摘    要:分析了磁悬浮轴承与辅助磁悬浮支承组合三点支承柔性转子系统的动态性能,并与二支承系统进行了比较。由于增加了合适位置及合适控制参数的辅助磁悬浮支承,提高了系统在第1、2阶弯曲模态振动时的阻尼,使系统顺利越过二阶弯曲临界转速在16000rpm稳定运行。

Abstract:Dynamic characteristics of magnetic bearing system supported by three radial bearings are studied in this paper. Compared with the system supported by two radial bearings, additional radial bearing without supporting stiffness is introduced into the system to increase supporting damping, and the vibration of the system can be controlled effectively, especially when it operates on the first and the second bending critical speeds. This helps the system to get across the former two bending critical speeds safely and operate on 16000 rotations per minute.
