某电子设备的阻尼减振设计

摘    要:某电子设备在工作过程中承受振动和冲击等动载荷环境,其动态响应过大而导致电气特性下将,无法满足使用要求,因此对其进行阻尼减振设计.结果表明,经处理后电子设备的振动减振效率大于55%,冲击加速度放大倍数小于1.6,有效改善了电子设备的工作环境.

Abstract:Electric equipment suffers dynamic load such as vibration and shock at work, as a result, failing to
work normally as the response exceeded its tolerance, thus the damping design was applied to reduce vibration and absorb
shock. Tests results show that vibration reduction efficiency is larger than 55 percent,magnification of shock response
is less than 1. 6, and the work environment of electric equipment is improved efficiently.
