by the corotating magnetospheric plasma flow is considered. It is shown that the plasma flow velocity at the Io orbit exceeds the critical velocity at which the anomalous electron ionization of the heavy gas components takes place due to collisionless energy transfer from ionized gas atoms to plasma electrons. The energy, number density and spatial distribution of suprathermal electrons is calculated using the quasilinear theory of newly ionized atoms instability in a moving plasma. Saturation of the plasma density build up in a plasma is considered in terms of the instability quenching by Coulomb collisions.  相似文献

对一实验电弧加热式发动机二维轴对称亚跨超音速流动进行了数值模拟,所采用的方法是矢通量分裂算法.通过计算可以得出密度、速度、温度、压力和马赫数的分布.给出了计算所使用的网格和一些计算结果.简要介绍了实验所使用的设备,如电源系统、点火系统、推进剂供给系统、电弧加热式发动机、推力测量装置和真空系统.对所观察到的一些工作现象进行了讨论.有三种不同的不稳定性出现于实验过程.除了所测量的一些重要参数,通过实验发现氩比氮工作更稳定.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with the numerical simulation and the analysis of some kinds of flow regimes which can develop in Bridgman and Czochralski systems for material processings. The flows in the liquid phase are investigated considering two-dimensional and axisymmetric models. The time-dependent regimes were studied for a zero-Prandtl-number fluid layer confined inside a two-dimensional cavity of aspect ratio (length-to-height) A=4, involving a stress-free upper surface and submitted to a horizontal temperature gradient. The range of Grashof number was varied up to the conditions at which the flow goes from oscillatory to chaotic type behaviours. The combined influence of the temperature gradients and of the rotations of the crucible and of the seed/crystal was investigated for a Czochralski model. The axisymmetric regimes were studied for a Prm=0.015 liquid melt confined inside a cylindrical crucible of aspect ratio (height-to-radius) Am=2, and coupled to a viscous encapsulant liquid layer (10<Pre<1200) of aspect ratio Ae=0.5. A number of steady and (transient) time-dependent flow patterns are identified.  相似文献

Two-dimensional natural convection driven both by buoyancy and surface tension in the horizontal layer of an electrically conducting liquid which is subjected to a horizontal temperature gradient and a vertical magnetic field is studied theoretically. The flow and temperature distribution in the liquid layer is analysed for two cases; (1) the top surface is free and the bottom is a rigid wall, and (2) both surfaces are rigid. The effect of the magnetic field on the flow velocity and the temperature distribution is made clear and the simple expressions are obtained for two extreme cases of the sufficiently large magnetic field and the small magnetic field.  相似文献

Ion beams observed in the plasma sheet boundary layer (PSBL), cusp, and on the auroral zone field lines are expected to have spatial gradients in their drift velocity. Generation of kinetic Alfvén waves by velocity shear of the ion beams is discussed. It is shown that a hot ion beam can excite both a resonant kinetic Alfvén wave instability and a non-resonant coupled Alfvén-ion acoustic instability. For typical parameters, observed on the auroral field lines in the altitude range of 5–7 RE (where RE is the Earth’s radius), the frequency of the velocity shear modes, in the satellite frame of reference, lie in the ultra-low frequency (ULF) range. The noise due to velocity shear driven Alfvén modes is electromagnetic in nature, and has a finite parallel electric field component.  相似文献

We present the results of 2.5-dimensional MHD simulations for jet formation from accretion disks in a situation such that the magneto-rotational instability is occurring in the disk. When there is no initial perturbation in the disk, the surface layer falls faster than the equatorial part to make a surface avalanche and associated jets. However, if we input an initially large perturbation (> 10% of sound speed) in the disk, the dense region of the disk falls on an orbital time scale to make a more violent accretion and jet. In this case, the accretion rate and mass loss rates are an order of magnitude larger than those in the case without initial perturbation. The speed of the jet is of order the Keplerian velocity of the disk regardless of the instability.  相似文献
