飞机平尾偏角引动量的自动检测

摘    要:根据飞机纵向操纵系统工作原理和纵向平飞操纵原理,推导了平衡速度与平尾偏角的关系式,分析了操纵杆力、平衡速度、平尾偏角的相互关系及平衡速度的调整原理。结合平尾偏角检测现状,提出了一种利用机械臂自动检测飞机平尾偏角的方法,成功研制了平尾偏角自动检测仪,并用于平衡速度的调整。反复检测表明:该检测仪可取代目前广泛使用的人工检测方法,提高了飞机维修保障能力,具有较大的推广前景。

Abstract:According to the theory of the longitudinal control system and level flight static control for aircraft,the relative expression between equilibrium airspeeds and deflected angles for the horizontal tail is deduced,and the relation among control stick forces, equilibrium air speeds and varied arm deflections of the horizontal tail is analyzed in this paper,and also the adjustment theory of equilibrium airspeed.On the basis, a kind of method to test automatically the varied arm deflection of the horizontal tail by means of a mechanic arm is proposed, combined with the practical testing state now,and the correspondingly easy carrying test instrument is finally designed and made successfully,and hence provides a guidance to the adjustment of equilibrium airspeed. The repeated testing results show that the test instrument is able to replace the artificial testing widely used in army now,and heighten the maintenance ability,therefore possesses vast spreading prospects.
