摘    要: 概要介绍了外逸电子发射机理,综述了国内外外逸电子研究概况、水平趋势及在各个领域的应用,并结合表面特性、疲劳特点,剂量测量和计数管等,试图为飞机机翼、火车道轨等金属材料的无损检测,开拓一条新的途径。

Abstract:In this paper, firstly, taking the ionic crystal and copper for example, the mechanism of exoelectron emission is discussed. It has been pointed out that exoelectrons are low energy electrons emitted from solid surface by the external perturbation or solid itself physicochemistry change. According to the number of exoelectrons which is caught from the metal surface, formation and growth of the metal microcracks or defects can be calculated and forecasted. Secondly, combining with the dosimetry, characteristics of surface and fatigue damage, exoelectrons application in the crack of the wings etc. are studied.Finnaly, the authors developped the electronic control circuit and the mixing power source for exoelectrons detection unit based on the theories of exoelectron emisson and application. The results of experiments show that circuit and power source work smoothly and regulate conveniently.
