集成光学陀螺技术研究

摘    要:对各种集成光学陀螺结构方案进行了总结,并对干涉式、谐振干涉式、反射谐振式、透射谐振式等四种典型的陀螺方案进行了详细的分析和比较。分析结果表明,干涉式和反射谐振式陀螺方案具有较小的极限灵敏度值,而且反射谐振式方案是四种陀螺方案中极限灵敏度值最小的,即反射谐振式陀螺方案是具有最大潜能的陀螺方案。方案分析完成后开展了集成光学陀螺的相关关键技术的研究,通过集成光学芯片的优化设计和加工、信号检测技术等方面的研究,最终实现了零偏稳定性为0.2°/s的陀螺样机。

Abstract:The gyroscope configurations reported previously of integrated optic gyroscope (IOG) are reviewed, and the four passive configurations, interferometric IOG (IIOG), resonant interferometric IOG (RIIOG), reflected resonant IOG (RRIOG) and transmitted resonant IOG (TRIOG), are introduced and compared in detail. The sensitivity limit, as the criterion to evaluate the potential of each configuration, is calculated and compared. The results indicate that the IIOG and RRIOG have smaller sensitivity limit than the other two. Finally, the research results about IOG in ATOE are introduced.
