摘    要:针对C/C复合材料喉衬在制造过程中出现的工艺缺陷,如掉渣、表观裂纹等,拟用胶黏剂进行修补。本文采用的修复胶体系配方组成为“酚醛树脂+纳米SiO2粉+石墨粉+ZrO2粉+短切碳纤维”,按正交设计法做配方实验。以胶黏剂对石墨材料的粘接强度和胶黏剂本体的线烧蚀率为依据,经配方优化和验证实验确定最佳组分配比。其对石墨材料的粘接强度达到11.6MPa,胶黏剂本体线烧蚀率0.058mm/s,质量烧蚀率0.0732g/s。对人工模拟缺陷的C/C复合材料试样做粘接修复实验,结果表明,采用该修复胶体系粘接修复,并进行适当的致密化处理,能起到较好的修复作用,可满足真实构件的指标要求。

Abstract:Carbon/Carbon composite throat insert can cause some processing defects during fabrication, as drop bits, apparent cracks and so on. The adhesive is used to remedy them. In this paper, the adhesive is composed of phenolic resin, nano-SiO2 powder, graphite powder,ZrO2 powder and chopped carbon fiber, and formulas are designed by orthogonal method. On the base of the bonded strength to graphite and line-erosion rate of adhesive, the best mole ration is defined through optimized formula and verified test. The bonded strength to graphite of the optimum formula is up to 11.6 MPa,the line-erosion rate is up to 0. 058 mm/s,the mass-erosion rate is up to 0. 0732 g/s. In simulation test,the C/C composite with artificial defects is bonded and remedied. The results show that the adhesive is very effective and satisfy index of real component.
