随着火箭增压输送系统的阀门制造任务日益繁重,阀门零件交叉孔毛刺的去除急需稳定有效的工艺方法。为实现运载火箭铝合金阀门壳体交叉孔相贯线毛刺稳定高效的去除,提出了一种使用过孔刀数控加工去除交叉孔毛刺的工艺方法。设计了过孔刀数控加工去毛刺试验方案,研究了交叉孔相贯线毛刺去除原理,分析了工艺参数对毛刺去除质量的影响规律,得出了铝合金阀门壳体的交叉孔毛刺去除的最优工艺参数。研究表明,该方法能在交叉孔相贯线位置形成过渡圆角,实现了铝合金交叉孔毛刺稳定高效的去除,在航天阀门产品应用中取得了良好的加工效果。 相似文献

现有的相似参数能够较好地解决无源流动的动力学相似和热力学相似问题。然而,如果流场中存在质量、动量和能量等源项,则须引入新的相似参数来指导实验的设计。首先,在连续介质假设、斯托克斯流体假设、量热完全气体假设和单相流假设的前提下,推导出了41个相似参数;然后,将之归纳整理成9个独立的相似参数,其中,3个与源项有关;最后,讨论了它们各自的物理意义。现有的单相流相似参数均可通过9个相似参数组合而来。实际应用中,可根据具体流动情况选择这9个相似参数中的某几个进行模拟。 相似文献

A fault tolerant control (FTC) design technique against actuator stuck faults is investigated using integral-type sliding mode control (ISMC) with application to spacecraft attitude maneuvering control system. The principle of the proposed FTC scheme is to design an integral-type sliding mode attitude controller using on-line parameter adaptive updating law to compensate for the effects of stuck actuators. This adaptive law also provides both the estimates of the system parameters and external disturbances such that a prior knowledge of the spacecraft inertia or boundedness of disturbances is not required. Moreover, by including the integral feedback term, the designed controller can not only tolerate actuator stuck faults, but also compensate the disturbances with constant components. For the synthesis of controller, the fault time, patterns and values are unknown in advance, as motivated from a practical spacecraft control application. Complete stability and performance analysis are presented and illustrative simulation results of application to a spacecraft show that high precise attitude control with zero steady-error is successfully achieved using various scenarios of stuck failures in actuators. 相似文献

This paper introduces a statistical filter (or, more strictly, a filtering algorithm) which has intended application in the area of nonlinear systems. Within this context, the filter enables one to investigate the convergence effects produced by varying the initial estimates associated with the respective state variables, together with the various system parameters. The present algorithm is not intended to replace the more powerful optimal statistical filters used in linear theory, but rather to provide a simulation tool which can readily be applied to a given nonlinear system. The application considered in this paper bears a similarity to a tracking problem which might be encountered by an optical device, where angular information is the primary observable quanity. In this particular application, angular observations are available, and statistical estimates are desired for a position variable, together with an unknown parameter. The application is introduced primarily for the purpose of demonstrating the behavior of the filter when applied to a relatively simple nonlinear system. 相似文献

Genetic algorithms are used for the systematic selection of inputs for a parameter modeling system based on a neural network function approximator. Due to the nature of the underlying system, issues such as learning, generalization, exploitation, and robustness are also examined. In the application considered, modeling critical parameters of the Space Shuttle Main Engine (SSME), the functional relationships among measured parameters are unknown and complex. Furthermore, the number of possible input parameters is quite large. Many approaches have been proposed for input selection, but they are either not possible due to insufficient instrumentation, are subjective, or they do not consider the complex multivariate relationships between parameters. Due to the optimization and space searching capabilities of genetic algorithms, they were employed in this study to systematize the input selection process.
