摘    要:目前我国宇航工业中大量的铝合金构件主要采用交流钨极精惰性气体保护焊,用这种方法焊接铝合金不可避免地要产生气孔等焊接缺陷。

Abstract:The technology of variable polarity plasma are applied to aluminum alloy welding is introduced in this paper. The welding technology and parameters and their influence on weld appearance and quality were studied. The results show that VPPA is characterized by fine appearance, little peaking distortion, gnd quality and high efficiency. This welding process can fulfill the requirement of aluminum alloy welding.
