| 摘 要： | 飞行签派员作为航空公司运行的指挥者，必须具有极高的综合素质和业务能力。在分析了我国目前飞机签派培训现状与存在的问题后，提出了加强签派培训的师资力量和改进签派的方式方法等有效途径，并产生了良好的成效。
