| Abstract: | Both the philosophy of Taoism represented by Laozi and Zhuangzi and noble men＇s comparing morals of Confucianism have an impact upon the art of Chinese classical gardens.This thesis not only analyzes the relationships among the philosophy of Taoism,noble men＇s comparing morals of Confucianism and spirits of landscape culture,but also reveals the deep connotation of the spirits of landscapes,an aesthetic ideology which Chinese classical gardens contain. |
