卫星可靠性技术--计算机辅助可靠性分析

摘    要:介绍了自行开发的计算机辅助可靠性设计和分析软件(CCARS)的特点及其应用.CXARS软件的主要功能包括可靠性建模、预计与分配,故障模式影响分析及故障树分析等几项常用的可靠性分析功能.它们既可作为单一功能的软件独立运行,又可统一于软件包整体框架下使用.本文对各功能的特殊性作相应介绍,并阐述设计过程中的关键技术.最后介绍了CCARS在航天及核工业等领域的应用.

Abstract:This paper presents the features and. applications of the computer - aided reliability analyse softuare package (OCARS) developed by ourselves. The main functions of OCARS include reliability modeling, reliability allocation, reliability prediction, failure mode and effect analysis, and fault tree analysis. Each Junction package can be run independently, and with other functions integrated into a software package frame. The paper describes the features and critical techniques of OCARS, as uell as applications of OCARS in the area of space engineering and nuclear engineering.
