海洋环境下航改燃气轮机腐蚀防护与控制

摘    要:分析了航改燃气轮机在海洋环境下的腐蚀形式与机理;借鉴国内外海洋环境下燃气轮机的防腐蚀成功经验,从选材和涂层系统2个层面进行了腐蚀防护设计,建立了航改燃气轮机防腐选材体系。结果表明,该防护体系能够满足航改燃气轮机在海洋环境下的防腐蚀要求。

The Corrosion Protection and Control of Marine Aero-derivative Gas Turbine

Abstract:The format and principle of corrosion for the marine aero-derivetive gas turbine was analyzed. According to the successful experience of corrosion protection for the marine gas turbine in the world, the corrosion protection design was performed respectively in the material and coating slection. The material selection system of corrosion protection for the marine gas turbine was constructed. The results show that the corrosion protection system can meet the anti-corrosion requirement of the marine aeroderivetive gas turbine.
