雾化槽喷嘴的流场结构与流动损失

摘    要:本文对雾化槽喷嘴的流场结构与流动损失进行了研究,发现雾化槽喷嘴的几何结构对流场结构与流动损失有较大的影响,并相应地总结了流阻系数与雾化槽喷嘴的几何结构和来流M数之间的关系.得出了在航空发动机加力燃烧室中的燃油总管前放置雾化槽挡板,其冷态总压恢复系数下降很小的结论.本研究仅是雾化槽喷嘴工程应用研究的一部分.

Abstract:The structure of flow field and the total pressure loss in an atomizing channel injector is investigated experimentally. The results show that the total pressure loss is increased with the increase of width of channel, flow velocity and the distance from channel to fuel rod. The results also show that the difference of total pressure loss between an atomizing channel injector and a single cylinder rod is rather small under an operating condition of afterburner. This investigation is only a part of experimental program of atomizing channel injector.
