摘    要:提出了一种多功能振动试验台的设计方案,可模拟多种转动机械振动状况,配置数据采集分析系统,通采集、分析安装在试验台上的传感器信号,可对转子的振动情况进行测量。模拟转子动平衡、不对中、轴承故障等实验,便于技术诊断人员、科研实验人员进行转子多种振动和轴承故障的测试实验,也适合对相关技术人员进行教学培训工作。

Abstract:This paper presents a design scheme of multi-function vibration test-bed, which can simulate a variety of rotating machinery' s vibration statuses. The vibration of the rotor can be measured by collocating data acquisition and analysis system, through acquiring, analysis and treating the signal of the sensor installed on the test stand. The multi-function vibration test-bed can also simulate some experiments, including rotor dynamic balance, misalignment and bearing failure, to facilitate the technician and experiment researcher to conduct the testing experiment of a variety of rotor vibration and bearing failure. It is also suitable for technician to carry out teaching-related training.
