摘    要:文章介绍了在环模设备研制中采用玻璃钢材料制作真空容器的发展需求,为满足设计要求,对玻璃钢复合材料的放气性能进行研究.文中阐述了材料的放气机理和不同测试方法,以及对材料样品的放气性能的测试过程,并获得了重要数据.这项研究工作为真空系统设计提供了参考依据,也为非金属材料环模设备研制提供了思路.

Abstract:A study on deflation capability of fiberglass composite materials is carried out with respect to the requirements of vacuum chamber made of fiberglass composite materials in environment simulation facilities. The deflation mechanisms of materials and different testing methods are discussed in the paper, and some important data are presented, which offers some guidelines in the design of vacuum system, and in developing environment simulation facilities made of nonmetallic materials.
