进口动态总压流场对燃机稳定性裕度影响

摘    要:为了得到某燃机发生喘振的原因,在燃机进口进行了动态流场测试,对流场中存在的较大涡旋尺度、较大瞬间动态压力畸变以及与口涡壳共振产生的转速基频脉动等动态流场特点进行了详细研究,获得了进口动态总压流场特点.试验数据和资料分析表明:进口动态流场的特点使发动机稳定裕度损失加大,从而造成发动机喘振.

Abstract:Gas-turbine inlet dynamic total pressure flow field was measured to analyze the reason of surges happened during previous engine tests.Inlet flow field characteristics were obtained such as larger eddy scale and higher instant pressure distortion and pressure fluctuation associated with rotor speed base frequency which caused by the resonance of the engine and the inlet scroll case etc.Experimental data and information show that inlet dynamic flow field characteristics of the above-mentioned will make the engine increase the loss of stability margin and result in the engine surge.
